Ixigo Train App: Handy Planning with Room for Improvement Ixigo Train app is a convenient tool for planning train journeys in India. It offers easy access to search trains, check fares, and book tickets. I like its clean interface and real-time PNR status updates. However, train seat availability can be limited, and occasional glitches slow down the booking process. For a smoother experience, adding waitlist confirmation and more filter options would be helpful. Overall, Ixigo is a good app.

Disgusting service.I gave you one star but you don't deserve even that. There are so many error in app if I'm trying to reset password they are showing me your daily limit exceeded. what does it mean if the daily limit OTP has been exceeded? We recharge just for otp, above we send OTP, password is not getting reset. still showing daily limt exceed. worst service. So slow. Please किसी अच्छे डिझायनर को दिजिये ॲप😡, your app stop working at peak of hours. Sometimes automaticallyclose.

What the heck happened to you guys... after searching list of trains in between stations it's giving list of trains.... But there is no sorting option based on Departure or arrival.... Sometimes I have to book train based on timing ..now there is sorting option which is irritating... uninstalled immediately...😡😡

Unfortunately lost its appeal for me. I loved it for a long time but the latest update broke it. Now no sorting possible for train searches. In other words, look at the jumble if train time in search results with no help from the app in this modern world to sort it according to departure. Sorry to say I'm looking now at other app options

Excellent app especially ordering food on board is fantastic.. just need to add more hotels and menus.. rest of the things are just amazing like exact schedule and route and stops...one more thing I would like to add is.. can you please improve station alarm quality.because it never rings alarm when station has arrived.. and ring should be loud and vibrate.

The favourite feature was the most useful, used feature by me in this app and now you have taken that away. Why do you want to ruin an good app. I Welcome the addition of new features but why play around with the core feature that make up the app. Put favourite option back for 5 Stars 08/06/2024 Downgrading the rating to 2 stars as with the latest update I can only longer sort trains by departure arrival or duration via the train search functionality. Why would you even do that?

worst update. before and in other apps whenever we search trains for particular route, we had a option to view the list of trains by sorting in various types like by travel time, arrival time, departure time etc., but god knows what is your criteria to show the list of trains. even there is no option to view tickets in senior citizen quota. that's why as per me this update is worst update ever.

Apart from tracking the running status, every other feature is uttar garbage 1.Platform locator 80% wrong 2.Chat vacancy 100% don't work 3.Station alarm 100% doesn't exist at wll which is the second most useful feature after running status 4.tons of unwarranted ads 5 Doesn't work offline 6. Low network which is a very common issue in moving train, app stop giving accurate results based on gps 7. Phone cell tower based location tracker they forgot to add I rather use " WHERE IS MY TRAIN "

App has become very useless after the new update. There is no option to 'sort' train results, i.e., by duration or departure or arrival time. There is no 'quota' option as well now...only tatkal is shown..previously one can see the available seats in different quotas. Please bring back that feature otherwise I'll have to look for some other app

The app needs multiple changes like it doesn't back when i open the running status. I hardly exit the app and have to reopen. I suggest you to correct the back screen function. It irritate a lot. I have to exit and reopen for multiple time. It doesn't go bavk to home page when i open the running status. Concern this issue and don't be irritate the valuable users. I still using the app but if this issue is not resolved have to switch another app. Thank you.

Yeah. It is really good application for any tour. It helps me to find any trains, buses, Planes for a nice trip. It has some great features which has made it owsome. Thank you for this application. But it has some features which is not helpful for me like entertainment, games etc. I am requesting you to remove these features and add some new features instead of this features. Thank you.

You guys have removed all the filters in your latest update, for eg departure timing, class,quota, arrival time, etc basically all the filters.... It has become unconvinient and i would say useless to use it now... Gonna uninstall since it not longers serves the purpose.

In the older version, during the search for the train, there was a shorting option available. So that was easy to train search by departure or arrival time as per the selection. In the current update, that option is missing, and it is difficult to find a train if I need train priority as per the departure/arrival time sequence. Kindly look in the matter. It must be required.

Ixigo is one of the cheating apps. They get some amount from us that they say if you cancel the ticket you will have full refund but they will never give that. Sameway refunded money is credited to ixigo money. Because of this customer is compelled to spend that money only to ixigo and have no choice. That means our hard earned money has no value. Also the live location that showed by this app is not accurate. So I prefer no one to install this app and cheated....

Ixigo app owner: removes sort by filter when searching trains Me : I remove this app from my phone.👍 Update: in the latest version, when I searched for traibs between stations, i couldn't find any option to sort the trains either with early departure or arrival. Only options visible are tatkal, available, ac only.

28/06/24 - I have a train to board at 00.20. It's 27th June 10.45 PM I am writing this. The chart on the app is still not updated. It still says chart not prepared. I have faced issues with the app but majority the experience is good but today can't say much. Please the many kind of fees charged kindly get the issues resolved. Coming out of a meeting it doesnt feel ryt going on google searching for PNR status on IRCTC website and then getting to know that yes the chart prepared long time ago.

The app used to be very convenient But your new update sucks .... These guys literally removed all the features which were very helpful while searching for trains in ur recent update , like the sort and filter option ... The app is of no use right now without it ...

Have been user of this from last 3 years. The new update just sucks...I dont know what problems were there in previous UI for you to update. I want to book ticket in senior citizen quota and now couldn't see the option. Please bring back the older version otherwise U'll for sure loose one loyal customer.
