I am already in the cafe.. and the app telling the cafe is closed! Even the righting times are on google maps as well. But the app today considering the cafe is closed!

Tried to download the App and it keeps saying access denied due to my server. Utter rubbish, I use my Internet for everything, don't know what's so special about this one

Unfortunately nothing in Jeddah KSA. Nearest outlet to earn miles in around 1500 KM. So useless app for people out of UAE. Not Global. Emirates flights are global but this app is not. I have uninstalled the app.

The app is crashing on Google pixel 7 and I have reinstalled it atleast twice. Please fix the bugs

The app is often not working and you are never notified when it is back up. Very difficult and bureaucratic procedure to claim points that were not credited.

Many outlets don't know about "skywards everyday" stamp and this is a "requirement" to upload receipts yourself if you don't get things done in store itself which you can't half the time since the app doesn't load properly.

you should have app which directly scan skywards number while showing at the outlet and not the current one which requires internet as well as you have to give phn to manager to put the details. obviously it is not safe during this covid time..and submitting receipt takes 8 weeks or more to get approval.. this increase your workload only. i would give zero if it has that option.. world class airline joint program has such a poor app..

Can't get past the login screen. Tried both email and skywards number, but it keeps loading forever. Tried uninstalling and installing it again, but didn't work.

Am unable to add other credit card that I got newly. I am able to remove the credit card that I have cancelled. It says max number of edits allowed per year.

Really bad app. Requires a lot 9f info to register the receipt at source and failing after 3 attempts. Then trying to upload a photo of the stamped receipt on the App is often unsuccessful!! Requires total REVAMP.

Since linking my card as you have to, this app works less than half the time, for example on a bill of over 400aed at Cafe Bateel it did not reflect. Customer service said that it would take 4 days but still nothing, and more often than not the points so not get added and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

I bought some stuff from a pharmacy that allowed me to receive skywards points but they did not know how to register the purchase in order to collect the points.I then got in touch with the Skywards dept in order to get the points.They delayed in writing to me&then said to me that since2weeks have elapsed they could not credit the points to my account.They very conviently ignored the fact that by replying so very late they were responsible for me missing the deadline!They couldn't be bothered

Totally useless. You dont get the offers unless you enable location services and also you are not at the offer location. One should be able to know the offer and then decide if they meed it or not. Waste of time using this app.

I often use this app to get points, but I recently went to PalazoVersace to use at Q's bar. I got my bill after midnight, and on the app it won't let me access the page for the restaurant to input the information of my purchase. It says that the bar is closed, please use the app during working hours. This is wrong, the bar is definitely open after midnight, I was upset not to get my skywardpoints. Also I tried to use at LuckyVoice, they had no idea what was the app and didnt give any points 😐

I purchased items from BinSina pharmacy in two different outlets; Dubai Mall and 06 Mall in Sharjah, on but didn't get the skyward miles. Everytime I contact Emirates, their staff tell me to wait it will show. Last time they asked me for the invoice and POS slip. I had the invoice but not the slip, and then declined my request. They can see the transactions in their system if they want, but unfortunately they don't care.

The app is badly developed and to make it worse its NOT updated or maintained. The info on the app is Deceptive as when they ask you to upload receipts via "Chat" but it turns out there is Another process to doing it! Also the App is not updated for outlets that have closed down! So waste of valuable time for the user in both and other cases! There is no mgmt supervision on the operation of the App. It's simply absent!

Terrible experience with the skywards team and customer service. EK took away 100k miles that my husband just transferred from his bank due to a glitch in the system and refuse to return the miles. They refuse to investigate properly and look into a major issue in their system. The family membership is a big failure and the lack of interest to fix major issues is shocking. Very disappointing
