I've enjoyed this app so far. It keeps me accountable on the things I want to work toward and the communication I can have with others. Not too much this far in noticeable things that could be improved. I'm looking forward to using this for the foreseeable future.

It's a really nice reminder to keep track of my streak. The app is straightforward and simple. My only complaint is my group is completely inactive and I don't know how to change it. I'd like to have a group I can communicate with.

I wish they'd let you join multiple teams. UPDATE: I emailed weeks ago about joining multiple teams and they still haven't gotten back to me...

No Free subscription. Once you register you have to pay 2600 for 6 months. The devs are greedy foe money. Nothing else. Given a refund policy within 30 days. why don't you give a 30 days free trial instead. Useless application.

This is truly an amazing tool that helps with gaining awareness, understanding your negative or positive behavioral patterns, and developing a plan to overcome your compulsive behavior one step, one day at a time. This also helps one to know that they're not alone in fighting this battle as they're teamed up with those who are struggling with the same or similar struggles. I highly recommend anyone on the fence to give this app a try.

Such a great resource for recovery. Doesn't require you to have an accountability person you already know in real life, the app places you in a team so you can find people to support you if you don't have anyone irl. Pulse checks are also super helpful for keeping tabs on how you're doing and making sure you're aware & looking after yourself

This app has changed my life, if your struggling with porn addiction, I would definitely stick around and give it a chance. If you're not put in a group you vibe with its super easy to switch and keeping track of your progress keeps you motivated!

I downloaded the app and found a team, then I had to join a plan, which I did, The app then froze during the process and now when I go back into it, it has me find my team again and choose a plan again. But then when I choose the plan to go forward it says I already own this plan. Which I do. So it won't let me get past the choose plan page making the app completely unusable. (Causing me to basically be paying for nothing)this is definitely a flaw in having users not make there account rightaway

- Pulse checks have been super helpful and make me mindful of how I am feeling. I like that I can also see my previous pulse checks and gauge how my mood has been fluctuating over any given period of time. - Conversation prompts have been helpful in keeping my teams active and encouraging people to share their experiences and perspectives. Hearing from my teammates reminds me that I'm not alone. - Notifications about streaks and other achievements of my teammates helps keep me motivated.

The pulse checks are crazy helpful! They can change your mindset in a flash. You can set little goals to help you along your journey, and relay will send you notifications to report them. The chat is super helpful and makes me feel connected and not alone!

Spent a week so far on this app. So far, I've noticed great improvements to my personal well being and accountability. I was fortunate enough to be placed in a small group of two others who really got me through this first week. However, I can only give three stars as, the 'leader' of my group locked it to private at only three members and I can't seem to be able to add or join another team. My locked team is not focused on supporting others or improving themselves, uses the app as a chatroom

it's a great mental health resource. being able to raise a red flag when you really need some support and to have people actually invested in your journey as well as theirs is really good. I know that if I have a urgent surge in maladaptive behavior I can reach out to my team and get the support to sustain me till the urge subsides.

Was a great app, and still has a lot of good features. A recent update removed the weekly goal numbers (25/27 goals accomplished this week). I used this as part of my accountability and now I have to actually count/do math to figure out my weekly numbers.

Im kinda disappointed with the app. I set up everything and got everything done. I started to feel a bit better. I got to the end and found out you have to pay $23+ per month. Thought it was a free app but its not. I felt like it wasted time and effort. The payment question should have came up first instead of towards the end

This app has saved me on multiple occasions. So many helpfull tools to use to get better at wining. Particularly the Read Flag feature. Just 2 days ago I was close to giving in till I remembered about that Botton. It takes you through a Breathing exercise and asks you to reflect on your Why. Honestly I probably would have fallen again without that bit of help.

Using the red flag button saved me from a slip! Knowing it's there and help WILL come has helped keep me going. Sharing common struggles in a 'real and deeper level' with others in addiction is also helpful. Sometimes group recovery programs can feel a little 'surface level' because those not ready to recover still hide behind shame.

I absolutely recommend Relay to anyone who is wanting to overcome any porn problem. It is great because it combines the benefits of a support group with the accessibility of the digital age. You get instant access when you need it most. Plus, there is a veil of anonymity which can be helpful to those anxious or worried about a face-to-face group. The dev team is very helpful. The benefits greatly outweigh the cost. I highly recommend this app.

Just opened the app and at the very start of it, after clicking find a team, it came to the catagory selections and the options are "eating disorders" or "porn addicts", and then "other". After selecting "other" I'm able to type in the search box but not able to click continue. I adore the idea of the app and was excited to use it but can't seem to get past the first couple screens. I'm hoping there's a team for opiate/opiode addiction.

This app is not your average addiction tracker app. Does it have tracking features? Yes, but it has so much more as well. There are so many things that make this app/program different that all the others but my favorite is the team function. When you sign up you are assigned to a team which will be full of others just like you. This team becomes your support system where you help eachother when you are struggling and congratulate when you succeed. It is worth every penny I promise you.

The app is still learning and growing. new changes help it become better. the avg price per month is high for what you get. groups are really disengaged. I would recommend something in person. the lessons are helpful and the weekly review are helpful. I wish you could just buy that and use that long with a stand alone recovery group. the price needs to be adjusted to match your benefits. you can finally message people. no discussion boards though. no phone calls either. constant changes too.
