This app is the worst. Number 1. I have 14 pieces of mail I cant read until I pay. So my messages are being held for ransom. Number 2. I was trying to update my profile and cant find a edit link. I went to Help and it says click onsettings in upper right corner blah blah blah ... there is no settings in upper right corner. So without even talking to the first person, Im going to delete it and try to find an app that really helps people find love first instead of lining apps wallet first!!

Not well designed. Cannot limit search location radius nor sort by any criteria. The app and web site are not synced. Have emails there are messages and likes but they are not appearing in the app. Only 3 "Profile questions" not that I want to write a thesis, I'd like know a bit more before sending a like and share a bit more to not waste someone else's time. Very expensive compared to other apps, however it is targeted to a narrow demographic. Yes scammers, but that is every dating app.

App uninstalled it's self after signing up. App never opened from emails. Never chatted,or met anyone. After it didn't work. I found out it was no longer on my phone. So what was the meaning of signing up and setting a password. Hoping no one is missing lead by my three photos and saying I like to sing country music. This app failed big time. Don't have time to look a empty screens going no where. Best of luck.

It's one annoying app. Doesn't let you upload pictures and the app doesn't go further without successfully uploading your pictures which is impossible to do since that doesn't work you are then forced to go back and sign in again then it doesn't recognize your credentials when you try logging back in. OurTime has always been a total disappointment compared to other dating services. Weather via webpage or the app, they always seem to have one issue or the other. It deserves a 0 star

Not the best dating app. out there, but has some nice features. Search parameters are sketchy and hard to maintain. You have to pay to get additional responses or boost your profile. Photo editing is not easy and you can't tell if an account is still active or not. Took over a month for me to get a response to all the messages I sent out. They guarantee responses from anyone for a fee, but you can't tell of its from a member or the app. itself. Just be wary of phonies. Do your homework !!

I have to click in-and-out of conversations to get a refresh, to get their next message. Then when I touch the person's "thumbnail" in the message list, to go back to the refreshed conversation, it often thinks apparently that I swiped to delete, and it deletes them without any warning or confirmation. The conversation is permanently deleted and no way to reach the person. This is totally unacceptable!

3/16/22 Update-the app has not worked well since my last review on 2/22. I have not been able to login, it says "Invalid e-mail or password" two days in a row. After 2 or 3 profiles,freezes. Yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix the login issue, which it did. However, now it seems to freeze and I am unable to send messages or pass, etc. on my matches. Why am I paying for something that hasn't worked very well in over 2 weeks? How about a credit on my account?

This may be the least user-friendly, difficult-to-navigate dating site of them all. Granted, each dating site has its own quirks, and this one has more than most. Customer service is almost entirely automated. You'll notice that there are NO responses to user complaints, no attempt to correct discrepancies, not even replies to compliments. As others have pointed out, you're given constant choices (matches) but even if you say you're not interested, the site will continually present your 'rejects' as matches for you. This app is definitely not worth "our time".

Very poorly designed. I put my search criteria (age, height and distance ) but I get random matches far off what I'm interested in. Profile has to be viewed to find this basic info. Missing an option to eliminate views from people without picture and personal info. Too many inactive profiles offered as daily match. Not to mention "technical difficulties " to log in after being logged out by the site. Over all very disappointing.

Not user friendly. I had high hopes for this dating app, but it is one of the worst I've ever used. Profiles are difficult to navigate, and it appears that many are inactive without showing up that way. It also doesn't give geographical search options or any parameters to profile your tastes. I signed up for 1 month 4 days ago and I already want to quit.

Comic book design. Functionally it is a mess like the website. Keyboard is set so you can't enter a line return so your messages are just one big run on paragraph. The entire interface is clunky and a mish mash of ideas. Better off using a mobile browser session if you have to use the site. Tried to post some photos I had taken, denied because they were too professional??? - since I am a landscape photographer I'll take that hit. That is the level of design this operates at.

Scam..beware...when I signed up they charged me for the upgrade and I did not require that. Not worth the money. I had to call and have them remove it. One of the most difficult apps to edit. Photos of important on a site like this but whenever you want to change one it says it's going to replace it but it kicks the one that you want to replace all the way to the back. Also very limited. The entire app is just difficult to navigate. Too many windows open.

App seems ok but 75% of my recommendations don't live in my country, doesn't seem there is anyway to filter them out. Update... After using this app for several more hours I'm downgrading it from a 3 to 1. It's almost completely useless as far as recommendations go, 95% aren't even in my country. Surely this app has been around long enough to get the basics correct.

I'm so disappointed. I've tried several times to use this app the last few days, but it won't log me in. If it does, it won't allow me to save my profile or edit preferences. It keeps crashing, and if I click on a user's profile, it shows no pics or any info on them. The potential is there, but the functionality iUninstaller! Customer service did reach out to me to try and resolve, but unfortunately, it still doesn't work. Time to uninstall!

Off and on subscriber for years. Just installed app. It doesn't seem as bad as some describe. I've found customer service to be responsive. I've made no connections through this website. It's become mostly just a time killer for me. Posting a picture mostly results in a lot of fake responses. I'll likely switch back to Match after this subscription expires.

Not worth the cost, info collected for matching is limited, no filter for distance to search in, can't change my name, can't remove a picture only replace it, it seems very basic for the $34 I ended up paying. There are too many options to add services for fees when the rate is already high and service should be included in your membership also you can accidentally hit the link like I did charging me an additional $6.99 with no refunds. I have no plans of staying. I am very disappointed.

Inbox is ridiculous. Most of the time, the messages don't appear. I see that there is a new message. When I click on it, blank. Even within a thread. I have updated and reinstalled. I have to use the web version to see & reply to messages. What is the point of an app when I still need to wade through a barely optimized browser version? I have a Galaxy 10 that is six months old.

Designed to promote dissatisfaction. Designed to provoke spending. Is it me or do they stop texting back because it's them? One scammer but it was quashed by the developers rapidly. After 6 months of paid subscription I've come to the belief that the app is designed to waste my time with countless unauthorized changes to my preferences that result in the presentation of known deal-breakers. The app has a highly inconsistent response to user inputs. Uninstalled

There are lots of men on Ourtime. It's frustrating that Ourtime doesn't exclude choices by the parameters we choose, for ex.distance between locations, age, etc. Also it seems that when browsing thru profiles that I see repeats daily that I have marked as not not interested. I would rather see fewer choices if they are better fits for a relationship, than reading a profile just to realize this person is 5 states way & I can't relocate. And I see options for answers that aren't on my choices.

It's a waste of money. The matching system matches you with whatever it feels like. Outside your selected area, and I mean by long unreasonable miles, gender other than what you selected, a list of people of race not the selected. No one matches the selected preferences. Is really a waste of money. And the worst part is that there is no free trial. I subscribed 2 days ago, and I am already done with its uselessness, and there is no refund. Such a scam.
