Problems, problems, and more problems. Originally it was just a matter of some long load times, but now this app flat-out does not work (on Android 13); selecting the app icon shows a brief loading screen, then a blank page. I've reinstalled the app and tried force-quitting, and neither yielded any results. Useless.

They updated again, and made the format goodester/besteresty (pretty much unusable for anyone)!!! It's amazing that in this era of MODERN technology Meijer tech has consciously chosen to make their app less functional than physically marking off day by day on a paper calendar when you have to reorder each and every prescription you have. Wish I could give negative stars.

What is happening with this app? It no longer will send me text message reminders when my scripts can be refilled and when my scripts are ready to be picked up. It has never been the most user friendly, but at least it used to work. I had to change my notifications to email. I can only hope that will work. Extremely frustrating!

This was a great app.. up until the last update. The constant error messages are one thing, but my biggest beef is that the app is not at all doing it's job. Example: My doctor sent in a new med for me for fill. I get a notification from the Meijer app that it is in process. The "in process" stays for like 2 days. I'm checking every day. Now it's nowhere to be found. Never got a text letting me know it was ready for pickup. The new medication said it was filled on the SAME DAY it was ordered!! Yet when I click on History, there's nothing there. Now I have to call them and find out what the hell is going on. You also can't use the app anymore when you're not with your medication bottles unless you can remember every script number. They won't show you the name of the med, just the last 3 numbers of the script. Oh, they'll start giving you the name after you use their express checkout. I'm not interested in using that!! The app is basically worthless to me now. It's more frustrating, and just not worth it. They need to fix all the issues.

This app *used to* make refills easy, but it deleted half my prescriptions a few months ago. The prescriptions still exist in Meijer's system, but they aren't syncing properly. I've had to find the bottle and "refill by scan," except the scan almost never works and I need to type the Rx number. And the reminders/notifications still aren't firing. And even on the prescriptions that survived the sync issues, just now NONE of the refill buttons worked. Please make this app work again.

Newest update to the app makes it less user friendly and doesn't do anything about the slowness if every function of the app. The layout makes no sense when viewing your prescriptions. There seems to be no order and all my prescriptions aren't included. This app used to help me stay organized and make the pharmacy experience more fluid (although it wasn't perfect). Now it is just frustrating and almost unusable. Fix the issues discussed and every issue that people have in the reviews!

Way to go Meijer. You completely broke the app with latest update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Immediately starts spinning its wheels saying "processing. Please wait". FIX! This app has completely stopped working after working "relatively" good for months. When I log in, I get a weird dialog box saying something about installing market version. I've cleared cache, reinstalled, etc. Nothing works. Even checking on store locations makes it go crazy. Please fix.

Poor is the best way to describe it! When it works (which isn't very often) it's hard to navigate. It contains every script that you ever filled and medications you're no longer on yet it will not allow you to delete them. I would give it a -5 star rating if I could! Incorrect info you get a text message and a push saying you have a script ready for pickup but when you go to the app it doesn't list anything ready for pickup so you have no idea what script it is.

Not very intuitive. When trying to refill, nowhere does it say "refill this prescription." Rather, it says "request NEW prescription" (emphasis added). To me, that means to have Meijer contact the doctor's office to write a new prescription. And, depending on the Rx, it flashes a warning about how a controlled substance pickup location can't be changed (I never try to change) then the app hangs up. It's worse on the website/laptop, but happens half the time on the app.

When it works, which is roughly half the time, it's great. Really frustrating when you're in a hurry and the app won't open or gives you an error message! Once again as I try to login, I can't even click on it, it's non-reactive when I open it, no way to click on it. So I go through the grocery app and try to login and it just spins and stops! Argh!!!!

I would delete this app if it didnt slightly make life easier. this app is ridiculously glitchy. freezes constantly. crashes constantly. submits orders multiple times or not at all. but when it does actually work (which its track record so far is about 3/5 times) its nice to be able to refill scripts without calling or talking to people or waiting in line.

This is a new "improved" app. The old one worked fine this one might be good for meijers but it is not good for the customer if and when it works. A whole lot of processing ending in somethings wrong try again later. No date on first page to tell last time you put in for refill. You have to go thru each script to get any info. If its wrong you have to call to get script filled, kind of defeats the purpose of the APP.

Used to be great, now it's just messed up. Doesn't notify me when scripts are ready. Tells me that a one-month supply of a med is due to be refilled in three months (or vice-versa). Can't even look at the script details or order a refill for one of my daughter's meds--the page never moves past "loading". This all started when they added the MedSync feature, turning a great app into a lousy one. I really wish they'd fix it.

I don't know what happened but someone messed up with this app! I could use it once when I downloaded it but it was so slow and unresponsive. Now it is 100% unresponsive upon trying to log in, citing that "a problem has occurred" and to "please try again later". This app is basically garbage sitting in my phone memory waiting to be fixed since I kind of need it. Wish I could just uninstall now but I guess I'll have to wait to see if Meijer actually decides to fix this mess.

Have time remembering the password as get locked out then have to change it. Would be great if there was something else to sign in to make it easier. Finger print scanner or something similar. Spend more time trying to sign into it I want. Password for Rx, password for just the app, then another for the credit card. Come on. I understand security, but not easy to remember all the passwords.

The app is pretty good. You can do almost everything you need. There are two things I would change. 1. Automatically remove expired prescriptions from the main list. 2. Allow changes to the prescriptions in the sync list. It automatically added one, but the synced fill date was ten days after I would have run out. I had to call the pharmacy to get it filled.

Used this app all the time. Just got the upgrade and now it won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled, twice, and it still won't work. When I try to open, it just hangs on a spinning circle and then I get a pop-up stating that "something went wrong". Have uninstalled permanently. Disappointing as I used this app for the entire family's scripts.
