There's no doubt in my mind that this is a scam. I dis not receive any service because nobody answer, on the page I was on there was no mention of the $39 membership fee, just the $5 sign up. When I contact it customer service about getting refund because I did not get an answer from a vet for 3 days they tried to trick me to talk to the vet, I told them I just wanted a refund they said no. Then, the customer service supervisor prenteded to not be able to reach me and ended communication.

I asked my question online. It said there is a 1 Dollar refundable fee. I thought that was fine. I put in my card details. It then said the answer comes through faster on the app...which I downloaded and was met with a subscription fee page of 21 Dollars so I never proceeded the process. It anyway charged the dollar + 33 DOLLARS to my bank! I did not give permission. I'm an unemployed individual and that is a lot of money I could have spent going to an actual doctor and getting meds for free.

Initially, the website indicated that the consultation was FREE. However, upon navigating to another page, it stated that access to an adviser would incur a $1 charge. To my dismay, upon entering my card information, I was charged $51, with an additional $46 scheduled for May 27th. This experience feels deceptive and unacceptable. I can't afford that. If I could, I wouldn't have chosen a free platform. This is fraud to catch innocent people.

I've joined twice now and been charged the $66 membership fee. The 'Experts' can not read the question, let alone answer the question in thier supposed field as an expert. Very basic question. It appears the responses from the unnamed Experts are AI generated or it is purely a set up as a SCAM app. There is no way to verify these Experts have any qualifications or even are real people. Do not waste your money.

They automatically charge subscription just for using their services and refuse to give refunds when we the user did not agree to nore authorize a reoccurring charge. Fortunately, I caught it before too long, but I am still out another $39. I still give it a 2 star regurdless because my question was answered in a timely manner. Due to their subscription practices, I do not see myself using them again in the future.

if I could rate zero stars I would. this app cons vulnerable people into "agreeing" to a $50/month membership. I came to chat with a mental health professional, and ended up being told I cannot get a refund, nothing is private or confidential in any way and ended up with zero help. absolutely do not use this service unless you like throwing money away for absolutely no reason with zero benefit. it's confusing, convoluted, condescending and simply feels like a massive scam. I am very unhappy

SCAM!! They will tell you theres a refundable charge of £1. What they don't tell you is that they will then freeze another £24 without your knowledge. Why? I don't know. It can't be for membership as i didn't sign up for a membership, just to the site. I cancelled the membership the same night & complained. The money still wasn't unfrozen. I complained & was told MS is cancelled & i won't be charged again. The money still got taken first thing mon as i worked all wkend & couldn't ring bank.

Ripped off for the initial $5 one-time charge, and then they added an additional $30 immediately. No response initially, and when they did, it is condescending. Complained through the app and had to call my bank. Now I have battle to prevent being ripped off further. Cancel any time is a joke. Buyer beware!

Worst app ever. Used it once for one time question and was billed monthly for 178 shekels without my knowledge. Never subscribed to the monthly service. The company does not refund. This is outrageous. Payed in general more than 1k for one time use that didn't even helped.

I was told I'd only have to pay $5 (which was fully refundable), but was charged $35! They just sent me a link that opened to a payment box that didn't show they charges. Also, I didn't get any more help from the "expert" than what I was already able to Google myself. No prescriptions, no nothin to help my cat in the immediate until I can get her to the vet. I already had to take my cat to the physical vet, but now I have to wait even longer cause they took the money I was gonna use. Fkn Scam!

we paid the $40 to get veterinarian input for our dog..we paid the upfront $5 and the $35 after asking the initial question. we were messaged that a Vet could not be found and one would call later..too late.. off to try to try to walk into our regular vet now..even though they are too busy..what a scam this app is..at least it can be canceled...hopefully..still out the overall fee for the first month..couldn't even use it when it was needed.

I was fine with the 2$ to answer my question. What I wasn't fine with was the 66$ charge and finding out I'm a member. This should be told up front. I find predatory behavior like this from companies that are here to "help" despicable. Please, if you haven't moved forward with the 2$ payment, just don't. They will take money straight out of your bank account.

This is a scam! I am still waiting on an expert and I was told $5 non refundable so I said cool that no big deal. Then they sent a message to download an app. And as soon as I downloaded it. I was charged $35 for an app without any info on the charge to come. Canceled membership as soon as I saw the charge and it tells me I can no longer have access to membership stuff after charging me??? I didn't even get 1hr worth of service!!!! SCAMMM!!!

Should have read more reviews. My fault for that. But the shady marketing is on them. I joined with the $5 join fee and understood there was a monthly charge after the trial. They charged the $5 join fee and $46 membership fee within an hour of each other. When I reached out to rectify this, I was sent a link to the checkout page that shows the fine print at the bottom that says it will be charged at the same time. Even the wording of that is misleading though. Anyway, steer clear.

Doesn't support HTTPS so it's unsecured--which I get to read any time I switch between pages. App is still hot garbage and canned customer service response is to keep reinstalling it and to use a computer. Have to try to reset my password everytime I login, but even if I'm successful I'll have to do it again. Doesn't matter, still can't access the service except by text message prompts. $150 for 8 total questions ranging from hot garbage to semi-useful. It's the MoviePass of questions.

FRAUD! SCAM!! I provided my bank details for a one-time charge ($5) due to the one time I used the service, but after that, they start charging me montly WITHOUT even sending me a notification. I asked for a refund since I DO NOT INTEND TO USE their services on the month ahead, it was denied. They're also refusing to pay back the difference between the fee that they charged incorrectly. I paid $60, but the email said the monthly fee is $46. Just Answer is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever used.

SCAM! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! I was told it would just be a $1 fee for a question, and they told me it was no commitment and I wouldn't be charged more. Well I just discovered a $60 charge on my credit card bill. When I asked they said it's a membership fee and it's set to renew today! Thankfully I caught it before it renewed or it'd be another $60! Super sketch business. I never got a single email or anything telling me I was in this plan. It's a scam! They will enroll you without your knowledge

The people on here respond quickly and do seem certified. As other people said, JustAnswer lures you in with a $1 fee and then charge an additional $34; however, I immediately noticed this and canceled my subscription within 10 minutes. I emailed asking for the $34 membership fee to be refunded, expecting it to be a few days before I even got a response, but literally 5 minutes later I got an email back saying that the $34 transaction was canceled and would be refunded.

They wait about a week or 2 after you have used their service then charge your bank account $46. Which is a recurring monthly fee until you cancel. They do not at any point tell you about the recurring monthly fee. UPDATE This app was initially advertised on Google as free, but once I created an account I had to pay a $5 fee inorder to speak with a professional. I didn't mind that. But a week or 2 after having used the service I have a charge for $46. I was never made aware of this recurring fee

Do NOT give them your credit card! I too felt the upfront fee was deceptive, but I dealt with it. I tried to use the service as much as I could to get my monies worth, but after a few days I canceled. if the story ended there this might be a 3 star review. I canceled May 20 and got a text and emailing confirming. ao imagine my surprise when my card was charged again on June 17th! An hour later and they still refused to refund me and I had to call and cancel my card.
