Scammers. They cancel your flight. Don't provide alternatives, no support whatsoever. Charge you to REVIEW your request. Don't use their "services" buy directly from airline. Will save your time and money

Disgusting app! I wanted to return the money for the air ticket (I didn’t fly back) and for the hotel stay (I lived 1 night instead of 7), they ignore the support chat, they don’t answer calls! I strongly do not recommend using this app for booking anything and everything! Отвратительное приложение! Хотел вернуть деньги за авиабилет (обратно не улетел) и за проживание в отеле (прожил 1 ночь вместо 7), чат поддержки игнорируют, на звонки не отвечают! Я настоятельно не рекомендую использовать

Terrible app, support answers too long and after some time stops answering at all. My cancel request still pending for almost a month(waiting company confirmation), however, I have got information from flight company, that it was cancelled!

I bought a ticket from Helsinki to Zagreb with a layover in Milan. I got an electronic ticket verifying it. However I got only one boarding pass to Milan and the second part of the trip didn't exist. They not only stole money but put me in danger in a foreign country where my cards don't work and I'm not able to buy another ticket

Cannot make a cancellation of my flight reservation. Sent request 1 week ago, they say that I can wait 48 hours for support, but still the silence. I think this this like a scam - they just take your money and don't give them back. And I have no money and no service. 1.5 month has been passed - still no money back and no responce... :( If you don't have enought money to hire enought support team members, maybe you should go from the market? Please. But before return my money

Tech support will leave you hanging for days with no resolution or even an answer from a real person. Hot line also doesn't work Upd. I issued tickets date change on November 4, today, December 1, I got an answer from service - pay extra 46k RUB per ticket and you can change flight date. This is NOT NORMAL

It took 40 days for technical support to respond to a premium account. Thank you for reminding yourself after 40 days, and I was able to write this review for future customers. At the moment, the service is more dead than alive. On this note, we say goodbye to you forever. 40 дней понадобилось техподдержке на ответ для премиум аккаунта. На данный момент пациент скорее мертв, чем жив.

Guys, what the fraud - I paid via your platform for additional service (extra space seat). But on the check-in desk I was told that no payment they see and no reservation. Your nice support does not answer at all, neither on phone nor via chat... You took money and did not provide me the service. How should I call it? And two days later (13.03.23) the support desk sent me to the Aircompany, saying that they can do nothing. Guys, keep apart from paying via this service.

The service works irresponsibly, support takes a very long time to respond, the answer comes as if by copying (copy, paste). Moreover, they refuse from their obligations ( on return and exchange of tickets with additional payment ) . I will not order through them again and I do not recommend them to you.

Customer service just doesn't work. Accidently delete my refund request(coz the button in bottom is too big, and there's no confirmation dialog after tap) and customer service still didn't answer(hotline/chat). Same thing for my refund questions. No responce since 4 March!

If you're not from one of countries mentioned in app it will not be possible to put correct phone number.Not saying about restrictions - not possible to change in app say from 353 to 357. And your chat (robot chat) doesn't answer. even full version of website doesn't allow to change the number. It says "Failed to update data". We sent same to your support.

Scam on tickets return requests. I've tried to return a flight ticket on onetwotrip. After making a request via their mobile app they've sent a notification to my email to confirm the operation in 3 days. They've sent it at a random period of time 5 months after my request. As I had no access to Internet I couldn't confirm it and now the support tells me that it's all my problem as I've been informed I will have to confirm it. Maybe they're right, but I would prefer using other apps then

Too horrible services, I'm trying to change my flight ticket date for days while the prices are almost the same, never got a concrete answer, they're waiting for the price to jump higher and then process my request, so I really don't recommend using this app.

Seemed like a great app......until every time I try to fill out the forms to buy a ticket, my phone keyboard freezes and then refuses to go away until I put the phone to sleep and re-awaken it. It is impossible to actually buy a ticket through this app, apparently.

My ticket was canceled by the airline before departure, and I never received the refund amount, I submitted an application with the reason: “the airline canceled the ticket” and they wrote on the application that “maybe I don’t want to fly, and I want to find out the refund amount” It’s just nonsense, all scammers, their first goal is to make dishonest money and not to serve society well, they suck the blood of people, so don’t waste your time and money on this service

Requested refund. 5 months with no answer whatsoever, so called support is completely useless. Their answer is either: "We are super busy and/or we work overtime, so we can't keep up" or completely refuses to accept a call, by telling to chat somewhere else on their application. If you are ever going to book your tickets, be aware that this company will gladly take your money and will do what they can to not refund you back in case if something happens and youll have to cancel flight.

They fooled me into installing this app with a discount, which ended up being less than 5 percent, but in the process they have completly changed my booking, and it will be almost impossible to control or notice in this app. And after you pay for the wrong booking if you ask for help they, basically, will respond in 2-3 days saying you were to blame for the wrong booking yourself. The change to the booking will cost 2 times more than simply buying a new one elsewhere. Run while you still can!

Horrible service. No customer support - it just doesn't work. "There's nothing I can do" - is the best answer you'll ever get. Tried using their loyalty card - made the top-up, and now my money is just stuck there. Can't purchase anything - not receiving the CVC code by SMS. Can't transfer the money back to my bank account - need to upgrade the loyalty card to get that feature, which also doesn't work. Guys, use yandex or google or booking or a zillion other WORKING solution. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst service ever, never try to book something with their help. Customer service is the worst you have even seen. Very hard to contact them and ask for help. And it is not about high or low season. Just avoid their service. And you save your money and nerves.
