I almost never leave a review, but have to for the customer support and technical ability from this app/company. They are great at taking your deposits, they run instant withdrawals from your bank account. When it's time to withdraw your winnings? It's been 2 months and they haven't sent me my physical check yet, and over a month for PayPal. Customer service is terribly slow to respond, and can't get it right. I'm fairly concerned now they've lost my money based off what they're saying to me now

Hey, Jamie Moore, I also don't know how to withdraw contest entries from the app, and while I don't like to use the browser for DK, I have found that it works that way App has occasional issues, and support isn't all that helpful until after the 2nd or 3rd email, but DraftKings is pretty awesome and the app works a solid 98+% of the time. Apparently, one of the many Google/Android pre-loaded background-ish apps can create some random issues, but updates to those other apps will usually fix it.

My account just stopped working. I can make a contest, but I can't enter. The only support they have available is email support. Their support is so inept I send it to friends so they can laugh. I wrote to them in the first email and told them I tried to delete the app and reinstall it, make sure it's updated, made sure my internet is good.... Each email to their support suggests one of those things and tells me there is no restrictions on my account. It's incredible how inept their support is.

I had a great review for this app, but i have had issues with logging in since the very behind when I first started using it. Apparently this is an issue they just cannot overcome as I'm not the only one with this complaint. It doesn't look good when you spend the most money on advertising out of any other app, but can't take care of the problems you're customers are having with the app. I've had far better experience with a few other apps even on the sportsbook side, so I think I'll be done

have had nothing but issues with location, played for a year no problem, then something changed and I've had issues being located ever since, every customer service person goes thru the same dialogue every time, total run around and then start all over. I still have $1.11 in the account, i can deposit more, the betting is questionable if they can find me, it is very intermittent. they have issues and will not admit it.

App was great and then the ads took over. I understand the need for some ads but now it's ridiculous. It took some getting used to at first, having ads after setting your team and submitting. That was fine, but now it's then AND every time you just want to go look at your team and how you're doing....it's getting out of hand. Please go back to the way it was. Now, we're much better off going online than using this app.

Your latest updates have, for no reason I see necessary, increased the font size and/or added a lot of zoom on any web-based pages. Inside the pool pages (which use a webview browser page) and in the player details popups when drafting lineups are two examples. It's not my device, either, because this is the only app that has recently been changed like that. I do like the larger text a little on the player info, but it's hard to navigate in the pools, at times.

This app is the WORST! It NEVER works properly. It takes 10 minutes to load before you can even do anything. It's constantly freezing. Constantly crashing. ALWAYS has network errors. Trying to bring up your bets page takes another 10 minutes of glitchy loading. Placing bets doesn't even work half the time. Try to pick more than one bet and it's always dropping the one you selected first. It's so convoluted and tough to navigate. Can't search for games, you have to scroll endlessly to find the one you want. If you minimize the app and come back to it it reloads the page instead of staying where you were, slowly of course. It's like the developers have never bet on sports, have zero common sense, and have never made an app before in their lives. It's embarrassingly bad. I can't wait until any of the other Atlantic City casinos make a sportsbetting app because this so so unbearably bad I actually had to write a review for it. I know the response is going to be to email support. Don't waste your time because I'm certainly not gonna waste mine emailing them what they already know and don't care to do anything about. Lazy developers, they should ALL be fired.

Update: New phone and the app still doesn't work! Have to use a PC. You guys suck. This app has fallen apart. I used it all last season and for some reason this season it doesn't let me enter any contests. Same phone as last year, same settings, never used a VPN, location is on. Still says I can't enter a contest because my location can't be verified. Essentially makes the app useless.

Its a great app, the best for Fantasy sports gamble. But recently when you switch between players and click on to read their profile or check their news; the screen glitches and you can no longer see who you pick and its just stuck on your lineup, forcing you to repeatedly back out until you can form a line up. This desperately needs to be fixed.

I keep getting the VPN error. I don't have it activated but just to be sure, I uninstalled my VPN. Even when I uninstall my VPN completely, it still gives me the error. For some reason, this app wants to track my location and other times, it doesn't. It's inconsistent. You will have a miracle if it doesn't give you an error when it comes to location. Cause that's the issue you will have to deal with consistently with this app. And don't let me get started on the crashes.

It does what it is supposed to. That's about it. The app ui is pretty garbage. It takes too many steps to get to basic actions, items aren't in logical places, and I have to go to a specific area to see my recent bets instead of the main screen because they don't show up, so I get to click like 6 buttons and do a bunch of scrolling. The bet menu also doesn't remember you last spot, so you get to scroll down over and over when you make a bet. Pay for UI not ads. Keep your user base 101.

Future games. I need to see future games scheduled. It matters. A Sportsbook isn't just Fantasy either. I need a more diverse in-app Sportsbook. Rewards and prize pool could be better as well. It's more or less industry standard or better. Idk. I've won big before but for the most part its a grind or a thousand dollar investment to see a win. More ways to win in the future. Cool??? Cool.

App is terrible. It freezes after being open for a few seconds every time. I love the service but the phone app is a miserable experience. It may be that I am on a "older" phone...but something like this doesn't feel like it should be difficult to keep working on an older device. My email works. Various streaming apps work. I don't understand why this can't.

Changed my 5 stars to 2 stars because this app crashes CONSTANTLY! If you do 150 lineups in any contest make sure you are on top of them hours (yes, HOURS) before the contest starts! You will need all that time to deal with the constant freezing and crashing of the app on Android. The UI is great imo, and when the app actually works, it works great, but I've actually lost money on this thing due to not having time to change my lineups when needed due to the constant crashing.

App hasn't worked right in over 2 months now! Always having connectivity issues. Every time I try and place a bet it says to check my location. I've been in the same location for years and have all my settings correct. Just think about the hundreds of dollars I deposit a year, multiplied by hundreds of thousands of users, you'd think they would fix the bugs and update it!!

Please make it stop auto-scolling in the live contests. Late swap is so difficult when you have to scroll all the way back to the last place you *think* you were. I also have a suggestion: although I can't stand FanDuel's interface (on the app or desktop) their global swap will allow you to swap-in players with higher salaries than the player you're swapping-out, (wherever the cap isn't exceeded). My biggest issue for years has been the auto scrolling always taking me back to the top.

The app's reach exceeds it's grasp. I've seen a lot of issues people have with Android so maybe that's all it is for me. But I never even made it far enough to use the app. Tried some UFC bets & it wouldn't let me fill out lineups or I would get to the end and get an error message, have to start over and then would time out. Tried with soccer as well. Even went through fixes with customer service. Still couldn't use it. Great idea. Terrible execution. Really bad experience with DK.

Switched to one star, based on the fact that the support team is completely useless and doesn't answer the question or even offer any actual support. They have 2 stand alone apps using the same email address to receive questions and offer deals, regardless of the fact that you want nothing to do with the Pick 6 app. The solution provided was to turn off notifications or block the email. By doing such, you won't receive offers to your email from the app you actually play. Makes Zero Sense.

Worst experience thus far with this DraftKings app. I did a recent update, shut my phone off and then turned it back on. It didnt work. It will not recognize my password even after I reset it. I contacted DraftKings and the things they sent me I found on Google myself. Everything they suggested failed. They may have gotten tired of me sending emails so the last one encouraged me to get a new phone as a solution. Total Garbage Indeed!!!
