Passengers saved information isn't automatically pulled when doing check-ins. Besides, everytime I try to do the check in, there's an error at the end and all information is erased.

Broke multiple times during check-in (try online instead, it breaks less often there), wouldn't let me swap my country or form language, errored when trying to add bag notifications, errored when trying to save my boarding pass to Google Wallet, failed to email my boarding pass (and the page died), took me to a broken page when I tried to view the boarding pass initially. Oh - asked me to fill in details for a visa I didn't need, excluded the visa option I have, and refused my postal code. Nice.

Absolutely trash. Won't save your session, logs you out constantly while you're trying to check in for your flight. I've been trying for 2 hours and keep having issues.

The worst airline app (and website) I've ever used. Long load times and guaranteed crashes. Good luck checking in or loading boarding passes. Don't even think about changing seats. It's 2024, this kind of user experience is inexcusable.

The app is terrible! Keeps crashing, never loads properly. I cannot make any modifications or get access to my boarding pass using the app. I have to use the web browser (which is not that much better than the app).

This app is what happens when you allow state sponsored monopolies. Delta and Aeromexico need to go bye bye. 85% of the time the app doesn't load. If I wait several minutes, sometimes I get lucky enough to check in. Buying flights? No. Rebooking or modifying flights? Absolutely not. Like c'mon its 2024 and your app doesnt run?

The app just keeps getting worse, I wonder if there's a team that runs stress tests to improve what needs to be improved. Can't check-in, if by chance you can check-in you can't pull the boarding pass from the app (forget about pulling it out when boarding... IMPOSIBLE), I've saved my information many times and out of the 30+ flights I've made with Aeroméxico it keeps asking me for information I've provided before.

Everything about this app failed consistently. My flights would not show up, I was unable to check in, unable to verify my email, or do any other basic task without the app crashing every time. And the website is no better. While the actual people I was able to speak with at the airport were extremely helpful, the app is complete trash.

This app is slow to load even trivial amounts of information (loading screens take forever). Notifications and updates are unreliable (You get a notification about an updated gate after you've already found it on your own). And it's unable to hold even a boarding pass while you work in a different app. When you switch back to the AM app, it re-loads entirely. If you lose internet connection, your boarding pass won't load, even if it's already been loaded in your app before.

Maybe once they fix the app from crashing on the last page before check-in, or having to reenter passport and emergency contact information every time it is required, or remembering the language I selected from my last session--then I might rate higher. Also stop with all the upgrade prompts; I already purchased the seat I wanted when I bought my ticket and do not need to "upgrade again" every time I open the app.

This is by far the worst airline app I've ever used. There is absolutely no testing done on it. Their website is even worse. Notifications for a flight cannot be enabled. Sometimes I am forced to buy a seat instead of skipping. The ticket does not show up after check in. I had to do it multiple times. I got double charged when I actually wanted to cancel a flight. If you have a chance, fly with another airline.

I get more and more frustrated with this app as time goes on. Parts of it won't translate (same with desktop), and to make things worse, now you get nailed with pop up ads when you're trying to book a flight or get your boarding pass. The last thing you ever want in that situation is a pop up offer, but you're going to get it. I know they were bankrupt at one point, but having to rely on pop up revenue??

This app is getting worse! I keep turning on flight notifications, i get a message that it was successfully turned on, but when I check the app again it's off, on Android phone, tablet & iPhone. I paid ahead of time for 2 bags but it doesn't show anything on my reservation, so i have to print the receipt. Aeromexico has charged me twice for 1 bag in the past and refused to reimburse. Hopefully this time will be fine.

One of the glitchiest apps (and websites) I've ever encountered, especially alarming for such a big company, and a travel one, no less, where proper functionality is key. They cannot validate my email, traveler information does not save, clicking things is very slow or doesn't work at all, typos abound, notifications don't work, and general usability/navigation is awful. Most alarming is the fact that boarding passes don't load, generate scannable codes when emailing, or work with Google Wallet.

Absolutely terrible. A complete disgrace. The two things you want to be able to do is check on flight updates and load your boarding passes. It cannot do either task. All the app can do is charge you more for completely stupid upgrades. Aeromexico utterly sucks as a whole. I'm shocked we didn't die in a fiery crash. It's like... Oh God I dunno. I suggest looking up lots of reviews. I will definitely avoid ever using them again if I can.

Horrible whoever is in charge of this app should be fired it never works. Retrieving a boarding pass is impossible. Obtaining updated information following a layover won't happen. You be dependent on a physical boarding pass and electronic boards. It will not verify my email address.. and really contributed to a negative flying experience lam less likely to use this airline due to the inconvenience and difficulties of the app.It was tried with various internet connections in 3 countries.

This app fails to do the most basic functions you would expect out of an airline app. Never able to load boarding pass and had to request a paper copy. Checking in took five tries as it would reset my information. I changed seats and despite it confirmed the change it never occured and I was in the original seat. It doesn't matter when/how you try to use the app it is completely unreliable.
