My partner and I just recently began combining finances. Before trying Zeta Joint Cards we were venmoing each other constantly, which worked fine at first but quickly got messy and unorganized. Zeta Joint Cards allows us both to setup recurring transfers from our individual accounts. Now we simply use ZJC exclusively to pay all of our bills and it's tracked nicely in one place, that we both have access to! Love it!

If you're looking for a great banking experience with a SHARED account, this is THE one! They have ATM access WITH deposit capability right in my local little town (never expected that). Amazing tools to help stay on budget. Make the switch. You won't regret it. On a side note since Google asked, there aren't any ads.

After Simple bank announced their closure, I didn't know where to turn. Luckily I found Zeta and I love them even more! It's easy to track my finances and communicate with my spouse about our joint finances. Their customer service is also great and very responsive. Bonus points that you get you're own personal concierge so it's the same person you're working with every time! I appreciate how easy it is to message them through the app. I just wish they had individual accounts too!

Horrible company. Once you deposit a good amount of money in there they will lock your account and say they are reviewing but never do. They stole thousands months ago and won't respond to chat because it's all AI and it's the most useless AI I have ever talked to. A rock could give better support. They also won't respond to emails. They are theifs do not use this company if you wanna keep your money! You have been warned !

They locked my account weeks ago because they had a bug in there app i saw the error then after my account was locked. They said it was because of a reverse of funds I was the one that deposited the funds. I contacted the company that they said reversed the funds. And they said they did not. So allies by these guys. And ive been trying to contact them for weeks. Can never talk to a human. Through the app chat always Dumb Al responses. And the email i never get a response either.

Super responsive team when it comes to feedback and assistance. Way better than any physical brick and mortar bank! Love the goals and bill reserve features, and virtual cards are doooooope! Also really like automation.

At first I was a little hesitant to try another bank app, and didn't have much hope that I would have any different experiences than the others. This by far blows other apps out of the water and has the best customer service and help I've seen in such a long time. They took the time to explain each part of the app to me and all the various options I could use it for and also giving me a sense of security and peace of mind regarding my money. Highly recommend!

Zeta has helped me better manage finances w/o needing a spreadsheet. I love that I can look at the calendar feature and see which part of the month has more bills. Love the joint account and message portal. Love the flexibility of the bill reserve. Love the disposable virtual card. Love the low balance notification before bills are due. LOVE customer service, it's clear you're talking to a human and they respond very quickly. Love literally everything about this bank, it could only get better!

Really love the Automation Features. Not having to spend time worrying about if my paycheck can cover my bills is great. Transactions auto-spend from goals and bills as needed. Set it and Forget it. Concierge(Support) is really great too. Super helpful, fast, and fun.

I'm EXTREMELY frustrated at this point. We started using this and got away from it for a bit because I didn't have time to finish setting everything up. Meanwhile, we changed phone providers and have new numbers. We have both tried to contact support about this. We get a message that it's being elevated, and someone will follow up, but nothing ever happens. Now we can't access anything cause it won't let us even log in.

I'm one month into switching to Zeta and love the app so far. It's easy to learn and has all the functions I was looking for to "set it and forget it" when it comes to joint banking and budgeting all in one. It's easy to reach a staff member directly via in-app chat with any questions and they know the product well enough to really give useful advice—something I've never seen in a banking app before that I LOVE. Upcoming features sound like exciting improvements that will be worth waiting on.

This app seems to have potential of being on par with chime. It would be handy for couples so they can be on the same page about how they spend money. Which could save on the amount of arguments had and $ spent on flowers to make up. Only issue was it wouldn't let me experience the app in full without entering my partners info. Which makes it hard to fully beta test.

I want to start off saying that support is wonderfully responsive but this app just is not it. I had watched a YouTube video about the app that was a few years old and it sounded fantastic and like it had just the features we needed - but after registering and everything I'm realizing they have apparently since stripped those features and I don't really understand the point of this app as it now is or how it could possibly fit into our workflow.

Can't really ask for more from a startup bank. The app is great, everything works as it should, and if you ever have a question they're contactable via the app, reddit, etc. Basically if you're the slightest bit tech bias, you will love this product. And if you're not, you'll also love it. Highly recommended to keep joint balances in check. No pun intended.

So far, Zeta has been great! I had an issue with my first transfer being a little delayed. I reached out to support and they got right back with me with an answer and solution to my issue. They were professional and polite. Very helpful. The sign up process was a breeze. No issues or lengthy application which is rare, especially when opening a joint account. I'm a happy customer so far.

I really like this bank so far. It was easy to get set up, I like that we can budget easily for bills, and best of all the customer service is very friendly and responsive. Definitely would recommend! Edit: They switched their great customer service to chatgpt which is so aggravating. How is a robot supposed to do anything except offer a semi-related topic that doesn't solve my issues??

Honestly better than any other bank I've used. I've been bouncing around to different banks for a very long time. Trying to find one with the best featureset and benefits to banking with them. I downloaded Zeta because I wanted an account to use for bills and for my girlfriend to help out. This app has let me do that. They have a bill reserve that you can use to automate bill saving, autopay with check / ACH, and more. Honestly, it helped me get back on track with my finances. 10/10

Coming from One (and previously Simple) this bank does a better job of allowing you to track and categorize spending from buckets (goals) than One. Their APY is lower but we have another savings bank for real savings. There is a little bit of wonkieness when switching between apps back to zeta, pages not loading or just a blank screen, but not very often. some optimization stuff could be done. Overall we plan to switch from one to zeta from all the other options like Cube or similar

Zeta has proven more useful for my wife and I in a few months than other banking/fintech apps. It's truly a joint account with so many useful and intuitive features. Best of all, they have a concierge service to walk you through it all, and personalized support. Their team is also very communicative about updates, new features (Personal accts!) and just.. I can go on and on but you have to try it.

My partner & I have been using Zeta for around 2 years at this point. We like a lot of the features, however, over the course of those 2 years the app has become very slow/laggy, we feel like it doesn't always register our taps, & takes much longer to process selections then we feel it should. It makes the app very clunky to use & tiresome to do the finer details like changing "spent from" & "category" selections. We have flagship phones with plenty of RAM & CPU power. This is our only laggy app
