Stupid app I logged in with my correct email address and password it said something went wrong I clicked on forgot password I've waited my ass out for a password reset email but they sent nothing... If you're looking for a nice customer support chat app try elsewhere STUPID APP and the worst is that they want you to subscribe to a paid plan for a wack site

Very useless 😡 app. We are able to login on web browser but this app keeps saying our login credentials is wrong despite using same login on web which worked successfully but the app keeps saying invalid credentials.

Oy. This is supposed to make working from home as a mom easier. It does not. And now its telling me my password is wrong and I can't login in when it most certainly is not wrong. Deleting this app as we speak. Super bummed about it.

Love this live chat software!! In next updates, can you release "Dark Theme" for this app, please? Furthermore, I would really appreciate if you can add features such as Calls (Phone Calls/Video Calls), Status, Profile (Changing Profile Pictures/About), and Passcode (For Security Reasons) as well. Thank you.

I have installed the app and it basically doesn't work... I couldn't login to my profile wven though the password and email are both correct. It keeps on saying there's something wrong

Sound problem. Since last update incoming visitor or new chat conversation make no sound notification....i did check the app setting but it changes always to device sound and makes no notification even after restarting the app

This app is garbage it signs you out and when you try to log back in using your subdomain the button works about 1 out of every 200 attempts. And my phone is up to date on software and is a samsung s8

App keeps falling asleep or shutting down automatically. Uninstall and reinstalled nothing has changed I hope this is just an issue with the app but it is not working

Since the last update went live, I'm unable to expand or contract the lists of incoming/served/visitors in the main view. No account of cache clearing, log out and back in our reinstalling the app is helping

This is the worst experience I have regarding Login with a correct credentials. The credentials works great on web. It keeps showing me wrong credential given on APP. Tried to get in for an hour but no positive outcomes.

Thanks for the update it fixed the visitors path issue but still there are lots of issues such as the chat takes a lot of time to load. The app was perfect before these 2 updates, please fix this.

Updated: I was having some serious issues with getting notifications on android, I raised a ticket, Jeffrey was amazing, he liaised with his team & sorted this issue out, this is fully functional now, works brilliantly. Great support from Jeffrey kept me in the loop all the way through. Really helps with sales etc this app, a must have

I didon't received any alam or msg the same time when any one open my online store. This app is no alert us about our customers present. So this app is not good. Kindly slove this issue as soon as possible. Last time I lost my customer they send me text but this app didn't show me any notifications or someone incoming alert. So if you don't change your settings then it's fail app. I should enable all activities option but still I don't receive alert automatically. So please take attention .

Please stop changing the app. You just cost me an hour of discomfort because we struggled to log in. For the folks whos struggling, dont just login, log into the zendest domain (underneath login), never needed that. But oh well. Im in again. After a masive high blood pressure attack, all to struggling with nonsense that should have been left alone. Just stop fidgeting

Issues after last update. Sounds notifications had to be manually edited. Also notifications will not go on the top of the list of other notifications on the phone, as it used to be.

BEWARE! Unable to delete or uninstall Zendesk. Check out the APP permissions - Access to all your Photos, Media and Files, Storage, Wifi Connections and more! Worst customer service! Had to set up a new Google profile and account because of Zendesk! Other better chats that are more secure are available.

1. The Feedback menu does not work. It fails to send the message. 2. There is always a redundant backet coming at the end of shortcuts. It is an annoying bug. I have to delete it every time to send the reply.

It is completely ridiculous that after so long this app still does not include a way to change your status automatically based on your business hours. Not only that, but there seems to be no way to close this app other than signing out and then re-enter your subdomain and credentials to log back in. These are basic features for a chat app and I can't be the only one who will not use it because of that.

Macros don't work (they populate with the literal variable names e.g. {{agent_name}}, you get randomly invisibly logged out in the background with no indication, despite still receiving notifications and having persistent toast saying you're logged in, and notifications for messages only work if you also have notifications for every single user arrival. Considering the importance of this app's use, I can firmly say this has been one of my most frustrating and disappointing user experiences.
