The app never allowed me to sign in after signing up. I uninstalled it and réinstaller it afterwards but the problem persisted. I created a new account using my corporate email but that didn't solve the log in either. Wework lost me in this process as I was finally able to book via a competitor

The date defaults to the current day. If you forget to change it there is no way to fix it! The App says reservations can be canceled but it's only for desk bookings, so if you book something else there is nothing. I contacted customer support and 3 days later received a message telling me to use the App! Clearly WeWork has a disconnect in their communications!

Terrible design and experience. Who books a we work location for the same day at 7pm? What a terrible default. Nevermind that the app scheduling shows 'today' and 'tomorrow' instead of just showing dates, and that to upgrade your account you have to call them and can't do it in the app. It's an app with terrible UI from a company who doesn't seem to want your money, terribly innovative.

Great app, simple, clean, and effective. Only the settings and controls that you need. But why did you change the theme to Light mode? It looks worse and uses more energy, and there's no way to change it back. Please add the option to change, or at the very least read the devices dark/night or light theme mode and update the in-app theme accordingly

Had to sign up to see prices. Signed up logged on took me to New York even though the app asked me where I was. I went to London looked for meeting room in London. App shows by the building so you have to look building by building. Cheapest room is way more expensive than other on demand options. Logged off and uninstalled app. Now I'll get nonsense emails from an app because they wouldn't let me see how expensive they were before I signed up. All in all not a good experience. We don't work.

The new app version is much harder to use that the previous. Particularly booking desks for particular dates used to be simple and now is a tedious process, especially if booking multiple dates. The date picker using a scrolling UI picker is terrible and the insane amount of navigation/confirmation (6 actions to book a desk). And then being taken back to the main screen (re-select desk instead of room) and go through 6 steps again. Also no indication of whether I already booked a desk that day.

Amazingly, this new app is even worse than the old app. It currently is broken on sign-in for me, but even when I could get into it it's user interface was awful - lots of fiddly controls that were easy to get wrong on the first attempt. Ridiculous to make me go through the procedure of installing a completely fresh app for this. The poor quality of this app makes me less likely to go into the office on some days.

It shows all private spaces as unavailable. When you click into the side, it shows it's available. When you try to reserve, you get a hard error I can't tell if something is actually available or the app is just broken. Can't reserve any private space. I should note I've tried this on an android and iphone. Neither will allow me to book a space.

Unintuitive and frustrating interface. All work is on the user to get to the same location and view the availability. And even then it's hard to book easily without screens changing and steps being unnecessarily complicated. This is an app that had been designed without consideration for primary use cases. Absolute berserk. No wonder they're in trouble if they can get this right. It simply encourages bad behaviour such as using empty rooms rather than booking them. Nuts.

You have clearly changed the way the app is developed, and now it's slower buggy and has a lot of UI and UX issues

Every single update the app forgot my credentials and it's annoying to enter them every now and then. Is not that you are fixing credentials problem

Very limited selection of offices. Not available in major countries. Too much noise at the offices from inconsiderate users. It might be better to use Starbucks than to pay for a desk at WeWork. Terrible!

Doesn't work, app is blank and I need to wait outside until staff is done with their lunch.

Extremely slow loading, no option to choose favorite locations, no option to filter locations.

WeWork is lovely, this app is meh. Booking rooms and desks is tedious. When I try to filter for desks to book tomorrow, it shows all the unavailable locations first. There is also no text search for locations, you just have to scroll until you find what you want and the ordering is always changing. Finally there's no way to book a set of desks for a team, seems like a common enough use case.

Every month or less the app logs out and I have to login. Just use refresh tokens.

The app regularly logs the user out. When notifications come through (daily) there is no content in the notification. To read it you need to open the app, at which point you find out once again you've been logged out. A terrible user experience

This is the first one star review I've ever given. I can't even log in to the app in the first place. I have no problem accessing the WeWork website on my computer or on my phone's browser. But logging in through the app is impossible. I have sent in a ticket to get it fixed, but it's been 3 weeks and the problem still isn't resolved. In fact, they stopped responding to my emails last week. If WeWork can't even fix a simple little bug, I have basically no faith that this app will get better

I applaud the minimalism but it's so difficult to upgrade without sending a request. I would just like the same visibility using on a laptop as on the mobile app. I feel like that wouldn't completely derail the aesthetic. Having to bounce back and forth between the two to just purchase a membership is making me lose motivation for what already seems like a bloated monthly membership fee.
