I was a transfer over from Carle Credit Union and now I have access to 24 hr ATM and excellent customer service through this app and in person. This app is easy to navigate and works well. I've never had a problem with it.

I just updated the app, I don't know if this is the new and improved app update that they've been touting but all I get is an access denied error code 16 message, lack of access is definitely not an improvement.[Edit] I was finally able to get the app to open, so I added one star, but after you put in your information it asks you to press a button to have a code sent, the code never arrived so I still can't get in.[edit 7/7/2020] It's working great now, all the problems I initially had are gone.

This app is minimally functional for your checking or savings account. However, it does not allow you to see credit card balances or transactions or allow you to pay. As others have said, once they establish parity with iBranch, it'll be good to go.

Easy to use.Makes life easier by giving me access to all the information I need regarding account balances,loan information,and the various UICCU services in a simple,user friendly format. I don't always have access to a desktop computer but with my phone,prior to installing this app,I would have access only to balance information.If I need any other information I would need to call during regular business hours.With this app I'm able to get up to date info,24/7 even when away from home.

App is really handy to have. I love the fingerprint verification rather than typing in my username and password all the time. Unfortunately, the numbers on the balance seem to always stay low. Would much prefer that number to be a few million larger.

Like others have said, the app provides very basic functions. Since we have to pay a monthly fee or not, we should expect a better experience. Even Gifford State has a better mobile app. The way this app is created is completely unacceptable. Like trying to force us to waste money and drive to a branch instead having a streamlined mobile experience.

It was a very accessible and easy app to use. But maybe there was a bad update, but all of a sudden the app keeps crashing. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Good app in general but the "automated" imaging system used for the check deposit feature of app is absolutely unusable. Friends have similar apps for other financial institutions and it's basically shoot a picture of the endorsed check and off it goes. This particular app uses Mitek Systems product and it is dismal. Too light/too dark/too near/too far endlessly until you give up and shoot it manually. FWIW I do some professional photography so this isn't a noob problem - the AI that Mitek is using needs a good thrashing.

It's easy to navigate. I enrolled in the widget enable.. but there is no widget to enable. 🤷🏾‍♂️ (using galaxy S20 fe 5g /android 11 /one UI 3.1) Edit: (8/2022) the app asked to review after I've already reviewed so here I am.. it still works. Some hiccups with photo capture. But otherwise not too bad. (Using Galaxy z fold 3 Android 12 / one UI 4.1)

It is a smooth and easy to navigate banking app. All the essential are there; checking, savings, credit card, loans etc even provides you with ads (that don't inhibit your progress/experience) for insurances. I haven't had a problem with the app in years hence the 5 stars.

Edit: Looks like I was navigating to the incorrect menu to pay my credit card. The Pay icon is for payments relating to other accounts, not credit cards. Kate responded very quickly and was able to give me instructions to pay my credit card through the Make a Payment menu under Accounts. Everything seems to be working very well, and the issues I was encountering were user error.

The app has been and still is TRASH. You made it way to complicated with all the security. YES, I know I shouldn't be complaining about security, but when it literally makes making a car payment a 15 minute process, that's highly annoying. I should be able to make a car payment in less than 2 minutes. If I could leave 10 bad reviews I would. This doesn't reflect on the u of I credit Union as a whole. Theyre great.

The overall experience is a bit choppy. Sections are not labeled intuitively. The "pay a bill" or "pay an account" function is relatively hidden and not obvious to the user. However, the process to validate an external account is relatively painless... except for the fact that accessing the "pending external account" is not in a logical place. It's on the right path... but this app could use some improvements.
