Service number change physical at your office even though can't update in app. Already updated mobile and email ID but still registered in old service number

When clicked my bills section after app upgrade, it force shuts down, had to uninstall and download apk from previous version. And then that version shows mandatory upgrade pop up

This app is so useless. Does not let me pay, always say something went wrong and it cannot connect to server. And when I want write an email to report the same, guess what, that same error too! I haven't been able to pay last bill due to this issue. Going to put this in consumer forum now, it been over 4 months and I still don't see any update on the app.

Tried paying bill through app amount was deducted from bank account & got an payment error also app is not able to fetch my bill not open pdf saying service no is incorrect yet iam able to see my due amount while using make payment button and fetches all the name and service no correctly??

Doesn't work. There's no electricity yet the app shows that the power consumption is normal. There's no way to raise service complaint for power outage.

I have been using this app for many years on my oppo F11 mobile and it bwas working fine and it made bill payment very convenient. But one week back inchanged my phone to one plus 12R and on installing and logging in the app . My service no..are showing but no bills, no load, no previous bill history are showing. Basically it showing blank ...on both my service no. Introed everything uninstalled and reinstalled the app but its not working. Kindly help .

Most of the time when I try to download the bill, it's won't work like nothing happened on clicking "View PDF". and many time it is downloading the previous months lightbill instead of latest one. I see many people has raised this issue in the past reviews and most of the time your replies were "it is working fine from our end" If multiple users are raising the same issue, then please try to find and resolve the issue instead of just saying it is working fine from our end. Hope this helps!

UPDATE: Something is not right. App has a feature to show the last bill in PDF format but it rarely works as intended. Sometimes, for some Service Numbers, second-last or even third-last bill get shown instead of the last one. This causes utter confusion. There is no interface in the app to "tell" the app that I need the last bill. Very frustrating, especially for someone who has to manage 25+ Service Numbers on the back of this app.

How stupid....this version 2.2.3 was supposed to fix bugs, but it has more bugs than the earlier version. It crashes when one looks at bill history.

While going to the payment page it won't show the actual amount which have to pay, it's showing the amount 9999999999.99. the actual amount was 3150 rupees. Even after routine to the payment gateway page to the special payment method like GPay or credit card there also it shows the amount 9999999999.99. Please fix this ASAP. Warna Adani ka waise he sab froud ko samajhte hai. Baki dekh lo tum

Everytime i submit my reading manually - it is not taking and not giving any success or error. Then i had to mail. So no use of submit meter reading from mobile app as when i call customer care and inform that meter reading submitted , they tell me that no meter reading they have received so useless option of submit meter reading in mobile app

This app is crashing. Do u guys even look at your app? It can't even download bill and immediately crashing and showing notifications stating this app has a bug. You people haven't even resolved, this is going on since more than few months.

App is almost well mentioned. I just have an issue with remove service option. When I try to remove service after press on yes button on confirmation popup. It shows me error that "Please enter a valid Torrent Power service number" I am unable to remove my service number from my registered service page. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

One of the irritate and time wasted app. Most terrible thing is that they never resolve any issues when power get cut off. If they respond by chance they will say that it will take 4 to 5 hours to resolve even there is not a big issue. I request to torrent power kindly hire the right & dedicated candidate for the work to resolve customer queries as soon as possible.

The app is of very little help. They don't show the current consumption units. I tried to send s query about this via Feedback but got a popup saying: "You already have a pending feedback of this type." I thought maybe I forgot. My Loadmeter always shows 'Possible Overload' even when very few electrical appliances are in use. Tried to send a query but got same pop up notification again. I'm sure that I never asked about this before. 'Get a Callback' also didn't work but I've tried it only once.

I got the update notification after I open this app today. I updated it and after update then it is not showing any bills and history as well. After 2 or 3 seconds, it just redirected to home page. I think the changes related to performance but something has done wrongly and it affected the app functionality which was working properly before the update. So, user's don't update the app if it is working and getting the information which you required.
