The customer services are very bad.. It is inadequate.. not customer oriented at all.. They don't know how to serve to the customer.. They don't offer convenient services. Don't expect anything.. They don't even want to bother to open account if you say that you won't transfer big volumes.. Better not to use this..

That app works differently to the Web access and shows a home page that isn't easy to make a transfer from your wallet. The exchange rate is less than other sites.

Im in & its working. I am using new phone not my laptop. Old eyes new tiny phone. Thats why I liked my big laptop. I like the wallet balance. It didnt show for a while so I looked at payees and went back to balance and it was there. Great.

Always quick & easy to send/transfer. I did have a few moments when my app did not work, had an error code. But a little while after, it worked fine. 🤗

why mess with something that isn't broken... I had a nice easy 5 digit number to put in to access my account. Now I have to use the world's longest password every time and its annoying. I think the people think they are clever making a easy function difficult need to live in the real world because most people have about 60 passwords to remember so Sine the last update you can ne er get o the app, all uou get is I'm sorry and onky option to press ok to leave the comment box.. useless

Terrible company despite giving the best value around. The fussiest, most awkward, trivial company ever ! They would want to know about your life story before you send a penny. I was asked the reason for sending just a €100, why I am sending it, to whom I am sending, they asked me to send them a copy of every corner and every page of my passport ... driving license. When I asked why all this? They told me because the country you are sending it to is dodgy which I found to be racist.

Signed up a week ago and registration is still pending. Was sent multiple email asking various questions such as purpose, source and type of funds, etc. And yesterday was asked for a full clear image of utility bill or bank statement for proof of address, because the one I gave was only partial and with black-out financial figures. If the company has no qualm demanding to view customer's irrelevant private data, one has to wonder whether their app will not access our phone private data.

No ability to save your preferred currency conversion, the app always reverts to GBP v Euro and is slow when changing with frequent errors. Also set a rate alert which was disappointing, the alert came by email and was recieved too late. Torfx are great to deal with but the app is annoying and poorly executed.

Would not suggest using them. Downloaded, registered and sent through all of personal & private documentation. No response from TorFx a full week later. Plus they have all of my personal info. There are plenty of alternate companies who operate much better.

Updated rating to 5 star. After 1st May Security patch I'm able to use the app on my Android phone. The service from the support team was excellent 👌.

Highly recommended. Reliable, fast and competent. Since l started sending money last year l have had peace of mind. Even went out of their way on my first transaction as l was sending money to Swaziland which was not on their list. They swifly responded and afforded me the opportunity. The app is so easy to use, their communication is excellent.

Update. I did get a helpful call in the morning offering help with setup, which increased the rating to 3 starts from 1. Also it might be free but the exchange rate was 5.12 instead of 5.4. It was difficult to setup, requires going back and forth from app to email and website. The website won't allow to paste passwords and I am using secure ones. To begin with I couldn't start the app, after registration, it said I needed to ring the customer service.

Latest doesn't open the app, only to say Side issue with the App, it says it needs to be updated and when it has , it still says it needs to be updated.... Can you forward the issue to the App developers as I now can no longer access my account via the App? *****The problem has been resolved, thank you for your prompt response. Well-done 👏

I use TorFX because I had so many difficulties using another exchange. I can accept a .001% or two for reliability.

Not able to sign up or sign in. Shows account already exists, but when try to login it shows error. When I provide email for password reset, it never sends the email but shows email invite sent. Support never responded. So not a reliable platform to send money, very bad app and support. If money gets stuck, I don't think you ever getting it back.

Great app, but since the last update, the app will no longer open, saying it will not open on rooted phones. I have a pixel 8 pro on the android 15 beta ... completely stock and not rooted. please resolve this rapidly.
