It is one of the best apps I have ever used, but it's still missing many features on Android that are available on Iphones. I would be more than happy if this is fixed in the future 😁🙏🏻

I installed the app and tried voice translate, doesn't work on Macedonian and Serbian. I don't know why this languages are on the list when they are not available? I didn't want to give 1, it's not gor 5 star neither, for now. I hope you'll improve it.

After updates, it is very uncomfortable to use... No user-friendly interface, you removed buttons from the main view to another place. Also, the app has some bugs. When I edit text, I see totally different episodes in video

Guys, you offer the yearly subscription and promise the "unlimited access", but forget to tell that the customer should buy seconds of your service for about $15 per 10 minutes anyway. So what unlimited access are you talking about?! By the way, the translation is in very poor quality.

Warning - they will not move your subscription to a new phone . I bought a full year subscription with Captions. Then 1 month later bought a new phone. You cannot move your Captions subscription to a new phone. And they don't care. Here is what they said when I asked why "I am not responsible for the fact that you decide to change your phone, it is your decision." If you pay for a subscription then you will be locked into only one phone Only pay by month or choose a different service

Does not worth the cost The quality of the translation is okey, however, the video quality gets bad, after finishing the editing and downloading the caption line chages its position! I am dissatisfied and its costs a lot.

Apps said got translation and dubbing into Malaysia language. When converted only partial of words being translated. Majority of the words become unrecognisable. Plus its not Malaysia language, its using Indonesian dialect to represent Malaysia language. It is not acceptable at all. Hopefully you can refund back my money you charged around RM98 for this apps. Really hoping this app can improve in Malaysia language so that I can use it. If not please refund my money.

Just downloaded the app, payed 40€ for it and it doesn't work. I tapped the option: Greek subtitles and they do not appear on the video, they do not export,...I want my money back. Edit: customer support contacted me and the problem was that the app did not recognize the voice. Tried another video and it worked. Will try out the app using a microphone for filming.

Do not buy this app .. it keeps asking for more and more money .. I first paid £30 paid only then to find out that I was out of seconds and that I would have to pay an additional fee of £30 for 1200 dub seconds. You have to keep paying. Money back now. Scammers.

The app does not translate and dub as well as the ad shows. Made no sense. I paid for dubbing and it was nonsense. No lip since either. I baught the one year deal and want to cancel to avoid future billing, but they have no way o f seeing how to do that. No options.

Not the best app I've seen. firstly, after putting in my payment method, i couldn't find how to change it (which is alarming). Secondly, there's a chat (gr8) but answering ! Thankfully they've answered quickly, after 10 minutes, and I'vecanceled my subscription .. Thirdly, there's a service for AI translation that doesn't exist... what's the deal with this app ha?

You download the app. You spent so much time editing it, and when you agree for a not the best quality, available in the free version. You wait more, and more, waiting for it to export the video, just to realize - you CAN'T HAVE YOUR VIDEO WITHOUT WATERMARK, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PRO VERSION. I know that you guys spent time and resources to create this app, but you wasted the time of thousands of people, not telling about features available for free BEFORE someone would try to export a video.

The app is terrible, don't waste your money. After translating a video to german, I corrected some words in the subtitles but the words were not corrected in the audio and I wrote the help center which they replied a day after, that nothing can be done to the audio. The problem is that I can't even use the video. It's so annoying, why would they translate knowledge to Islam in german. I don't get it. I only wasted my money. When they know the app is not good, why is it on google Play.

You get what you pay for and since its free it doesn't even try to get it right. Using the same video on four different apps this is the only one that thinks I'm talking in gibberish when I am enunciating clearly and the other three got it almost perfectly. Even if I wasn't speaking properly at least the other ones have an advanced feature to edit your own captions. Worthless app

I liked the ad for this product, but it's simply not intuitive enough, and it won't let me move the words to where I want them to be. I press pause to input some caption at a specific in point because speech recognition didn't pick up the first words of the song. I input the text and the app puts the text at the very beginning of the timeline . I tried to add some filler text to get me back to that point, but so far that's not working either, so basically as of right now, this app don't work.
