I love this app but have never had an issue until recently. With paying for a subscription I open the app to a black page that says "error fetching data". Would love to review a solution!

This app and Morgan's art and words have been instrumental in bringing me back to a place where I don't want to leave this world. I used the beauty you sent each day as a ladder to raise myself up. You were one of the brightest stars of hope that showed me how to hope for myself again. My world started collapsing 7 years ago and the pandemic destroyed it. Your work is one of my "multitude of small, unexpected moments" where I "encounter beauty, joy, and hope over and over again".

I've been subscribed to MHN app for almost 3 years now. I truly am inspired everyday by your writing, except for a week now it won't open. Hope this gets fixed soon.

This app is exactly what I was looking for -- a push notification that offers a moment of reflection and affirmation to begin the day. It offers the incredible words, visuals, and artwork of MHN. I look forward to reading these excerpts and journaling with the suggested prompts. I reflect on the words and affirmations all throughout the day! They are beautiful! Thank you for creating this simple and thoughtful way to spread love, grace, and positivity.

I love this app! The daily messages give me a pick me up, inspiration, and strength to make it through the day. They are so meaningful to me, my family, and friends. The messages are very thought provoking, and they speak to my heart and soul. I initially had an issue purchasing the yearly subscription. Jesse was amazing at helping me figure out that by changing the default font size settings on my phone that it would resolve the issue, and it did. I can't recommend this app enough!

I loved the app's aesthetic appeal and content. However, after only being able to use it for two months, it cut off my access. It was still taking automatic payments out of my account without warning me. When I went to the app, it would tell me I hadn't paid for the next month and would not let me use the app, but kept charging me without notice. I thought I cancelled my subscription months ago, but it's been charging me since August, 2021. I cancelled it today, but would like a refund.

I love this app! The daily notifications always give me a little pick me up. I leave them on my screen, so every time I open my phone I am reminded of that little motivational message. I love being able to go into the app and read a more in depth passage and get an affirmation. Some days the messages are exactly what I needed to hear. On the rare days when they aren't, I just tell myself that somebody else probably really needed to hear those words! I highly recommend this app!

This app has been a huge blessing to me. I signed up a year ago and have appreciated Morgan's unique artwork and insights. Many times I print them so I can refer to them again. Recently my subscription renewed. A couple of days ago I was unable to access the app. I reached out to technical support and the issue was resolved in a timely and courteous manner by Ronalyn. In this high tech world I appreciated this human interaction. The app is life giving and amazing 👏

I am continually impressed by the storyteller app and the beautiful ways it offers support and inspiration when I need it most! I highly recommend it for anyone that may need uplifting or comforting words and reminders. Look no further, it is definitely worth the subscription cost! Plus the creator and support team behind this app are truly wonderful humans!

Overall, I love the daily images and affirmations. BUT, this app is glitchy and takes more than a minute to load on Android every. single. day. At least twice a week the day's message won't load at all, after many attempts. I presume this app was originally developed for iOS and Android development was a second-thought, but for $20 I expect the app to function properly. The worst part? Once subscribed annually, you can't edit or cancel your subscription... so I'm stuck with this broken app.

Beautiful App, Great Support! Such wonderful daily reminders and beautiful artwork. Also, the app support is amazing and very personalized! I had some issues with content not loading for a few days and went through the troubleshooting on the App FAQ page but it didn't work. So I reached out for app support. Communication was responsive, so kind, and my issue was resolved almost immediately. The whole team deeply believes in this work and that's clear throughout the whole experience!

This is such a great app to focus on a small intention for the day. I've been subscribed since Jan 2022 and it's definitely worth it. It gives me something comforting to go to when I'm feeling lost, and the illustrations are beautiful. Since I've been subscribed, I haven't had any issues with the app, with the exception of one earlier in Jan 2023. However, the issue was resolved promptly and I received multiple updates from staff regarding access to my subscription.

Love the app! Sets the tone for a great day. Sometimes I just need the daily encouragement notification, other days I'll be inspired by the artwork and message, and sometimes I need the full reflection and journal prompt for the day to get through a rough patch. Totally worth the subscription to have a daily reminder that they is hope and that you are enough.

I really LOVE this app and used it for my daily jounal prompts. The only issue is that it is starting to glitch and not load. I feel bad for giving 2 stars but when a subscription is 20 bucks, I just would like what I pay for. It is not working on my android phone nor my ipad. I totally understand that technology, and anything for that matter, is not perfect. I still love the app though and hope that all the bugs can get fixed as soon as possible. A truly wonderful app, and now part of my daily routine! Through the ups & downs of life, it is almost as if Morgan (the artist) knows exactly what I am going through, creating art & words each day that speak to my soul. I definitely recommend getting the year subscription because it is a great price & the benefits are great. You can wake up to the daily art/message every day, or maybe look at it at night, every night before sleeping. I highly recommend! Thank you Morgan for the beautiful app 💖

I found my way to the Storyteller app via Morgan's Instagram, and I can honestly say I am so happy to have found it! I knew after navigating the app and reading the first entry I wanted more than just 7 days! However, when I went to purchase the subscription I ran into a little formatting issue, my phone's font setting. (I didn't know it at the time), I quickly reached out via email for support, Jesse very promptly and might I add kindly responded and assisted in helping me navigate how to 'change' my settings - so that I could successfully access the link to add the subscription. I truly appreciate that Jesse treated me like a person - with a thoughtful response and not just a generic (automated) reply. I've already recommended the app to two of my friends as well!

Such a wonderful and affirming app; almost every day I use the image as my phone's wallpaper, and go back to the prompts and wisdom provided. I recently had an issue with the app not working after the update, and Ronalyn was especially helpful and responsive when I emailed, working with me and answering my questions until it worked out. So add great customer service to all the wonderful things about Storyteller! This app has been worth every penny of subscription! I get so much from it.
