Refund process TOO slow! Labels constantly have issues printing. Download and printing options run off the screen lately with the way to correct. No live chat or help. Skow response time.

There's no cancel subscription option.... and they upgraded my plan without me agreeing to the terms. I pressed the x button to escape and now I'm paying $40 per month instead of $20 when I want to quit!

App is a JOKE cant even log in cause it doesn't accept certain characters in the password prompt menu. How are you going to make an app that requires people to log in yet the login menu doesn't even accept the characters that are required for the password to be made. Absolute joke. Get a new app development team cause its obvious the current ones you have, literally have no idea what they are doing.

BEWARE!! This app mirrors the company's ineptness. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever tried to work with. Just like some of the other shady companies, they make it near impossible to cancel online. After jumping through hoops, you will have to diligently search to cancel your subscription. They are a legal scam! If you don't believe me, do a Google search for cancelling. It seems that a lot of people have similar problems.

What an absolute nightmare this app is. I can't import from eBay like I can on the website, I can't do anything with the labels I've purchased accept refund them, and even when I refund them they want me to print out a form & sign it. I never have to do this with ebay or any other company. I spent over an hour here, got nothing done and got EVERYTHING done on PirateShip in 2 minutes. And that's a free app. 😳

I'm going to stop using this app if this issue isn't fixed ASAP and spend my money elsewhere. Everything was fine for the last 200 orders. However, as of today, autofill is not working any more. This means that I have manually enter EVERY part of the address and this is too time consuming.

SO HARD to cancel. I canceled 11.15.22, 2 wks later - they charge for next mth of svc. called for a refund, they said no problem,we'll process the refund. So that never happened. & today, 2.1.23, I get an email saying "due to system delay on our end, we have not successfully billed you for several previous billing periods". It then goes on to include "detailed" info on my due service fees & past cycles. For an acct I closed in Nov. There's a closure fee they're now trying to get. Called again 🤞

No longer allows "Gnd Advantage" . Needed Improvements: *Can't see printed labels, only orders *allow reprinting label option *integrate/sync orders with eBay, mercari, Etsy and Amazon. Adding an area to update payment info for postage. *Add options for uspsconnect would be nice too. *Add order details, qty, SKU area *Auto or manual packing slips would be nice (vs half an empty sheet of paper with no info) *payment option change *auto postage rebuy setup *Add cheap insurance opts (shi*station)

Installed and used free eBay account option. Does not include printing envelopes even without stamp purchase. Depending on eBay item, this could fit in a standard envelope as in small gaskets or the like. Required to "upgrade" at $20/mo to get Envelope Printing feature.

Prints well once you get it going. It was a hassle to get my account going since it immediately locked the account I made with my business email. Also had to add money from my desktop for the first purchase.

I've been using this application for years because it's convenient and makes shipping books a snap. I run an ecommerce business and now the only method for generating media mail postage is via printing postage stamps which is only available on windows PC version!!! I expected more from the leader in online postage software, either rewrite or adapt the mobile plug in to account for people requiring USPS media mail!!

This is a misleading app. I canceled my subscription but it kept trying to take money out of 2 of my accounts. I don't think it should take 2 weeks to stop trying to draft money out of someone's account after they cancel a subscription. As far as it's use with shipping and all I can't say. If they had not tried to draft my accounts everyday maybe I could have tried this app. When I was financially stable to pay a subscription but I was turned against it when everyday I get a notice to pay.

Canceled my account after scamming service fees charge to my account without subscription agreement, they'll just charge you.. still charged afterwards... Cancelled again, still found out months later I kept being charged. Called, only refunded me for two, but then charged me for final service fee. So really only one.. Even though I already cancelled it. They are fine with you paying for their mistakes. If I could put negative stars I would. The worst shipping service I have ever dealt with.

Horrible. These days every company that has a website, also makes an app. Sometimes the website works fine, and the app is terrible, or vice versa. However this one does both. Bad website and non-functioning app. After trying 3 separate times making an account. No matter what I did, the app doesn't let you login. And although the website does immediately bring you to your homepage upon creating the account. It doesn't let you log back in using the info you just used to make the account. 0/10

I have no car and this app is indispensable. I make my own stamps and labels for large packages easily. And the app gives me the current price of the stamp without me having to figure it out. In the beginning you set up a bank and with each transaction that amount is removed from your bank. When your bank runs out, you just refill it. Great great app!

UPDATE October 2024: tracking time still reporting in GMT rather than local time. this app is great for tracking packages I send out. can't wait till it supports all of the features that the desktop version offers. EDIT: in the USPS package tracking, the times shown are in GMT rather than local time. This is an easy to fix bug, hopefully they will do something soon.
