This is the best credit union I've ever worked with they haved helped me with my credit resume and since I joined this credit union has given me dufferent options on how to make my accounts work for me omg join this credit union if a banks won't let you open an account this credit union has 2nd chance accounts all you need is one dollar or two dollars if you want two account.Im gonna say this, you'll find out why I said this the best credit union ever!!!

This app is horrible. I've tried for an hour to enroll into this new system to no avail. Im sorry to have misled you to think that there was some sort of confusion, there isnt any. Your app doesnt work on the mobile device or on the web.

But what about mobile deposits!? given the current times you would think having that feature would be a no-brainer.. according to the website there is a mobile deposit tab on the app. I am running the latest app (I believe) and no option for mobile deposits.

It doesn't work. I even tried to login online and it's telling me I don't have a account. I've already called the bank twice. The second time it was fixed for a few days now it's back telling me I have no accounts. Please fix this so I can access my account. Thanks

I can't seem to be able to add an icon for this app on my screen. So everytime I want to use this app, I have to go throuhh the Play Store to open it...not quick or easy.

The update won't let u log in. Says verify email but no email was sent. Haven't seen any emails stating they are attempting to even fix the problem since everyone is having the same issues. Smh

The app was working fine for most of the time I've had it but recently the app won't even stay open. It will open, then immediately close without warning

The app keeps telling me it has detected something running on my phone but doesn't display the entire message. There are no other apps running on my phone.

Very nice. This app is a large improvement over the old version. Sign up was easy and worked the first time for me. My android device is runinng Lolipop (5.0) and is over 5 year old too. I will rate this app again after 30 days of use.

Vastly improved experience from the last Android app. While the UI can be a little clunky at times, you are still able to utilize most of the functions you would expect from the app.

Make it easier for a paraplegic like myself to be able to obtain all access to my account via online. I have no way to get to the union every time my account goes into the negative. I should always be able to pull my account up in the app so that I may it out of negative status at any time. I have a power chair, I am not mobile I do not have anyone in my corner. Please adjust the app for chat and or video or a strong verification system PLEASE.

Never recongnizes password.Then my Security picture changed which concerned me to the point I uninstalled the app and still can not get into my acct.This is way too frustrating to have to deal with in reguards to my funds.I thought I was gonna like it.App still needs to be tweeked.I see the credit unions filling up if people can not call to check bal and transfers🙆

This app is SO irritating! When it actually works, great! However, there are WAY too many times when I try to get my quick balance or log in and it just spins which makes me have to log on using the browser anyway. So, how is this app convenient?!

This app is an upgrade over previous, however, the developer needs to do better. The process is clunky and takes to many steps and over thought. It should be simpler to use. I have 3 bank accounts that all have apps and this by far is the worst one I have used or seen. The credit union does not even offer zelle, Samsung pay, or Apple pay. I am seriously considering closing stlccu account that I had for over 15 years now. This should be available we the customer requested we want it.

The mobile deposit in this app does not work. Even after trying it several times following directions it fails to read the screenshot photos taken as instructed. This needs to be fixed there is a glitch in your app. Very disappointed to have to drive all the way to the bank due to a malfunctioning app.

Every time I open the app, it crashes before I get to the login screen. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it worked for my first login, but one I closed the application and tried to login again it started to crash again. The only way for me to login is to uninstall it and reinstall every time

Unable to log in. Enrolled in mobile. Tried to long in on the app... nothing. It won't do anything. The login button does not work. I have to go the long way and sign in on a browser. Update. I uninstalled and installed app. Seems to work now.

Ever since the update today, the app won't let me do anything. It says there is another app running that is "capable of intercepting your touchscreen's activity" and it won't accept any input until that app is closed. I have no idea what app it's talking about, but this has rendered the credit union app useless.

Can't add a new Payee to Bill Pay on the app. Mobile check deposit is a nice new feature though. It's worked for me both times I've used it. I'm frustrated with the CU in general though, for to their handling of our truck loan. Total BS. I'm shopping for a new CU to do business with.

Unable to log in, phone numbers to contact bank don't work. Extremely sketchy. Husband went to bank, they told him "someone took" the username (over had for at least a year) and we had to reregister because of the new app. New app won't let us log in, saying email verification not complete. Double checked email, nothing received from this bank. The whole thing makes me feel very uncomfortable keeping my money here.
