We really enjoy splash learn. I downloaded the app so we could do it on the go as well. The app is worthless. Absolutely nothing loads. I tried on 2 different androids. The apple app works great but our family doesn't have any apple products. When I messaged the company they just said "we have a lot of complaints on the android app. It hadn't been given updates in some time. Please use the computer or an apple device." It seems as though they have no interest in fixing the android app.

We are very disappointed with this app. My daughter uses it with her class. We decide to use it at home on an apple and Android device, and it is very inconsistent when loading. Waste of time. Tried to contact them through the app and that was frustrating since the app doesn't function properly.

Good program poor execution My son's class uses this for school. The teacher code didn't work and I requested assistance. The first time, they reactivated his code but to the wrong email address. Then when I asked specifically to fix it again (week two of back and forth), I get directions to log on. I know how TF to log onto an App. I. Need. The. Code. Activated. I was forced to get a subscription AND still can't connect to the class, not use it on his tablet. I'm so frustrated and angry.

I'm rather annoyed at this app, the Android version compatibility stated in the play store is outdated. It says Android 8.0 or higher but appears to actually be 11.0 or higher. My daughter's school just pushed us to get this app after more COVID closures so we purchased a reasonably priced tablet that has Android version 9 stock and is upgradeable to 10. This app was not compatible with either version. Either fix your backwards compatibility or update the app store info!

I never thought of trying this form of learning but due to COVID, I tried many at home learning apps. Out of so many options, I found out this quite impressive. It covers all the math & reading skills from Preschool to Grade 5 so I won’t be switching app every year, this one app can suffice to all the learning needs. My 3 year old finds this app even more interesting than the TV. I observed she can recognise shapes and patterns, ABCs and Letter sounds within few months of playing.

My kids loved playing Splash Math on my iPhone, but now they can play it on the Android tablet their grandma got them for Christmas. My daughter was having trouble early in the year, so her teacher recommended using Splash Math to practice at home. When she finished the school year, she was one of the best in the class! Very very fun for kids. Learning easy, and playing too.

Ugh, the app doesn't work. The cards are blank. Just music playing. Let me know when this is back up. Otherwise, subscription is canceled until further notice

I wish I would've read the reviews prior to me downloading. The app worked fine in the trial period, but once my yearly subscription posted it doesn't work anymore. I believe it's a scam site and I will be going about getting a refund. 0 stars

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to reach someone through email (the only contact information listed) for a month with no response. The app itself is fine but I had to cancel my subscription because I couldn't get help with account management after being charged for 2 separate subscriptions instead of 2 kids on a single account.

Not much to review on the mobile app because it literally NEVER works! On the desktop it's great, we love splashlearn. It has helped my son so much, especially with our homeschooling. However, this mobile app does absolutely nothing Everytime I open it!

I signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged immediately and didn't get to use the "7 day free trial" and yet every single thing is locked and they are asking for my credit card info once again, even though I was just charged! And no one will help me. If someone could help me, either refund me or allow me access for the app I just paid for 2 days ago, that would be great!

Edit: it's been months since I emailed them as they suggested, no one replied. We want to use this app because my kid's teacher uses it at school and creates accounts for us to practice after school. The app NEVER works with log in. It just says "we are not ready yet, contact help...". We have to use a web browser instead of this app. Browser version isn't easy to use also, so my kid spends more time to figure out the instructions that aren't there and timer shows she spends too much time.

My daughter school uses this app. She been using it for over a year. Just recently there been issues that either the math area or language arts area doesnt show up. Today my daughter the math didnt show up at all there are usually 3 buttons on top and only 2 popped up . Some of my daughter's classmates are having trouble accessing stuff that the teacher gives to them. I have the paid version .

The app works only in landscape mode which is fine but there is no option of logging in with Google account on landscape mode. I cannot use the app because logging in is not possible on mobile phones/tab and i logged in with my Google account. Not at all worth the money i paid

Doesn't work on phone at all. App opens plays music. Shows 5 little cards like an index card. But when you select one of the cards nothing opens. And the app starts on Math which I selected Reading. And cannot change to the reading section.

Was great before an upgrade took place recently. My kids were on an easy-to-follow system in which they were rewarded for completing small sections, now we're all lost! Also, cant get the app to work on a phone which was my way of keeping my boys off of mindless games during car rides. Now they have to take turns on the computer (when we have access). Hopefully their software is updated soon as everyone seems to be having the same technical issue. Hope this helps - Be safe everyone!!!

I signed up for a free trial online and was prompted to download the app. However, the app doesn't work. It loads the homepage with my kids name and grade at the top, but nothing happens when we click the blue boxes that I believe are supposed to be the lessons. I'm able to click settings, but in that menu I don't see anything helpful or about this issue. I tried sending a message through the Contact Us form under Help, but it said there was some error... I tried again and it says "Please Wait"
