Too glitchy. If I don't go in there every freakin day it doesn't work. It will just sit there "loading" forever.... I have to signed all the way out and back in before it MIGHT correct itself...

this app has vegan to act very poorly. continually it loads my folders but will not load a file. it will not even allow me to log out and then back in. I have to delete the app and then log in kind of getting tired of it

It's one of the worst ERP you can use They don't have live customer support, and only way is to contact them by email or phone. The only thing that works is their reminder to pay an invoice, which you requested to close I have been using smartsheet for the past 3 years, and thier customer support is the worst you can see

App keeps crashing in Android. App does not sign in, I will then have to reinstall the app, it works for a week or so, the same issue keeps coming back. I lodged a service request, just received a generic reply, pretty much saying I have to reinstall the app every time this happens.

Do not pay for this app if you ever want to leave!! They make it impossible to cancel your payment. They have been fraudulently taking my monthly payment for months/ years now! AVOID!

Not as user friendly on phone as on PC. Have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 weeks on phone as it stops functioning.

Will not open! For several weeks now, I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times a week because the app will not open. Usually, this app does its job. However, when I am in the field working, I need my tools to work as well. I will update my review when the issue is resolved.

Keeps freezing on android, saying it is taking longer than usual to load. Only way past it is to delete app and reinstall. Once a week it happens. Very frustrating

Smartsheet has been part of our daily use for the past 4 years. Could not work without it. Great for sharing access to information, jobs, shipment, issuing of new job numbers. The list is endless.

Very poor. Will fail to log on to app, even after a complete reboot of the phone, and after 3-5 hrs, it will report a period inactivity before eventually logging me out. This occurs also when I attempt to use the Log off function. Please note that this does not happen to other phone apps or functions such as weather, text, email, or banking apps. It appears that the inactivity period causes the issue.

Havent used it in a year, an update in the mean time seems to have broken the pinch zoom - app is now unusable. Panning around causes zooming in, cannot zoom out, must reload the sheet constantly. Our team must now all use laptops since the app is so buggy.... :-(

This app is not working for days and days now. What would happen if I have a presentation to make? It's great when it's working but it's not working now. Has not improved, other Project Management Softwares seem to work flawless Including Phone app. I have invested so much on smartsheet but I feel let down.

One of the best spreadsheet apps available. It is intuitive and so far haven't encountered any bug having used it for over a year. May 2024 Update: The app version has been pretty buggy for me since March this year and has completely stopped working. Whatever sheets I try to open just keeps loading endlessly. Have to rely on the web based version. Awaiting for a fix.

we got involved in the early stages of development and marketing. I remember looking at the critical comments regarding the trial period. although I was disappointed when some features were removed, I was able to maintain the same price point with essential features remaining. Overall a great product that evidently has saved the US government billions of dollars. Money that could have just as easily been printed at no cost, but saved nonetheless.

Best collaborative project and task manager out there. I've integrated it into the last four companies where I've worked by just using it there myself. Then others adopt it and it spreads. That is probably because it's a very familiar interface. The feature set is also just what one needs to be efficient and coordinated. Truly a great app.

I can't tell you how much SmartSheet has changed my life when it comes to running a non-profit animal rescue. I'm able to manage volunteers, keep up on appointments for the dogs in our care, automatically import our Google form submissions for potential familes and I could go on and on. The app has improved tremendously since it first launched. It is much easier to navigate complex sheets and having access to everything on the go has been a lifesaver!

Smartsheet is an amazing product and a solid platform. The app is good, but I'm very surprised that the app developer didn't even realize that you can't set reminders using the app. I use Smartsheet reminders frequently and unfortunately I have to go to a computer to set reminders. That's a let down because to me the idea would be that I could do what I need using the app.

A few items of praise: 1) Mobile is very beautiful. 2) Charts display very well. 3) Data entry and computations transfer perfectly regardless of platform. Checkboxes, dropdowns, dates, and text entry are seamless. Autocalculations to adjust charts happen with a simple click or two. One very minor critique, or word of caution: Editing equations is locked on mobile. Therefore overwriting cells with equation backbones is impossible, even if the goal is to enter raw numbers.

This app is great when it works but I have to give it only a two star because after a few days of use, it just won't open and is stuck on the loading screen. This will be the second time I've had to delete the app and reinstall it. I have an update for this app pertaining to the same issue. Well, I don't have to delete and reinstall. I just have to wait a week then it's good and loads. But it only last for a week, one week loads with no problem then one week doesn't load.

I wish this app worked for me. I was hoping to use it as a resource while on the move however when I try to open a sheet it's perpetually loading rendering it completely useless. I've tried closing the app completely, signing out and signing back in, and I'm on the most updated version. I tried opening a sheet and left my phone while I worked on my computer for a while and it still was loading after several minutes. Unfortunately it's useless to me.
