Can no longer login to the app. It kicked me out for some reason. When I went to log back in it sends the verification code then it will either timeout or tell me its the wrong code even though it is not

I can no longer log into my account through the app. I can log in on a computer, but when logging in through the app I'm prompted for a verification code, I enter it, click verify and it times out and says "something went wrong on our end. Please try again" and doesn't let me in.

App has been acting up the last couple weeks where it constantly says it failed to update my info. Reinstalled app and now I can't even log into my account as it says an error occured, try again later.

Works well ..all the time . Still working well 👌🏾 👍🏾 🙂 all the time. This App is still batting 1.000!

Half the time it won't read my electronic deposits correctly, doesn't matter how much light. Pain in the butt. Otherwise the app works well and is easy to use

Easy to navigate, very user friendly. Just wish it would give you a running total balance after each transaction in the accounts. Other than that, great app!!

Having trouble with mobile deposits. Won't see all on check--correct amounts os signature on back. Multiple tries and end up with having to go to the credit union anyway. Very frustrating.

Mobile check deposit is awful, takes multiple attempts because it does not detect that you have written "for mobile deposit...". Then you have to do the entire process over and over just hoping that it will eventually go through.

I love everything about the Security Credit Union. They are always there for all my banking needs and the app is so convenient to watch and control all aspects of my finances and budget. What would be better then having everything at your finger tips at any time.

This app works probably like it's Hood except that it's not very up-to-date I have checked my balance multiple times to get home and check it and find out that no my balance was wrong when I went to buy that thing and now I have to transfer money or lose $6 because I'll transfer it for me even though I've specifically asked them to take that feature off my card

It's about time Security has a mobile banking app. The previous apps they've had haven't been the greatest, but this one does everything I need to do. I can check all my account balances, look at my transactions and transfer money. It's everything that I need to do, quickly.

Used to have an account with SCU few years ago and really didn't like the mobile app at the time. Came back to Security recently after banking with Chase for a while and I really love what they've done with the app. So easy to check your accounts with a 4 digit PIN and easy to transfer money. Incredibly simple to use. Nice work.

Love this app. Works so welll The Zelle Pay is one of the best Features, but they need to update , I use it for like 2 people and 1 it always blocks me from sending 2 so I had to open an account at a place I dont want just 2 send Zelle to a business I've been using 4 years I think someone or a couple people tried 2 scam the biz by asking CU 2 not pay them or list them as Fraud alerts are perfect they are good with fraud no need for receipts always see every purchase in app

Works. UI is a little hard to muddle through, but much better than previously. Now, images of checks I'm depositing are stretched way out, although they seem to deposit OK. The lack of a help link for the app makes it really difficult to address this with the developer.

I have never had any problems with the Mobile app. I have been using the Mobile app for many years! Security Credit as a whole is a awesome credit union! Whenever I needed financial help, buying a car, loans etc.. I would rate them a 10+. They are helpful, fair and most of all understanding. Polite and great folks to work with. Trust me I have had a few other Credit Union accounts around Flint before and none them compare to Security Credit Union!!

Up graded app is better than older one. Works pretty good. But it needs to show account balance after each transaction! It's the 21rst century ppl. I don't think I've ever seen a bank statement of transactions with out it. This all makes sense though cause it's always something with this credit union. There r multiple issues with this place. I wanna close account but don't wanna have to change all my prepay info and waste my checks
