You must use it regularly to keep the toll free number intact. Great replacement for work phone. Everyone should try this service. Recommend my friends to use this

The app works, but it will take 3 to 4 rings on the caller's side to actually ring for me. I cannot, no matter what I do make calls to other people. The delay for the call to come threw has lost me numerous customers.

I got the free trial and $15 promo when my friend invited me. This is a great app as I was able to switch my old number and this app offers so much more features like automayed system that sounds very professional

Terrible service , I signed up for this and it would not let me in the website after I paid. They kept in touch until I said I was not satisfied with the service , seems like a scam. You can not get in touch with anyone you just get auto messages and auto responses. Any good reviews of this company must be fake to or was paid for. I am going to report them soon.

I love the app and the ability to choose your number from a list. Always work always go through. A great toll-free number to have if you want to create a beautiful number and work with business partners

This is a great app and great fit for my staff to handle customet support and sales. We are a 5 person company that badly needing software to,help with optimizing our work process . i love the crm and being able to invoice customers. The labeling and assigning tasks are great for our sales staff to follow up on leads. Best of all is the shared inbox which we get for free

Work. I can save contacts and add notes. Easy to use. Service improved last year I had this. Lots of settings and really discreet. As for the monthly payment, I'd say I took out first because of the many uses I got from this app.

BUYER BEWARE!! I downloaded this app to get more leads from my DJ business. I didn't get enough so I tried to cancel The only way to do that is to talk to a bot. However they kept charging me $10 a month. Finally had to call the bank to put stop payment on this company. On my bank receipts there was a phone number I called and left several messages over several days with no responses. If you give them your credit card info they will charge you forever and you'll never talk to a single human.

Signed up to test the services. Delayed calls, no rings, no caller ID so you cannot see who is calling, calls shows up as an active call a few minutes after it ends, trying to cancel service but can't find anyway to do it, and it's consistently offering me $10 to take a survey

Just got the apps. Some quirkiness (intro played, customer press 0, then intro played again and required another 0 press before transferring the call), and I wish the intro auto attendant didn't force the customer to press '0' to speak to someone, but overall seems like a great app so far and reasonably priced.

The app won't let me log in. I reached out to support from my PC a month ago with the error code, and I wasn't provided with a solution. Now, after a month of not thinking about it, I'm being charged. I have reached out to support again to reiterate that the app hasn't worked for me, and I haven't logged in online in a month. I haven't heard back. I can't erase my card or cancel my account from the web version, and I still can't log into the app for the same error code "10:"

That's great! I have a local business line with a professional-sounding voicemail message that I can turn off when I don't want work calls and I can still keep all my personal numbers on one phone. phone. It did not malfunction once. I love how it automatically integrates with my contact list!

Horrible would not use. Did the free trial canceled my subscription same day did not like the app not professional. You could only contact customer support within the app by text on the number they provide for you. They confirmed my cancelation but charged my credit card anyway. Then I tried to contact support again to find out why my credit card was charged and the app said I had to reactivate my account to speak to support. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this service.

Poor UI, no account menu option to update/cancel your subscription. They don't even tell you this is a paid subscription service until after you purchase your first credit. You can only cancel through their support bot who then converts you to a free account where you can no longer message support. They don't send a subscription cancelation confirmation email either. Not a good place to grow your small business.

Working well for our small business -- Very useful for more than one worker to take/keep track of incoming calls! Wish it would sync with the main call system, at least it doesn't work on this samsung, unlike Telegram and other apps, that show up in the overall call log (might just be a matter of figuring it out still, but that in itself unfortunately is an unnecessary minus point).
