Keeps crashing after login in. When will this be fixed??? Update: They changed their 2 factor authentication to a virtual token. They could have updated the app to mention that when you are trying to use the old one, because the old token was still working when you login through the website. These types of rollouts should be accompanied by a proper notification campain.

An app with great potential but has too many problems and outages. Using Entrust for added security should not require us to call in ,especially when the calls are not answered! Added security is a responsibility of the bank...we can update surely via the app without calling and without our accounts going offline. My password has been closed for a week, no one answered the phone when I called. Really I have the right to be compensated...

The app used to work great and I always considered it to be easy to use. Now I'm frustrated because after this last update it keeps crashing when I try to review my holds. I'm having a problem with a transaction I made and I need to access holds for a screenshot and that's impossible. What's even more frustrating is the amount of complaints for this problem and the response tells the customer to contact them as they need more information. Just fix the problem.!!!!!

From day 1 I entered RBC service has been very poor due to long wait in lines n very slow moving staff. Been to different branches and it's the same. Upon joining had to wait a week to get confirmation email that my account is activated. First bank I see doing that, usually as u open an account everything is activated and can start using your card, atm immediately. Online banking is very outdated. No notifications from app or even by email to alert u of anything happening with account.

This app needs to get notification alerts for (1) withdrawals (2) deposits (3) any transactions or activities to & from my account to my phone & email , I find the app should be able to save a recipient or recipients so next time you don't have to do over the whole process if u want to send money to a recipient or recipients that you already saved just edit what u want & send, but otherwise the app is not all that bad I will give it a rating of 3 stars🌟 🌟 🌟

2022 - An atrocious time to switch to 2-factor authentication and then not have the necessary technology to support it. Results are consistent with switch to majority services provided by machines. No human customer service backing it up. Spent over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone about getting a required password only for the IVR system to cut me off after waiting so long. 13/06/2024 - App is way better now and deserves 5 stars.

Not too impressed. The user interface leaves a lot to be desired, it's not to intuitive. Where is the version information hidden away for example? The two factors authentication should be available while you are logged in the app, not sure why it isn't.

There's supposed to be a feature to sign in easier using fingerprint but when I enter the app it does not prompt me to use fingerprint ID and my app is up to date so I'm confused

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. Having received several alerts telling me to update to the latest version of the app and update the OS to greater than 10 I had to upgrade my phone. Something I was less than sanguine since it involves great upheaval and lo and behold I was immediately locked out of the app when I tried to log in. After several calls to customer support which for me were overseas calls I have to use a work around of 2 factor authentication and online banking.

In addition to the other folks review I would like to see the app add the security option of freezing you cards when you finish using it trough the online banking platform, and unfreezing it when you want to use it

Please provide real-time transaction notifications via email or text messages!!! BOB already has it! The upgrades are awesome as well, but more updated improvements & extra security are always welcomed.

App is efficient but needs to improve security features and notifications for all transactions. It should allow for apporval/verification of any money movements on account. Also there should be an option to freeze card and see what the holds are for instead of having to call the bank.

Currently this version of the app is extremely efficient. It is a vast improvement from previous versions. I can do everything I need to do quickly and efficiently. Other apps that I use for payments of bills may malfunction sometimes and this app is always a great alternative in those cases as well. 5 stars!

Can't login in the evening, been like this for months. Always says it's a technical issue which is a poor excuse. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same outcome. Get this fixed now RBC!!!

Enabling Biometrics does not work on the Android version of the RBC Caribbean app. No matter how much you try to toggle the button to enable it, at the bottom right corner of the screen, it does not respond hence it can't be enabled.

Cant update. Fast forward to 2024. I am unable to log in to account. Had to call but can't get past the verification process. I can't recall 2 transactions on my account so now I have to go in to the branch to verify it me. Is there no other form of verification other than transactions? I don't use the card often. Waste of my time to have to go in to branch.
