Trying to find software for a Polaroid cube. For whatever reason they have taken it down. This app won't connect nor have I found any others that will.

The app worked fine when I first purchased the camera. Now it is VERY hit and miss if the camera will connect to my phone. It is disappointing that this is the main selling point for the one step plus and it is soo unreliable. UPDATE. So I got contacted by the support team and they have been nothing but ultra helpful. They have offered me and few ideas of how I can address the problem and we have finally sorted it. They have a AMAZING customer service. So if you do have a problem email them.

I'm sure the connect feature works fine, but I can't test as I only have a OneStep2. My problem, however, is that it won't take pics of my polaroids. A pure white table is apparently not a uniform-enough background to take a photo on. Either that, or the app isn't smart enough to take a pic of colored frames, such as the rose-gold ones I'm trying to snap...

Gifted a one step + for my birthday. Camera won't connect to the app despite it clearly coming up on my phones Bluetooth device list. When I click the camera it says "this device needs an app to connect" despite the app being open. I have tried multiple times to connect and have even restarted my phone. Absolutely rubbish! Edit: Great customer service provided by Polaroid. Alessia helped to resolve the issue via email. The camera now connects and the app works well. So thankful for the help!

Absolutely love the i preview feature that doesn't work! That instead makes we waste my cartridges to find out if ive got the right settings on the Polaroid lab! What a brilliant idea! Seriously fix that its beyond stupid and annoying. Id be less annoyed if the cartridges weren't £80... But its just a complete waste of money & the point of a preview.

Polaroid Lab results are terrible on a Nothing CMF 1, does this weird distortion and not a full photo. Bought a cheap android phone as I prefer to use a matte display protector on my iPhone which doesn't work with the Polaroid Lab.

App does work but is often unreliable. When I press the shutter button it does not always work and sometimes it acts as If I keep it pressed and ruins the picture.

Sorry devs, cannot find the real-time use case of this app. I thought it will put images that I have clicked with camera in Polaroid shot with filters like old days but it has weird thing to it.

I love using this app to control my Now +, overall a simple design and easy to use, love the competition section and looking at the submitted pictures, there is a quick start guide and a tips and tricks part for beginners. Runs clean without lagging. Gets the job done well.👍🏻😁

The photo lab seems like a great product but when I downloaded the app my phone was not supported for some of the fratures despite the fact it was listed as such. I reached out to support and things got worse. Horrible experience. I would like to use their products in the future but I need to know I can trust the information they are publishing.

Unoptimized if you do not have an apple phone. The back of the Polaroid Printer Lab says "Works with most Android phones". Unfortunately this app works horribly on my S10+. The printed image was flipped upside down, mirrored/flipped horizontally and zoomed in. The app worked much better on my friend's iPhone. However I wasn't expecting the android version to be this bad.

Generally, the app works smoothly with the camera. Usability issue: When you set the timer to take a picture, the timer will stop if you lock the phone. It's so confusion, and can cause waisting film. Privacy issue: The app requires my LOCATION for any basic functionality with the camera! This is not disclose when purchasing the camera! Apparently, this is due to how the app "finds and connects" to the camera. Unfortunately, they don't provide the option for users to manually handle the bluetooth connection, and leave alone the app from the discovery functionality, which is the reason the location permission is needed.

Cannot get it to connect to my i-2. For a $600 camera you'd think it would be easier to get this to work. It'll connect to my iPad. It'll connect to my old Pixel 6. It will not connect to my Pixel 8 Pro, or my friend's Pixel 8 phone. I've exchanged the camera, reset my phone, but nothing. The camera might have to go back and I'm just going to stick with my SX-70

App is fantastic for getting pictures and videos shared with friends and family. The app is super easy to use and getting your photos printed as a polaroid is very cool! A photo could be printed elsewhere but this format has a feel that a regular picture cannot capture. The "downside" is that Augmented Reality public videos shared on printed photos can only be 10 seconds. Maybe this will be updated to longer times when further development for the app occurs. Recommend to anybody and everyone!

The app is broadly decent, but it's ridiculous how much it lags behind the iPhone version. I'm still waiting for this app to include the I-2 firmware update that's been on the Apple version for over a week now. Well, that was a very disappointing response from Polaroid. Telling me that I can still use the camera with the old firmware in the meantime while I wait for an Android updater doesn't address the issue at all. Obviously I can do that. The problem is the delay compared to Apple.

This app needs a serious software update. The photos that I've printed have been very hit or miss. Some come out perfect, but others are just impossible to get right. I wish there was suggested settings for the color saturation and exposure when you're ready to print so you didn't have to waste 1-4 photos trying to get the photo to turn out the way it should have the first time.

The manual shooting mode for the One Plus was SO much better than the new I-2 's manual mode. Why did you take away unlimited exposures? What if I want to do more than 4? Why did you take away the manual eject option!?!!?? Why?? I shoot lots of experimental shots and try new things. These two options being gone have incredibly decreased my enjoyability of shooting Polaroid. =/ Please find a way to change it. At least give users the option!

Just bought my I-2. I've went through 4 packs of film so far. I've used this app as a remote shutter, and it worked well. I used to have a Now+. Why did you change the ability to take more than 4+ exposures? Also, why did you take away the manual eject option!!??? Bring it back!!! I take long exposures of my pets sleeping and I don't want to wake them up with a noisy eject. So far that's the only improvement I'd like to see (which USED to be a helpful feature already available).

The Polaroid scanner doesn't work anymore. It used to take really good scans with out an issue, but now it's like the app can't even find the photo (even with a solid color background). Not to mention when I scan the photo it appears as an image error in my photo gallery. I'm better off taking a normal photo of the polaroid image on my phone's camera.

They updated the app for no reason and now I cannot use my Polaroid Originals Lab at all. It is now a paperweight. They do not respond to emails. The lab relies on the app to work. You cannot use it without it. Now the app just crashes when you try to choose a photo. Pathetic!!!! Fix your problem immediately not days later. Do not enable auto updates if you are a consumer. My lab would be working if not for this update. Update: coming soon
