Loved all the different workout options, and the meal plan worked well for me! It was nice that I could get a workout from the trainers from my home, I definitely felt all the workouts I had done!

This whole program is simply awesome. If you're considering doing it, just do it. Step by step you'll be guided (at the very least) to completely clarify what your greatest skills are and how to share those with others

I like it so far. I wish I had more time online to play with it. I think the concept works and may help many people find their inner true potential. For everyone has a gift to share with everyone else. In a world where jobs are being taken over by machines. Even call centers have bots now. It will free mankind to create once again.

This app has almost everything you need to keep you accountable! It has weight check-in, challenges, variety of exercises, and even meal plans! Only suggestion would be a place to track food each day.

Clunky upgrades, team lead members who are no shows for booked appointments, flimsy pricing structure if one attempts to upgrade. I had high hopes - unfortunately, very disappointed.

Took a bit for the first video to load but smoothed out pretty quick! Within the same half hour, I was able to go through All the get started modules, the Devo for the day & track all my habits!

Simple, easy to use app. I love the courses & content George has added. 10 minute intro to each overall program. Then each day, open up an 8 minute video. 1st three minutes I use as warmup with GA demonstrating key postures & common mistakes. Then 5 x 1 minute timed exercises 45 secs on - 15 secs recovery. Just 8 minutes daily & my fitness & flexibility already improving. Some free stuff & some inexpensive exercises on Core, Legs, Arms, Glutes etc. Thank you Master Coach George 🏋🏃‍♀

This experience with Mandy Sauler-Milbourne has been game changing for me as a tattoo artist and person. New to the field a small business owner and a mom, we had some pretty intense and unexpected hiccups in life and this program still allowed for me to challenge myself at my pace. Ask questions and was significantly more informative than any other online program I have ever done. Highly recommend.

This is awful and so misleading. They offer you a very budget friendly plan at 65$ per month for 12 months and then you wake up with the full 12 months withdrawn from your account. Why even offer a monthly payment plan??? Super sneaky and so not cool. Not a good company to deal with at all.

The app is difficult to use. Allegedly there is support and coaching, however, coaches consistently did not show up to calls. So how was I going to learn how to use it. When I asked them for a refund they refuse to give it to me and cited policy. They have this setup like a gym. Their policy is if you don't use the gym they keep your money. This is not a gym. It's a piece of software and the support sucks. Do not use it.

I have had a number of issues with the app. I am currently unable to open it....yet AGAIN . When I finally was able to open it this morn, my Aria Breath account was telling me I did not have access to anything I attempted to open. I DO have access to it all. All of what I was trying to open was stuff I'd downloaded. I logged out and logged back in and now I have lost EVERY SINGLE DOWNLOAD and I still was told I didn't have access to content. Now I am back to square one and unable to even open.

Best fitness app ever! Sam is amazing, supportive and creates a real community, its far more than just another fitness app. You'll make real friends, and really get to know Sam personally. There are just hundreds of classes available, all challenging but achievable, no matter where you're starting from, all available to do when suits you, in the comfort of your own home. Couldn't rate any higher, or else I would!
