Super buggy, worst experience. Feels like I am dealing with an old lady that has a hearing problem. Everytime I add something to the cart it asks for my data.... and it keeps looping this bs nonstop

My balance keeps disappearing and must call customer support to get back which waste more time and effort and disappears again after a while. Very disappointed.

Why would you need my date of birth, Email, city and region in order to use your app, these inquiries seems rather unnecessary and invasive, won't recommend or use your platform unless you remove these requirements

Low offers and meals being delivered several times in lowest condition.. To be specified low soap like 200 g to be 100 g for example.. Or 400 gm intead of 800 gm meat in a main meal in restaurant. Restaurant to deliver in same condition and i will be getting normal discount here.. And a food condition. Adding promotions for a customer at first place we should not lose the main restaurant meal quality and condition as well to reach normal satisfaction as a customer paying money in general.

it is really great but i want to point out a bug in "مدفوعاتي" section, it seems that some of those payments has the WRONG icon of the actual provider that i paid to, it is VERY MISLEADING, because even the details of that payment wont have anything regarding the proivder ( not even its name !!!)

Horrible experience,I just want to delete my account and no one wants to help me and the app doesn't have the option to delete my account and all the people I message say just don't use the app why you want to keep my information if I don't want to , disgusting.

I ordered from Cinnabon and had some negative comments on the service: 1- I have to contact the restaurant after paying for the confirmation of the coupon, that could have been done automatically like any other application (I waited more than an hour till I discovered that.) 2- They add an administrative fee which almost amounts the discount price. 3- There is no cash on delivery, so I had to pay by visa.

We cannot deny that you have good offers. BUT There are a few issues, and the bellow is one important one of them If you also depend on the name for the friend's gift (not just phone number) there should be a verification if they are matching or not, and a thrown error to stop the transaction, or at least the techincal support should handle that to keep the application active instead of making the users upset and avoiding the app!

You need to have a feature where sold out products are reflected as such in the system. It's easy to have. It's not rocket science! For so many times, I had to purchase products and have the burden of driving to the store only to be told "it's sold out". Say so in the app! Easy!

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SUPER HORRIBLE APPLICATION. Waffarha became really terrible, and all their promocodes are fake, even if the money is transferred to the wallet because you will not be able to use the cashback in buying any coupons. Terrible customer support, and no one will be able to solve your problem. I've been contacting them for 3 days to help me solving my problem, but with no help!!

A DISASTER! Whenever I try to make a bill it gets stuck, first withdrawn THEN stuck, first 2 timed I had to contact CS and they were able to complete the transaction from their end, now they could not and I have to wait 5wd for a refund! Why have the option if it's useless ?! Was never even attempt to get this resolved as its clearly an issue from your end not the provider's?

All offers are not effective... Most of offers not on the main service ex. For restaurants offer are as an extra Pepsi or coffee cup not on the main dish... And etc.

Great application, I was worried I'd encounter problems in paying or using the offer but so far I've had none offers are great with variety of options in multiple branches, and no restaurants refused to make my orders like peoples feedback claim I've used it more than 6 time with no issues so far. Keep up the good work.

After creating a new account, I am unable to log in as the app keeps saying the password is incorrect, although I literally copy and paste it from the account creation process.
