Nutmeg is great. The app is easy to use. The app does not have all the features that the website does, but that's actually a good thing because one, it stops you from trying to be too clever with your money, two, if your phone is stolen and even if your pin is guessed, I don't think it's possible to withdraw/transfer any money with it.

Nice app and I do like Nutmeg but it takes way too long for them to process and invest new money. 7 days it's been now since I last added new money. Also the menu options and user interface is a bit confusing and I feel like I'm constantly clicking everywhere until I find where I want to go. I would recommend them however the app and their money processing speed needs some work!

The app itself is great to use. The improvements over the years have been feature adding without complexity. As for nutmeg for an investment platform. I can't rave about them enough! Offering green(er) investing, great returns. I wish I could move my workplace pension to them so I could retire more comfortably.

Very good app, the only criticism is that I could not see if I have set up a regular payment. A "regular payments in" section would be ideal.

Very easy to use and understand for newbie investors, transferring money feels very secure and it's clearly detailed where all of it is going.

Easy to use interface, payments easy, reassuringly slick. To improve, it would be great to have a broader range of data on performance. Percentage returns on the app seem to be 'lifetime' rather than changing depending on the time frame. Eg what were my returns over the last 12 month? Calendar year?

It is either impossible to withdraw money using the app or too difficult to find the functionality.

The sign up process is smooth however getting your money investment takes a long time and you aren't kept up to date on progress. This is where nutmeg losses out to the likes of MoneyBox. Also the £500 minimum investment can put you off trying the app. Once in the interface is good, you find value and charges is clear to see and the projection graph is very helpful. Also nutmeg has APIs to the likes of MoneyDashboard which is good.

Nutmeg has been fantastic for me. Really is a great place to start investing and learn about investing as well as achieving a solid return. Great transparency, app is ok (desktop site better this needs to be fed back into the app). My feedback for improvement would be lower limits to start would get more on board, customer service to listen a little better and work hard on reducing those fees! All the best!

Fantastic service. Great returns. I've even transferred my pension and ISA to them. Easy to track your profits (or losses, but only time that has happened was covid last year, since then it has recovered and doing very well). Lifetime ISA is great too. Very easy to top up, only takes a few seconds, and money goes in very quick. Only one downside is sending a message via the app, I can't find the option and have to resort to logging into the website. Oh and they don't display pennies.

A great app. A few limitations but the full web app fills those gaps. I am a constant checker (daily) to see what is happening. Would be nice to see a last updated feature. It used to flash up, would be nice if a small strap line remained instead of flash. The direct debit area could use a little work. From memory it's not clear when it's due next or how to change the amount.

Very poor third party KYC provider, couldn't accept UK passport of divers licence. Asked me to keep resubmitting photos and got stuck analysing the photos for 20 mins

This is the second time the app has let me down. Once I've logged on it now showing the page that says it's still setting up registration. The account has been live for months. I've emailed twice had one basic reply telling me to check my log in details! Really. I've also logged it as an issue with their chat live still no joy. Not good at customer service

Not Great. Adding money to a pot is not straightforward and in order to see a notification/email you have to login again through a different interface. Why can't they just show the notifications on the same app?

Applying for an account through the app does not work. No matter how many times I attempted submitted photos for ID, I was unable to progress further in my application and was given no confirmation that my submission had been received. Extremely disappointing that the app cannot handle a basic step in its own application process.

The latest version of the app repeatedly breaks, forgetting you logged in and instead opening into a browser to a mobile desktop version. I managed to fix it by reinstalling it, but it broke again. Doesn't fill me with confidence.

DO NOT USE THE APP, IT IS FAR EASIER TO USE WEB INTERFACE VIA BROWSER. You cannot change your email or your linked bank account in the app. It does have a messaging system and a human responds but they cannot do much beyond telling you to use parallel messaging system "Nutmail" instead. Which can only be accessed by painstakingly logging into Web interface via browser which is SLOW. NB. Nutmail is not user friendly either AND outgoing messages randomly fail for no good reason. Wealthify better!
