My Workforce TNA is your employee self-service app for employee's using the Aussie Time Sheets - Workforce TNA time and attendance solution. My Workforce TNA allows approved employees to clock on and off remotely, view and submit Leave Requests and much more.
After downloading and installing My Workforce TNA, your login details will be provided to you by your Payroll Officer/HR Manager.
My Workforce TNA helps businesses of all sizes to easily track and record employee time and attendance. Hold employees accountable for their work hours and record allowances and loading rates. Have the peace of mind when paying your employee that they are getting the exact amount they are entitled to.
My Workforce TNA features include:
• Employees can clock on and off from anywhere right from the app on their smartphone or tablet
• Employee times logged can be cached when the app has no network coverage that upload when they are back online
• Employees can request any type of leave right from the app and access up to date leave balances
• Employees exact location is recorded via GPS
• Employees can view and approve their timesheet
• Employees can access their work schedule
• Employees can view their departments or locations leave calendar
My Workforce TNA software includes some great features for employers to control how the app is used by their employees.
• Device Identifier - My Workforce TNA stamps the phone device id to every clocking and can then notify a Supervisor if an employee uses another employees device to clock on.
• Location restrictions via Geo-Fencing - Create a Geo-Fence around a Location so that an employee can only clock within the Geo-Fence area. Assign multiple locations to an employee to allow them to clock at select sites.
• Location restriction via Network - Lockdown the My Workforce TNA apps to only work when employees have joined your business or guest WiFi.

This app never works. I put my dates in for leave and it fails to calculate the hours... I put my hours in manually then it changes it to 0 Hours. Please fix

Easy to use, implements well with all payroll systems, self management from the portal. We'll constructed and the customer support is next to none. 😁

I'm able to view my shifts in the application without having my manager email them to me at random times. So I'm always in the know.

Skips pin entry when you've only half entered it, doesn't show the location where you're logging in like it does on the iOS version.

Awesome app! Fast and easy to use. I particularly like the leave request feature as you can apply on the go and access leave balances.

I would literally find any other time logging app. This app has constant crashing, bugging and not acknowledging times I've logged. GPS locations are WAY off. Even when it asked me to leave this review the whole app froze up. Don't know why our company is using this.

It's ridiculous that this app needs access to your location at all times else you can't log in and then this information is shared with management. This not only breaches all forms of personal privacy but further a tool to micromanage employees. Dont get me started on their facial recognition in-office software.

Fails to detect my location even after giving full access to the GPS: "Sorry we were unable to get your exact location". It only work the first time. And why does the app needs access "to make and manage phone calls?" It's ridiculous!

System doesn't handle flexible working hours well. View previous clockings requires you scroll to the bottom of a page of all your logins to see your recent ones. Simply changing the sort order would improve this. Some buttons open web pages about other features, while leaving the app stuck on the linked page. Sometimes it simply won't log time, and the app needs to be restarted.

App no longer works, states there is a bug and crashes, tried clearing cache data, uninstall reinstall and no joy same issue, makes it hard for me to clock in and out
