This app is terrible. it does not have even half the listings that the website has so what's the point of having an app if I have to use the web browser or my laptop? I don't see how you guys can't even roll this thing out without having all the listings you have online through the web browser. This is pathetic. It's amateur hour at loopnet. Don't waste your time with this app.

Overall decent app but when using the back button function on Android, it takes you out of the app instead of just stepping back one page. You have to reach up to the top of the screen like a retarded Apple function instead of using the basic Android back button.

Easy to use, if you're familiar with "map and list" apps. I appreciate the professional form of listing with cap rates etc...don't know of any others with those details!

Great app. Very easy to search for office space with the parameters set by me when searching. Saves favorites. Through this app, I found my next office in Manhattan and signed a 3 year lease. Thanks.

The app is very useful in finding properties. I would like to see more customization options in the search filters such ad parking spaces etc. Otherwise the app works well.

I used loopnet successfully in its earlier days... The most impressive thing was where the telephone calls would come from as I got calls from a California for a small apartment complex that I had listed in Atlanta... More recently if I was trying to learn about a property I would go to the process of seeing the sign calling the listing etc... then I downloaded the loopnet app and I get info on that listing and others that may be even more interesting...

Used to be a pretty decent app. Now things are breaking, half of the listings don't show on the app, and the available space filter no longer works. Emailed the support email listed about a month ago, no response. 1 star until the issues are fixed.

Notification unreadable. Updates of changes on watched properties in my notification bar now have a half screen (which blocks my other notications) grayed out picture of the property and some gray text in it . Totally unreadable. App is still fine

Actually have had loopnet on my mobile for a while. New app update takes up a lot of space and I temporarily had to delete Karl's mortgage calculator and zillow to utilize it. I'll have to remove it and download my other two apps again as needed. Just love how these apps keep requiring updates that take up more room. Wasnt the original working perfectly ? Just saying, making it slow a device down by using more space is not a good update.

U can see the preview for properties in the menu/list. But for some properties, u can't open the listing on the app. Then, for many of those same properties, u can only view them on the desktop website. 😐😑 Loopnet/Costar charges way too much, but won't fix their bugs or glaring UX problems.

The loopnet app continually indicates a new version is required to use the app. Pressing the update button (that's the only option) takes me back to the Play store and then back to the app - just back and forth. I uninstalled it and restarted my phone and then reinstalled the app. But if i close the app and then open it up, it goes right back to 'Update required to continue.'

I wish it shows the sale status on the app and website more easily. It should be a status bar that states active, pending, etc., I have to log on to a computer and still have to search for it and it may not even show. I have to save it as a favorite and look in my favorites on a computer to see the status. Otherwise, I like the app.

To many bugs in the system that just never get fixed and just not very user friendly. From trying to log in and getting stuck on a white screen to not saving properties or even going to the map and going back to a property you previously looked at. Its all a monotonous task to do simple things. Loopnet has definitely gone down hill.

Resets Filters. Please don't reset my filters every time I click on a property. I know what I'm lookìng for better than you know what I'm looking for.

Simply, easy to comprehend info. To the point for most R.E. investors novice to expert. Also, I love the text alerts to keep things updated.

This app is excellent for sorting through the fluff. If I had a complaint . It would be the photographs the Agents submit many poorly captioned and reveal the advantage to any property.

Its ridiculous that anytime you go back to the LIST or results you've sent criteria to search for after checking out a listing) you're shown ALL listings regardless of the criteria you set. Now repeat FILTER setting again.. waste of time

The app is easy to navigate and interact with. Realtors pay attention to the app as well I had responses from them within hours of messaging them. They also provided phone numbers and where they stood in there company. I liked the description of the properties and the many filters that help to give you the choices you're looking for without a gigantic search.

Its a very good app. It allows brokers/sellers get the listings out nationwide. The drawbacks are really the amount of detail. Sometimes you have to request more and more info that should be required to list. I understand NDA's, but they could make that part pf the process too. The filters aren't the greatest and the search criteria clears too easily, but there is a lot of listings.
