it's great for getting different little gigs in your area but since the format of the app has changed it hasn't been as good like it was at first. if it was the same I would give it 5 stars,

I would appreciate it if I would be offered more jobs but it keeps canceling jobs I signed up for without an explanation I don't get it I did the background check and was told I'm good to go. yet I'm not another associate checked and said it's not there.

Rollout and implementation has been choppy at best. Should of allowed us to continue to use the old app. Having to add every petty little skills like dishwashing and sweeping floors to your profile is just assinine.

Still can't seem to actually get any jobs and no one is listening. The app works just fine, EXCEPT that no jobs are popping up in my area, or any other area on ANY DAY it just keeps saying "No Jobs Found"

Downloaded the new app the day after my last job worked and the new app claims my account is disabled. There is no reason for it, I keep getting told it's being worked on. I'm supposed to work Monday and even got a notification from the app but it won't let me log in.

Great upgrade! The new concept is powerfully capable of allowing user to retrieve every bit of information without a lot of effort. View jobs accross the entire country.

Update if I can give 0 stars now I would. It's always scheduling for days. I can be working the job and it will cancel the ticket as I'm working. What's the purpose of asking us to submit hours of we're still going to have to wait days to get paid. That BG feature is highly inaccurate. Most branches don't answers most jobs already have certain people they want so they'll turn you away and you will waste your time. Jobstack is actually becoming a pure disappointment.

This app is a huge improvement over its' predecessor. The ability to instantly search the map allows you to plan jobs out at any branch and travel the country is so much easier!

I've had nothing but problems since I downloaded the app and every time I call customer service it is the same song and dance it has been over a week now since I first called and I keep getting will give you a call back as soon as the issue is resolved well it's been 7 days!! I am not happy with this new app that they raved so much about I don't know why people have to fix what ain't broke I would have rather stayed with the other app

okay I picked one job and then after that job it's in stating a big errors happening on my account when I've been with this company for over 12 years and the older app never gave me this issue and now when the brand new app came into play it's been causing so many issues it needs to get fixed instead of getting worse it's supposed to be a new app that supposed to be much better than the older app but it's actually worse because when it has you click on the job this is hurting us the people!

It seems like it would be a wonderful opportunity if I could actually log into the app. I spoke to multiple reps. I went to multiple locations with no gas, all to no avail. I enter my phone number and password for it to fail to find me. I tried the forgot password option for it to tell me to create an account. I tried to create an account for it to tell me I have an account, so I should try the forgot password option and repeat the process OTP with the rep. I have deleted and reinstalled a lot.

I did everything they asked. When it came down to do the background checks, it took too long to load... Way too long to load... Over 2 minutes or so... Maybe one day when I actually feel as if I can actually benefit from the app I'll try again some time.. Till then, I'll stick with what ACTUALLY works... Indeed and LinkedIn...

So I found out about this today and I downloaded the app and made an account. I am wishing to apply for positions but it's stuck saying "Onboarding Required". So when I press "Continue Onboarding" it takes me to the OverView page and says "All Open Task Complete, All of your tasks have been completed. Make sure your Basic Information is updated so we can email you when a new task is assigned."... I am very confused because I haven't received an email.

App is worthless, no jobs notifications, you don't get pay notifications, complete trash that helps in No way. The last app at least gave you work and paid you. Can't even figure out how to change search area, no settings to change, no Explanation. My local people ready team is 1 overworked person with Zero help.

The app CLEARLY needs the developers to get on THEIR JOB so that others can work ! ! EVERY job accepted seems to have an issue of some sort & it isn't me, I've been using the old app before this 1 & never had this issue of not finding work. Is the tampering of people's livelyhood intentional? Please get someone competent to fix this I'm not the only 1, but I'll say it for those that can't l, won't, or doesn't know how to.

The good, Big upgrade, they put a little more power in the hands of the worker. A lot of things work now in this new app. The last one was extremely buggy and had many features that were broken. The bad, it's a lot harder to take jobs now. There are more things to say no or deny workers. Such as, most jobs need approval now. And there's an "instant approval" option and sometimes you still can't take the job because you need approval. Gone are the days of just accepting a job and showing up.

This is pitiful,Everytime I go on the app there are no jobs available not even one,What would the point be for having this app on my phone. I had begun to find jobs on their old job stacks app-everytime I went on the app I would find jobs and now this? Thank you developer, Yes I had been having some problems with the previous app, but the problems were corrected and it had been fine.But I will do as you suggested regarding the response .Thank You

I'm not sure what's going on with these apps but I had to do it 3 times and apparently it's a different app now. So I had to redo everything again. It's much easier to go to the office if you're able to. Be prepared to constantly fill out applications over and over even though jobstack has all your information but apparently they don't have the one click apply it will take you to different job apps then you have to refill everything again. It's been 2 weeks and 0 jobs and I'm Jack of all trades

One of the most difficult applications to work with. The navigation throughout to add search terms and unclickable areas to modify aren't friendly. Considering it's not a OS no area should be grayed out. Notifications disappear from the pull down shade after clicking on them. Also they'll repopulate within the app even after marked as read. Simple fixes in the manifest , ect...

Downloaded this after support recommended it. I checked the list of cities on the website and it was indeed there. After trying to make a new account, I was suddenly locked on a screen that's says this app is not available in my city. I tried uninstalling and logging in again but just got the same screen. I thought maybe the location service on my phone pinged a distant tower so I want to try inputting my city manually, but no matter what I do all I get is that same screen.
