Connecting our banks were super easy and we love that we can share which accounts the other can see. I love that I can add a budget for each category and add bills to the calendar. That's about where the likeness for the app stops. The app doesn't update until about a day or 2 AFTER the purchase date which means we aren't too positive what we have left in each category to spend. Due to this I still have to update my excel at the end of the night which is what I didn't want to have to do

Rather enjoy the fact that I can share financial information with my wife so we can easily budget. My E*trade savings account didn't show up when I linked my account, though my brokerage and IRA both did. Might be a snafu in the way the account communicates with Honeydue. Hard to knock the app for something like that. Overall a good personal finance app. One suggestion I would make; a budget limit on total spending in addition to the per category limits would be an excellent addition.

Pretty good app. Much more full features than most other apps like this. I don't use it now because, while it's a great way to see where your money goes, it's not so great at planning where your money should go, i.e. an envelope system. But I get that it is meant more for tracking than budgeting, so it excellent in it's own right. Just not the flavor I wanted.

Update: My account keep unlinking almost every 24 hours. I have to link them almost every time I want to update. Sent an email to their support weeks ago and never heard back. It's still a good app but now it's super annoying. ------------ This is a lifesaver. Great app. It's nice to see how finances can be so broken down and organized.

Like that it's largely automated. Like that we can customize categories. Like being able to send a quick ? about any transaction that seems odd. Like that it helps visualize where money is going. Dislike that there is no option to manually add cash transactions. Haven't been able to add one account "bank unavailable". And customer service is non-existent. "Typically respond within one day" my butt. I've sent three questions over the course of a month and haven't heard back about a single one.

I was really excited to start using this app. I love that it's easy to navigate and set up for couples, but most banks and accounts won't link. Even if it has the bank listed, when you click on it you just get an error message. I tried to contact their support team, but never heard back. You can manually add accounts, but the functionality of bank tracking was a big selling point and this app isn't really worth it if that part doesn't work.

I want to like it and I love the features it has, but I'm having major difficulties. The app keeps deleting my accounts at random, sometimes when I go to refresh that account (since it's also not refreshing automatically most of the time). I constantly have to re-add accounts and additionally, customer service never responds to emails (seemingly the only way to get help).

I like the app; especially the ability to share with a spouse. For 5-stars, I think it needs an option to enter anticipated income, and needs to sum up total budgeted amount...so that users can track money budgeted and spent against anticipated income per month. I had to set up my budget outside of the app, then use that info to set my budget levels in the app.

Honestly, the apps pretty great. However, If making a split payment on a bill, for budgeting purposes being paid biweekly, there should be an actual split function for the bill itself, not having the split and putting it in chat where it can get lost. I would like to see the split option on the bill, and a spot where it allows you to put how much you paid on it. Now for the banking option, My bank cant be linked because they cant find it bc its a small local credit union. So that should be fixed

Would like to see the paid and skipped bills look a little more visually "finished," maybe slightly grayed out, or a line through the text to help more easily differentiate between what's paid/skipped and what's still due? Also want to see an ability to select the date a bill was paid. Sometimes bills are due on a date but don't post or get paid until later, it'd just be nice to keep track of.

Great Concept ... Still not there yet. Budget options (which is the main goal of the app) are very poor: You cannot set any other frequency for the budget other than a monthly budget ( I would love to see "Once" , "Every Few Months"). You cannot move leftover budget to the next month with a reset , or cap of leftovers at a certain date. Also connecting to my financial institutes was bit buggy. Also transfers between my account shows as expenses. It should be bit smarter on that.

Pretty good so far. I've had the app for a couple weeks and I've had to answer security questions, a few times, in order for my bank information to continue to sync. The app also only updates every 24/36(?) hours I think, so it isn't the greatest on helping keep track on budgeting, especially when we go out of town and make numerous purchases. I do love the many categories you can put things in! My husband and I love how we can both budget together with this app!

Overall, I'm enjoying this app. it's helping facilitate budget discussions with my wife and helping us stick to our budget better. every thing is easy to navigate and I can easily see exactly what I need without no difficulty. There are a few things that I've noticed, though. it doesn't handle transfers between accounts well. The app seems to ignore debit/credit attributes. for example, if I move 25.00 from one account to another the app records this as a net debit of 50.00, when really i

Mostly easy to function. I had some issues on how to add a transaction to my bank, but I eventually figured it out! I wish you didn't have to type in a name for each transaction either as long as it's in a category. Everything else is GREAT. We used to use Money Lover, but failed to keep my husband and my apps synchronized. Our apps would show different totals... and when dealing with money, you don't want that! Since we both have our own account, all items are updated on both of our screens!

I've used this for years. It's stayed the same and is bare bones. I still think it's a really nice app that allows you to create your budget how you like it. I wish it had drag and drop options, hold to change options, etc. You have to click the 3 tiny dots to do anything, so it's just not super user friendly that way. Also, I wish it simply would state how much of your budget is used. Ex: I have a budget of 5000 a month, I want it to tell me in the spending wheel I am at 3500/5000.

My husband & I needed something that could help us keep track of our spending, something that both of us could easily look on our phones & know where we stood financially at any moment. He is all about apps so when I found this, I knew it would work for us! No more writing in the register, he would never do it & nothing gets missed now. It has become habit to add it immediately. We dont have it linked to our bank acct because Im weird about that. This app has been a life changer & we love it!

The app looks and is designed beautifully. It even has great features and functions well enough. The problem is that it doesn't refresh accounts and if you manually refresh them it doesn't pull the latest data. The support is also trash. I've tried 4 separate times to reach out and not once have I gotten a response. Their app says a response in 24 hours...that's not going to happen. Sadly there are very few alternatives so for now I am stuck.

I downloaded this app in November, and I've given it its fair shot. This app is definitely not it. It does have some good features that any budgeting app will have but is also majorly lacking. For one, while you can add your monthly expenses and set limits for each category... they do not add up to a total and certainly don't compare your total expenses to your monthly income. You know, the basic premise of budgeting?? There's not room here to fully rant.

It's very helpful for tracking finances with my partner. I don't see any other free apps of this quality and overall works really well. Suggestions: You should be able to mark who does what charge on a joint account. Currently I added the joint account so it shows all of it as mine. It's weird that it shows spending on the graphs in more than 2 decimal places and it should space out to more to round increments like $50 $100 $500 or whatever.

It is definitely useful and easy to set up budgets, and I appreciate the ads being limited to the feed. The one thing that keeps this from being 5 stars for me is that it only supports monthly budgeting, not bi-weekly or weekly. I understand the complexity in adding a customizable range, but if a setting for setting if you use Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly budgeting and then a "payday" setting (pick a day of the week and/or offset) was added, then this would be perfect.
