Seems login for companies not possible since login only with CPR and not with CR. Better include.

dispite my conversations with IT people as will as with Riffa Branch more than one week, still same error, unable to download the same APP, error code 910

Very bad service and not at all professional. The GIG app is not working properly, and their customer service is very poor.

I have 3 vehicle in slurred with them but not updated on line. Also u can not update your profile information. Worst app

Always gives "policy does not exist for renewal" while it's expiring next 2 weeks. Called call center, they transfer me to technical team who didn't pick the phone. Maybe they are still sleepy at 9.30am. Good night gig.

I Renewed my vachicle insurance last week. But this not updated in the motor department system. So I called so many times to call center. They didn't answering properly and calls transfer to some were, they are not pick the calls. They service very bad. Iam never suggested this company. 👎👎👎👎👎

The app is very sloppy. Their service is perfect, and everything but the app needs a lot of work to be useful. Hope they'll improve it soon because other companies have much better apps.

The worst app. I had an emergency. The location indicator is stuck it does not allow you to proceed. They do not have a number to call in case of emergency if it occurs while their offices are closed. Even during their working hours, the designatrd Whatsapp response team is very bad. Your services are deteriorating severely.
