What good is it if you can't access information? What I want is to see if I can buy MORE SHELVES for my GE side by side. You didn't design it with enough shelves or drawers. Why not let a WOMAN design the appliances it will work. The GE 25. 3 side by side is poorly designed, shallow shelves, not enough for food storage.

This app deserves 2 stars...I can't even create an account. As soon as I enter my email and click 'sign up,' it says "Unable to confirm your email." I used my real email address that I use for everything. Not a fake or extra one.

Not user friendly. Not intuitive. A network connected stove or fridge leaves me wondering 'why?'.

Couldn't do anything with it. Sign up, start a new account, nothing. I now see that it may get into my personal photos and more. I question if it is a real app or some sort of scam...horrible...don't bother with it, it will not help you...it even led me to some service that requires payment by credit card...I am not that dumb.

Everyone setting up an appliance you need the smart hq app. This is not the right app. Lookup smart hq it's made by GE. Hope this helps people! Older instruction booklets dont have this info!

The app doesn't work. Not sure why it is even here. Entered email and passwd, but it doesn't recognize my creds. Tried resetting passwd, and then I never received any link.

Terrible app. Can't even get started. There does not seem to be an option to create an account if one doesn't have one.

This app does not work. If i could rate this app with zero stars, I would. Can't even get logged in. Every time I try to create an account, I get an error. The whole reason I bought my new washer was so I could be hooked up to wifi and get alerts and notifications. GE is not compatible with the app or wifi. Total dissapoimtment.

Horrible - Couldn't Log In This app is useless. I have tried to create an account with no positive result. It also appears that it calls for only 8 characters for the password.

It does NOT work!! Does this app even get support anymore?? Is anyone even reading this? This app doesn't even allow you to log in. It is extremely frustrating because I cannot setup my air conditioner WIFI unless I use this app!!

Won't even create an account, so I don't know if it'll work. I set up an account, yet it doesn't recognize my password. I go to "reset password", and it's supposed to send an email. I did it twice and no email.

Black text over dark blue background makes it hard to see the error telling me that it can't create an account, but doesn't explain why. So this app is useless. Please properly test basic settings like creating an account and pick a better contrast for text and backgrounds.
