Sadly every time you try to open the alleged app it wants and requires you to dow load again. Every time. Worst update ever.

The upgrade is terrible. The other version was much better. What made it better was the simplicity. Everything was easy to find and get around in the app. Why did you feel to make this unnecessary update. Can't leave well enough alone.

Do not like anything about it. Things are mixed up and all on the same page. Took me too long to find my account balance. Y'all can't even keep payment plans simple, or on time. Don't upgrade what wasn't broken You can fix it by going back to the old one that was so much better

Love the new app, but the notifications on debits and credits are a little slow. When you were using the My Card Rules app notifications were immediate. Now I may not get them for an hour or 2 after the transaction...which will be a problem if it is fraudulent.
