This app update is awful! It takes an unnecessary amount of time to load and then when it does theirs an error loading the information. I can't transfer money to my other accounts and pay my bills because it's saying the money isn't their even though I've just gotten paid.

Zero stars. This is ridiculous. This new app is awful. The mobil check deposit is completely messed up and is like trying to take a pic with a fun house mirror. It's not showing checks in my available balance that cleared almost a month ago. And I'm having endless problems with this bank being able to sync with my QuickBooks account. I'm trying to run a small business not spend 2 hours a month on the phone with customer service trying to find out what the hell is going on w my account

I've had First Commonwealth Bank for over 10 years. I've never had an issue that they didn't quickly and simply resolve. The app is super user friendly. I love the fingerprint log in and I love that depositing my work checks are only a few clicks away, saves me so much time not having to actually stop into a branch. Being able to transfer from one account to another is super simple. I absolutely love the App and the bank!

This app is no where near as nice as the old one. The old one used to allow you to see checks processed out of account which was great for things like child support. ALSO, you could see total balance after every transaction so it made keeping track of assets way easier, and how they were being used. I really hope they re incorporate these into this new app soon. If ypu guys don't change this soon im getting a different bank. This app sucks.

I really dont like the new app. I tried to install the new one, but I still have the old one. As soon as it opens it takes me to the Open screen in Google Play then I can get into the app. The old app gave a running balance even when a debit was pending-- this one takes 24 to 48 hours to up date the balance. It looks good, but doesnt work as well as the last one.

Online banking functions are fine. What really is annoying is is trying to deposit a check and it tells you that you submitted two pictures of the front, when you did not. The old app did this too, but as long as you changed the background (where you set the check on before taking the picture), it would know they're different images. Now I have to retry 3 or 4 times before it believes I took pictures of each side of the check. Frustrating!

I like the new layout and the 4 digit pin sign in! My problem is the new mobile check deposit! I have a newer phone with a great camera but have to try sometimes over 20 times before the camera focuses correctly to deposit the check. I have a shattered foot and can't drive myself to the bank to deposit in person. The very first app I used a couple years ago did a great job depositing but this app is just horrible!

I don't like this new app. Go back to your old one. Even your bank tellers could not tell me the correct amounts I had in my checking account. He told me the wrong amounts. He said I had $18 plus change when I really had $218.plus change. So I was worried so I transferred from savings a $100.00 This is when u first started the app. Key Bank is looking alot better with no charges for anything. U might lose another customer. I'm used to change but only when it's for the better. :(

Not being able to look older transactions when needed is frustrating. I shouldn't have to go to statements which are difficult to read on a smart phone. Also, not being able to view my business account online is inconvenient to say the least. Between the app and that of fluidity elsewhere with FCB, I've been contemplating changing banks.

Ever since the most recent update, it has been very difficult and most times impossible to access my account through your mobile app. This notice pops up "Authenication Issue turn on your automatic date and time and sign in again" over and over, and over, on and on, forever until I stop trying. I have called 3 times concerning this and emailed customer service, still no resolution. If this doesn't get fixed, I will have to switch banks to one that the mobile app works.

Used to love this app but now no matter what we do we can't get it to sync. It always says sync failed. If it does actually show us how much we "have" available it's wrong resulting in problems when your bank says you have the money but your card is declined because you don't actually have the money. This has been a problem since they "upgraded" their app. Truly awful app, I suggest you find a different bank with a reliable app, that's what I'm doing now.

This app is a major step back from the old app. No running balance, so if my check register is off, it takes a ton more time to reconcile. The old layout was simplified and functional, this app has implemented design changes that make it look like a web page from 1998. Terrible all around, I need a decent mobile app for banking so probably switching banks.

Sometimes with this app the withdrawals or whatnot take quite a bit of time to take in effect and out of (pending) sometimes with notifications if you have it set up to be notified about a withdrawal or a useage of your card it may take up to about 3 hours before you get a text notification. This is the only things i have an issue with. With my past bank the app and notifications were spot on and very quick.

This app used to be great. But it's gradually gotten worse over the last few years. Sync constantly fails. So you have no choice but to spend money blindly, unless you're someone who has time to keep a ledger. And when the sync does work, balances are usually off anyway. It's truly horrible anymore.

Edit another 4 months later: Still being forced to go to update app when there is no update. Can this please be fixed?? Original review: The app works OK. But every single time I try to open it, I get a message that I need to update. Then it takes me to the Play store, but there is no update available. I have to click open, and it takes me back to the app again. This has been happening for years. Pretty annoying! Also, the logout button is hidden under a couple of menus and not easy to find.

Takes forever to load, sometimes it never does. Received errors many times when trying to send money or transfer and then find it has gone through so i have almost accidentally sent double what i meant to. HORRIBLE for as much money and resources a bank has this app is extremely unexceptable; I expect better quality. Horrible bank in general as well. Staff has made many errors over the years as well

Literally every other day theres some error. It won't update, can't sync, etc. It's crazy how many issues I've had with this app. Can't even check your balance half the time!!! Edit: it is updated. Even though most of the updates don't even exist when it tells you there's an update.

As others said, lately lits if problems. Won't update data, hadn't for few weeks. Spent time on phone then went to the bank & app updated on its own, giving correct data numbers. Then it wouldn't work again, just gave error msgs. Went to another branch, worker tried over an hour, made other contacts, finally app just showed front page buffering and nothing else ever came up. Workers gave up and said to contact phone service as there was nothing else they could do. Awaiting phone service.

I keep getting an error message when transferring money in or out of my 5 accounts. It doesn't matter if it's an internal or external account transfer. The transactions show money has been moved,but the available balance shows otherwise. Holds do not show as pending transactions,and they should. The math does not add up correctly. When questioned about it in the chat, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have reported that the errors still occur and have not received a response.

It's hard to trust your bank when they're not smart enough to develop an app to work properly. Same problems for years never get fixed. First big problem all of the letters / numbers at the beginning of each transaction. People use larger font sizes so they can see. At least switch all of the numbers / letters to the back end. You have to click on each item to know what it is. Between this and not being able to trust the transactions or amounts anytime after 9:00 p.m. to morning. No common sense
