I dont know what them fools are talking about expertpay is the best way whenever were ever pay child support never had a issue all payments go directly to child support if you dont want to deal with babymamas or child support pay though expertpay

Much better operation and cleaner look than the old Expert Pay. Easy and simple to make payments.

Bank of America charge me $60 on my savings account for too many withdrawals. It's my money. I should better withdraw anytime I want to. That is absolutely effing crazy to me

Keeps crashing. Anyone who needs to pay that can't through the app, just to help you out go to the website and use that instead.

This app is HORRIBLE. I am constantly in contempt because the app never works and I can't pay my support! I live 40mins from where you pay in house. So frustrating

I've been using this app for many years without a flaw. It's the only way I pay my child support. My phone says the developer has to make an update for it to work correctly. Are you open the app and it immediately closes.

If you choose ACH they will wait almost a full week to withdraw your funds every month. If your account doesn't have funds available when they finally get around to charging you there will be a $50 charge.

I gave it a 3 because it helps me with my child support payments however I can't pay on time because the app CONSTANTLY crashes. I've never had this issue with ANY app that I use happen like this over and over again. Please fix!

Stick to the online version. I have a Galaxy z flip 5 and downloaded the app. The app doesn't even open after you install. It's completely useless.

Nice app once you get things organized with your money. It does take an awful long time to get the $ where it's going. That's hard sometimes for budgeting

Took two tries to set up my account, i had to keep making new passwords and eben when i saved them they still said invalid. So after getting frustrated i left it alone until morning wirh a ckear fresh mundvand patience snd was finally able to pay child support which saves me a 45 minute drive one way. I don't have a driver licenve or car so it really helped me out. I don't kniw what i would have done wothout it.

Nightmare to use. I was asked for more info. The gist is your user experience is really bad. You can have security and a user friendly app & website. I spent hours just trying to get into my account. The emails sometimes didn't come at all or so long you have to watch a show to get it. Simple two factor authentication would have made this better. I had to call during work hours just to fix this. My own bank app is better. You need better programmers.

Knowing this app can rewrite parents information even if the device is locked to fit any story the manipulation wants to fit a narrative proves potential for Ill intentions. Knowing this app can read write and delete parents data, files, and everything else on the device is deceitful intentions. I'm giving one star while after looking through the program's capabilities. Antivirus scanner flagged it for compromising my devices security amd integrity. Fix app or get rid of it.
