The new credit card statements are a bit confusing. It used to be quite simple with just one figure showing what I spent and I would clear that. Now there is spent, statement balance and payment since statement. It's a lot. The old version of the app was better and more user friendly for this. All other parts of the app are fine and user friendly.

Since the last upgrade I am unable to login to the app on the first attempt. It takes me multiple times before I can eventually login. Iv also had trouble paying my credit card as it sends a message to say payment failure but when I check the account it seems the payment has in fact been processed. I'm not sure what has happened but the app used to work fine. The last update has only created problems. I can't continue to bank like this as its all so highly inconvenient.

Everytime I try to login, it shows check your internet connection ... No matter how strong the internet it, I am just not able to login. Out of 20 times only twice I am able to login. Whats issue guys ?? Am I doing something wrong ?? The moment I open the app, the internet speed goes down on my notification and the moment I'm out of the app, everything is fine

I accidentally updated to this app and now have to be stuck with this slow and difficult application. I really loved the older application, please change to the older version if possible. I have been trying to activate smart pass for the last 30min and it keeps closing the application. It is just frustrating and I can't pay online now.

Below average in navigation and presentation compared to previous version. Unfortunately there is no way to roll back to older version. Regretting already that I opt for this one. Should have given choice to go back to old app which was pretty neat and lot more easy to use.

Nightmare.. trying to enable fingerprint.. takes me to Terms & Conditions and then... Hangs and nothing happens. Finally uninstall and reinstall.. and do everything again😞😞😞 Was able to use it finally... But.. why is this app so not user friendly?. The GUI is lame and complicated.. it is slow. Whoever put it together really did not test it well before launching. And the worst is that they cancelled the web based online and you are routed to use the online version of the app:.THE HORROR 😖😖

The app is HORRIBLE! It's not easy or user friendly - card option is not available - how do I access my cards? It's full of bugs! Why release a product that's not tested properly? I would like to go back to the old app until all bugs are fixed, but unfortunately I've been informed that I cannot! ENBDX is just as good as EVA!

This app is the worst, i don't know why you take something that was good and turn it into an awful app like this The old app was very good and easy to navigate with all the required functionalities The new one is not user friendly, plus the smart token is always not functioning. You have to perform the transaction multiple times in order to work Really really bad decision to change to this app, i am frustrated

Passport was updated on previous version, it asks to update that again. for some options it says you are not eligible, whereas in previous version it was, and funny thing is those options are available under explore section. no option to store biometric for login. now NBD is expecting users to test the application and provide bugs to dev team to fix. absolutely awful.

The verification processes are far too much, this isn't even my main bank and I'm seriously considering closing my account. I understand the importance of it, but I have never had a banking service this excessive. I can't even access my account from my laptop anymore; I was basically forced to download the mobile app and continue from there. Very upsetting.

The application has alot of bugs as the transactions does not add up. The realtime aspect has a time delay. Transaferring amounts to own accout I had to sign out and sign in for the balance to display. Sometimes you open and the credit card balance shows 0.00 and am like when did I spend this money then it picks the correct amount. Please fix the bugs as sometime I have to reconcile the balance manually.

New app and web have following problems. 1. While doing a direct remit from web, it asks for authorization from app and when you slide to approve then also the prompt on window doesn’t disappear. It confused me and I ended up doing the transaction again. The money got deducted twice. 2. The “Activity for review” label has to have a better design to grab the attention. 3. Privacy mode must be set every time I logged in to the web. 4. Adding beneficiary with direct remit option is not user friendl

I'm trying to log in on my laptop, then it tells me to go to smart pass device. I input my pin and the log in page is frozen. I can't open the page on my computer, only on the phone. I transferred some money to my US bank and the transfer got cancelled, I don't know why. I transfer money almost monthly and never had issues with the old Website. This "upgrade" seems more like a downgrade.

This app has potential but at the moment needs a lot more features to be added and others fixed. Messaging is not working properly and messages are randomly marked as not sent. Also, attaching documents or images in messages doesn’t work and keeps asking for permissions although the app has all the required permissions.

DO NOT Upgrade. KEEP THE ORIGINAL APP. The bank services on the upgrade is limited and difficult to navigate. It just looks aesthetically better than the original app. Even the online banking experience has the same impact when you upgrade. I cannot do MePay on the this app. Hard to switch beneficiaries for specific types of online transfers like direct remit and local/international transfers. Very inconvenient and frustrating upgrade. I want the old app back, but it won't even allow you.

So far, I like the new design, it's modern and easy to use, that's a good point. Now let's talk about functionality, and here I can see that some useful features were not implemented in the new app, for example, when settling my credit card, I had to manually input the amount to be paid, while before, we had an option to just select the total credit and pay. There are also some issues with failed payments, we didn't have any with the original app.

Update: after closing the app, deleting cache and data and logging back again, I could finally see my credit cards run operations. I really wanted to like this a lot more than 3 stars, but it feels like a lot of corners were cut unnecessarily for the launch of the app. Also, the loading times are really low on android compared to other mobile banking apps (HSBC and FAB). I'm guessing the app runs from some legacy datacenter or maybe the app is not optimized for Android.

I loved the old app, worked perfectly. With this new version, I cannot login using biometrics. If I choose that option, it will crash. More often than not, when I login, my account info doesn't populate and the loading screen takes a really long time to populate, sometimes it just doesn't. If exit the app, I cannot reenter unless I restart my phone. Not happy with this version.

[Updated review] On Nov 18, I marked 4 stars due to the ease of installation & setup. Since then I've used the app to carry out 3 key activities. While 2 of those were easily accomplished, the app cheerfully informed me that it was no longer possible to complete the third activity (send money by Western Union). And so, equally cheerfully, I now deduct 2 stars from my original rating. I had to go to an exchange company and work with (gasp!) a paper receipt and physical banknotes/coins!

I got an upgrade prompt and did the upgrade. Now, i am unable to activate smartpass as i am travelling. Pls revert me to the old set up. Honestly, this is the worst experience ever. You should have a rollback for customers should they wish so. God knows the app is far from perfect and your customer service is not able to help. Due to this upgrade, i am half in mind of switching to another bank once i am back. EVERYONE DO NOT UPGRADE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING.
