I'm not sure what's going on with this app but for some reason I am not able to apply for any job opportunities all of a sudden. When I putting the last 4 #s of my SS number, it says it's incorrect. Yet, I'm able to go online on my laptop and apply. On top of that, there isn't a way to fix any issues from the app itself or even from my laptop. 🤔🤷

Easiest way to get progress done quickly with companies abroad, it gives the options to fast track applications by filling them out completely or most of the way. It also provides real-time data on what the prospects company is doing thus far with your application and info. Provides easy means of sending messages back and forth between you and the company.

Not enough company details 99% of the time you can't even tell what they pay or the job description. They should have minimum requirements for posting. Also the job has no validity 90% of the time to what you are searching for. Plus it seems to only display a fraction of the companies actually available. Recently there has been so many bugs I can't even submit proper documentation to employers or even find there contact info. The only reason for the 2 stars is they were reliable in the past.

This app used to seem okay, however updating profile will not maintain some information. Also, HAVING to update timelines EVERY month of EVERY year is quite agitating. There should be a feature that, unless end date has changed you can select "current" to remain current end date. Next, app will close out if you minimize to select another app/screen to review other information, and then return. Lastly, when verifying identity for "auto-fill", does not advance AFTER entering correct code sent.

Awful, inaccurate information, messages not sent, document upload issues. Every time I try to upload documents to a company it glitches, I have sent countless messages via the communication portion and when I follow up with a phone call I am told by 100% of the recipients that they never received the communication. I am so frustrated with this app and even tried logging in on my laptop to see if it made a difference, it did NOT. sent email that was returned undeliverable, What is next?

App lags, often freezes up when switching from task to home. Videos freeze up on Wi-Fi and mobile signal. Document request do not go through nor saved under your profile. Causing you to have to upload same document several times. Employment history do not understand 2009 through 2014 and will ask for employment information for 2010, 2011, 2012 and so on. Profile bar goes backwards so with no information given your profile is 100 % complete, as you add information it lowers.

Completely useless. Rarely updated info. People messaged me, then I messaged back, and then silence. The percentages kept bouncing around. One application went from 0 to 10 to 40 then back to 10 percent from the company. There's nothing happening. If recruiters knew how to use this app, then maybe it might be helpful, but as of now, it just sits there taking space on my phone. The companies just directly contacted me. Not a single message via the app they asked me to download. Pointless.

User experience is bad. Feels like an under budget application. Search feature is also extremely horrible. Only big companies show up the top and text is horrible. Search should allow user to filter from jobs and sort them out to their liking. At times while signing documents application crashes. I kinda see the purpose of the application but it is not worked on like it should be. There isn't a way to set current employer. Every month you have to update it yourself. Login doesn't feel pleasing.

Spy App. This app allows companies you no longer work at to keep looking at your application and work history. You can block them from contacting you but why isn't there an option to ever delete an application. they can pull your data forever even years after you left. Blocking contact isn't the same thing. Also when uploading it won't let you go to documents it goes to images. To trick you into giving them access to drive probably. Most medical cards are PDFs. I can take a cruddy photo

Like the app but... When I first installed it everything worked great. Has helped me connect with a few companies. My only issue with it lately is the find parking feature no longer works. It just hangs on the screen with the "pulse" and no longer shows results. Time of day doesnt make a difference. Otherwise a great app!

I some how creates more than one profile, I guess, but each time I had completed 100% and logged into it again with the wrong credentials, it would auto-fil without all the info, but it became a mess. I know it's my problem for forgetting. But I can't upload documents. The screen keeps freezing, and information doesn't always save. It's extremely frustrating. I get the app helps you keep track of where you've applied. But they need to leave a feature for truckers to leave notes for themselves

It worked great when I first got the app. Now when I try to auto fill my applications, it refuses to proceed after putting in the correct code. It accepts the code then freezes on the screen where I put a code in again. I've Uninstaller it and re downloaded it multiple times, but nothing changes. Checked for updates as well. Nothing there either.

I can no longer see or use the Activity screen / feature. It just slows a blank screen. All the other features work fine, but not the Activity function. I reported the issue using the in-app feedback, but was just sent a copy & past set of solutions a ten year old would know no to have done. Finally suggesting I use a laptop. I guess when you can't solve a problem... Just use a laptop?

A very helpful app I really used to like it. But lately it's been having problems updating information. When I make an edit to either my profile or application it sometimes will not update it on the profile, or it will update it, and not show it as updated as confusing as that may sound. When you do the little classes that you have, it's not updating and removing it from the unstarted section. So your updating part of the app is not working all that well

App use to work very well in the beginning. Now everytime I have to get on it, it keeps freezing up. They also need to go in an revamp alot of their question. Some are repetitive too questions already asked. Should also have drop down boxes in the experience area. Gets old having to type in the dance information over and over when you apply to different companies. All the information needs to be save once, with a way to edit when need.

I cannot give a zero rating, otherwise I would. It shows an application for two years ago that I didn't apply for (I installed the app last year). I did some of the trainings. Zero are showing. If a carrier is using Tenstreet, my suggestion is don't apply to the carrier. If they're that dumb to buy into Tenstreet. Then they're not worth working for... And I did the usual, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. It doesn't save the data. Contacted by tech, that didn't work. App's a waste of time.

This app needs search engine overall for jobs. It's like finding a needle in a haystack looking for jobs in your particular area... You have to experiment with random different search terms, then a small list of companies will pop up. Seems to be no rhyme or reason. Also a comprehensive PC web version would be instead of the same wonky mobile UI on web browser experience would help. TLDR Job search/browse could use improvements
