The new, shiny, "upgrade" is worse than the original app- which was pretty bad on its own. Didn't appreciate the credit union disabling my log on credentials without sufficient warning but that's not the app developer's fault. Regardless, after rebuilding my account no less than FOUR times, this app STILL doesn't let me log in to use it. Seriously, this is pushing us to consider another credit union since we can depend on CUofCO to provide consistent and dependable access to it money!

Update: Even worse! The new app is awful. It's way too cluttered. I hate that loans show available credit instead of balance due. The old app was such a sleek, effective, and user friendly design. The new app is clunky, ugly, and generally unpleasant to use. I don't know what they were thinking when they made the change.

☆☆☆☆☆ This is an extremely useful app, and reliable! Depositing checks... simple. Transferring between accounts... simple. Depositing cash at ATM's... simple and safe. I had a malfunctioning ATM take my money, and not credit my account. I immediately called the CUofCO and THEY credited my account the full amount ($400) and treated me with respect. It took a few days to verify, but I was able to pay rent I full because of their belief in their customers. ☆☆☆☆☆

Credit Union of Colorado is a superb credit union and is always finding ways to better service members. This app is easy to learn and navigate. I've never had the app crash or malfunction. I find it is definitely safe and reliable. The updates are always great and have only made the app better. If you are a member and dont have this app quit waiting.

Best banking experience I've ever had. I have moved out of state; however, I still have this bank and had the best experience, however, since they've updated, the app has been buggy constantly. Have to restart the app several times to log in, sometimes i can't log in because it won't permit me. Edit-app is just about useless. Can't log in to save my life. Absolutely Unreliable. Moving to another bank. Sorry fellas, you guys were good too me for a while. Now i can't access my funds.

The new app update is horrible. Not user friendly at all. I have several accounts and it has now lumped them all together on one screen instead of having them separate and being able to toggle between then like on the old app. Even if you set filters you have to do it every time you enter the app it doesn't keep the setting. It would have been nice to have seen a beta of this app and been asked for feedback before the launch. I'm not happy at all and want the old one back!!!!

Overall a great app and you have control over things like transfers though they could have told me scheduled transfers is what I'm looking for instead of my having to figure it out for myself. It gave me an error setting up transfers for the same day, saying it couldn't be processed but was scheduling them anyway. Knowing what you're looking for in the app is invaluable. Overall a great app once you understand what to look for.

Good bank, but it's been a few months since the last update messed up the app. I log in often to make check deposits and most of the time the app gives me a processing screen and stays stuck. Again, it's been months and this problem has not been fixed. Edit: Well they've done it, it's been a year with same buggy app Woohoo! 🎉 cheers to their relentless spirit of consistency!

Used to be a good app. Since the last update, all it does is load. I can log in and see what my balance is, nothing else. Can't look at individual accounts, can't move funds in the app; it's well and truly broke. EDIT: Even at home, where the loading sometimes stops, now it shows my personal account but not the joint one-- which shows up on the website so there's no excuse.

Bring it back to basics please. This app used to be really simple to use. Now when i need to pay my credit card bill for the month, im stuck for 15 minutes trying to do such a simple task because its now hidden in "transfers", or its a tiny little blue button?? Please, I just want to click the dang credit card account and pay the bill without the headache of figuring out where in the app I need to go to pay since it seems to change every other update. EDIT from 3 stars to 1 star : STILL GARBAGE

This app is a nice, convenient, and straight forward way to manage your funds, and your various accounts if you have multiple. It's also an easy way to keep track of your expenditures, deposits, etc. It's also connected to Zelle, which is also a good feature. The only issue I have with the app, is that mobile banking services go down for maintenence, and are not available at all times...and that it asks me security questions every time that I switch between my business, and personal accounts.

I literally HATE the new app. The old one was way easier to use and look at! I hate that the withdrawls and deposits are opposite... ie, withdrawls are shown as positive numbers in the account and deposits are shown as negative numbers (-20). It makes no sense!!! I like how the old way was laid out better and it had deposits shown in green and withdrawls shown in red. Just made it much easier for quick glance balance checking. And it made me change my password that I've had forever!

This app is a piece of trash as of recently. It seems like every time I log in, either the app can't connect or my bank can't connect and then I can't check/move my funds around. I have to move funds into my savings account to make a credit card payment but the app won't connect so now I have to eat the "insufficient funds" fee on my CC account just because this app doesn't want to finction properly. Considering switching banks because of this major hassle. The developers of this app are slackin

I've used this bank for over 28 years and all from Texas. It wasn't the easiest in the beginning when I had to do things like mail in checks and wait days for that deposit, but they've been right on top of keeping up with the times through the years to make the newest electronic capabilities available to make mobile banking fast and effortless. Their customer has always been exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The recent update is several major strides backwards. After the update the app is slower, more cumbersome, and confusing. Important things for banking like ease of use, comprehensive and user friendly UI, and quick load times were sacrificed for bloated "sleek" design. Having people watch screens load in piece by piece like we're stil on Dial-up in 2002 is a pretty revolutionary redesign here guys. Back to the mobile web page we go.

Previous years of mostly good experience with customer service. However, this is the second app "upgrade" that has completely wiped out my long list of payees AND previous online payment history within bill pay. Instead of entering all this information again, subject to the next improvement, I am changing banks to one with a long term stable platform.

Does almost everything the website does, and has monitored help lines on both the app and website. Great experience, and the people are super patient and kind. Edit from 4 to 5 stars. Consistently good service and prompt reply, as well as kind and patient bankers willing to help talk things over. They go above and beyond both on their app and in person at the bank. Their app upgrade actually fixed the experience to be better, such a rare experience. I hope they keep up the good work!

The app revision that included Zoelle took this app into the trash can. It is a huge step backwards. Don't imply that is because of Zoelle. It changed lay out for no apparent reasons (clumped bill pay under 'transfer' vs it's own menu item for example). Under 'pay bills' the day selection scroll now truncates the 2nd digit. Is it the 12th? Maybe the 17th? Oh, I see, there's a transition to '2...' - that must be "20". Counting backwards.... There are other errors. Out of space.

Great app! Very user-friendly! I've been a customer for 40 years & my one & only complaint is......why does online deposits seem to always be "unavailable?" Also whenever this happens, which is daily, is it offline for 2-5hrs? Extremely inconvenient when you have no other way to deposit checks. None of my other banks have this problem. I live out of state now so I really need that option as I can't just walk into a branch. Fix that issue & the app would be perfect!!

One of the better banking apps out there. Works smoothly and provides easy access to the information and options on your accounts. Easily transfer money between accounts including external accounts and zelle. Their customer service is top quality as well and good at resolving issues from either party. The only thing I could want is a spending breakdown/budget planner but most apps don't have that either.
