Thank you for fixing the balance widget so quickly! Update 11/28/23: I took off a star because the Instant Balance widget stopped working about a month ago. That feature was awesome for quick checks! Will it be fixed soon?🤞🤞🤞 Easy to navigate and seems to be very secure. I love that it now has mobile check deposit.

Would love to give -5 stars now. I have to do secure login, because I try to access my shared accounts with my wife, on different devices. It doesn't offer the option to turn this feature off. I would assume fingerprint/biometrics would be secure enough. Before you comment back, yes I have remember me enabled. I hate having to wait for a text or email just to check my balance.

Having to press the "continue" button after entering the enhanced security one time code at login is a pointless extra button finger tap that could be removed and one time after enabling all account alert notifications in the app they all randomly one day set themselves back to disabled. Also annoying that there is no field in your account summary showing the total combined dollar sum of your accounts like it does on the website version. Other than these issues it's not a bad app.

Keeps telling me I can't view my account because of a screen overlay detected. I'm not going to stop using Facebook messenger and LastPass password manager just because of this app. Edit: It seems that the developers have fixed this issue after reaching out. I will update if the issue reappears. Thank you.

Many alerts fail to come thru as texts. Used to get all desired alerts as text msgs, but now only a few. Verified settings, no change there. App is flaky. Worried about missing a critical situation because only app pop up messages seem to come thru. No history is available, either. That's bad for record keeping. Why did app dev make such bad changes? It was better a few months ago, when I could get all alerts as text messages.

The app has approved greatly over the years. It had gone through a number of redesigns and I'll say the most recent changes are my favorite. simply easy to look at your accounts. I would like to see scheduled payments a bit easier when planning on payments for credit cards. also maybe requesting a new debit card through the app but that could be done in a phone call as well

This app once was to me, flawless, but lately, that has changed. I have not been receiving 'alerts' on my cell phone lately. When going into the alerts setting in the app, I'll click on the tab to activate the alert, but it says there's a problem and try again later. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. The notifications settings on my phone are all turned on for this app. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Everything is awesome except for the main reason I got this app. Mobile check deposits. I'm constantly greeted with "no endorsement detected" or "can't read check". When there's clearly a check and a fine signature. Wanna know why? Because the app decides when to take the picture and it normally choses to do so when you accidentally move a tad and the whole thing becomes a blurry mess. Also when the entire check is not in frame. If you're going to make an automated object detection system, do it right or have an option to manually take a picture. But yeah, everything else works just fine and I'm very thankful for the biometric unlock

Super easy to use, with all the features you'd want. I love that Commerce went out of their way to make this app available for customers of a regional bank. I love you guys! :) I'm seeing some other reviews with notes about difficulty with electronically depositing checks; for what it's worth, while I rarely need to use that feature, it has always worked perfectly for me.

I have had this app for years. Have had alerts, but now the they only come through on email. Now, can't access the fraud account, EasySheild. That's a huge problem. I need to get access on my cell. I can get on with a desktop only. Please fix this. I've called several times and get nowhere. In this time and age, alerts are Paramount.

Update - they now have a work around allowing you to click onscreen button to take picture. This has resolved my issue but still a bit clunky. Thank you for fixing! Only issue I've been having is check deposit. The camera is too finicky. It use to work with no issues, now it either won't ever take an image of the check, saying move closer, move farther away, of hold steady. I'm holding very still so not sure what the issue is.

Unstable and frequently does not work. When it does work, it is fine. However, it frequently is unable to pull up any of my accounts, fetch transactions, complete internal transfers, and many other problems. Mobile deposits randomly stop working for a day or so, and at times shows outdated statements when viewing account. They do have good customer support in their brick and motar locations, which is why I still use them, but going in does defeat the purpose of the app.

Everything has always worked before and now, no matter what I do, I can't get the fingerprint scanner to work. It just keeps disabling every time I try to use it. My phone has a fingerprint scanner for a reason. I want to use it. Edit: Well apparently it wasn't the app messing up exactly, but I guess it was since I called and apparently what happened was the app "forgot" the fingerprint. So I had to go into my settings, delete my fingerprints from my phone then do new ones and it fixed it.

Can't activate new credit card through the app despite paperwork saying you can. No way to register new user, only option is to log in, view privacy statement, find branch/ATM. Not a good first impression. ETA: Tried to register from desktop, got many errors. Called the bank, they couldn't figure out why there is a problem and put in a support ticket. Been over a week, no response. Tried to contact them again and no one has replied. What a horrible bank. 2nd ETA: Canceled card, ticket not found.

This app is easy to use and very convenient, however, recently I haven't been able to turn on alerts for withdrawals and card purchases. I've always had those on and idk how they were turned off. When I try to turn them on it says to try back later. Edit: it is now Feb 24th and I still have the same problem. The only reason I have this app is to monitor my account to make sure nobody is making unauthorized purchases. The notifications where the reason I have this. Will delete if not fixed.

The app is fast, well-designed, and fairly easy to use. It is somehow better than certain online banks. There are only two issues with it. First, every once in a while, an alert will fail to come through as a push notification. And Second, you can't do external transfers in the app, you have to use the website.

Simple clean screens. Quick and easy to understand. UPDATE: 7/13/24 The app stopped working. It won't open. I un-installed, reinstalled, still not wproper! UPDATE: 7/15 I figured out that it is an issue with the internet at work not being a protected internet. When I got home and opened it, it opened just fine. The workaround is to turn off Wi-Fi when I am on an unprotected internet and use my 5G to check my account.

Pretty useless if its going to turn off push notifications on its own, which has happened multiple times over the last few years. Also, turning on each different notice has to be done one by one on a separate screen, so turning them on is a pain. ACTUALLY, now they won't turn on. Transactions only show my balance after on transactions older than 4 days? Not sure why that is. Actually a good looking app but when it fails at the most important part, it's less than useless

They removed an important element that makes the reports way more vague. For example if I had $1000 and I paid for a $100 bill it would show the $100 charge then right below it it would show you $900. If you were double charged you could easily see another $100 charge with the balance below it of $800. This was super important for me to see which purchases were happening and how each on individually effected the balance of my bank. Now account action is vague and I think that's suspicious.

Been banking with them for almost 20 years and the app is okay when it works. The app and online banking go down an unacceptable number of times completely preventing you from seeing your balance or doing transfers. Stop screwing with the access to my money please. Update Nov 4th 2024 the bastards did it again. No app. No website. Can't see or send my money. Nothing was improved.
