FEATURES:
Chamasoft E-Wallet
Chamasoft provides an online E-Wallet that chamas can use to manage their finances by making payments via M-Pesa and withdrawals to M-Pesa or any bank account.
Financial Management
Chamasoft acts as an online treasurer. All one does is record payments and Chamasoft reconciles the records.
Membership Management
Chamasoft allows one to register all members on the system where they access to their chama records online.
Bank Account Management
Chamasoft records withdrawals, transfers and deposits that are performed on the bank accounts.
Expense Management
Chamasoft allows users to track expenses as they occur, be it for land purchases or payments for services.
Project Management
One can track projects e.g. Expenses regarding purchase of land, and the contributions needed to carry out the project.
Loan Management
For chamas that do internal lending, Chamasoft provides a platform for recording these loans.
Financial Reports
Chamasoft generates the following reports; Member Statements, Loan Summaries, Expense Summary and Transaction Statements.
One Time Penalty Management
One can penalise members for issues such a late coming and this will be reflected on the members' statement.

Really a good app. We recently started using this app in our Chama in Kenya, it's doing marvelous. Am from Ghana, can I introduce the same once am back over there or it works within Kenya?

Love the data and it did not hang upon installation only issue is i cang delete a record which i need deleted

Not a helpful app tried to withdraw money from my side and it got denied. And the other members can't approve and no data can be delete🤦🏽♀🤦🏽♀🤦🏽♀

Am trying to understand how this up is working but is like am in a dilemma .when saving the payment after sometime you find it has saved with the wrong person and sending him/her alot of messages..this up eish hectic

I am unable to update my phone number and my profile photo, please fix this soon. Otherwise I'm in love with this app but there's alot not working right now. Phone number confirmation code, Profile photo not updating for both Individual and Group profiles

Nice app but no tutorial. It's like a maze trying to understand simple things like how to deposit. And the support contact provided.. Isn't helpful. Takes forever to respond.

Unable to delete my account and the group I had created..there is no such option in the app. Also difficult to navigate, not very user friendly

Perfect app. So user friendly and reliable.been able to not only have one group but 2 more and best part is, the accountability. You see how the group donations are being deposited making it quite easy for follow up and audits... Superb work!!

I give it 5 star because the app captures all aspects of any Chama, plus the customization of account types, bank balance tracking, the M-pesa push button and more. I'm looking forward seeing your other projects. I love this App.

I tested this app and I'm very disappointed because even though I removed it from my phone and didn't use the app, I and the contacts I used to test keep getting invoice messages and there's no way of stopping it. Developer please stop sending invoice messages to me and my contacts.

First, I don't know what rating I should give but for the mere idea, let me give it three. As a user there has noted, it is really a hustle to get around the app as one has to kind of trial and error working on the app. It's advisable to get someone who can make a tutorial for that (if trained on the workings of this app, I can actually make one for you at an affordable fee). User friendliness is really important in pushing your idea please don't ignore that aspect.

The app is well designed. The only problem is you xan only add a member there's no option of removing members who may have left the group.

Been using the app now for two weeks and honestly, no other comes even close to it (I did compare with 3 others? It is simple to use and user friendly. It hardly too me 2 days to migrate from our complicated Excel sheets. Only comment I have is that sometimes it is slow in processing entered transactions. Also can we have a functionality to specify the financial year end date. The system as it is assumes every chama operates on a calendar year basis, which may not always be the case,
