Glitchy app which locks me out regularly. Difficult to manage and time consuming to check my accounts. This app has made me consider leaving central bank. One glitch away from taking my business elsewhere. Do better central bank!

This app is not very useful. When you open it, it spins and loads forever. If you are lucky to get it open, the features are very limited, so you might as well just use a computer.

This is a terrible app. There's no mobile deposit and no way to view detailed or past transaction history. How is this even a banking app?! I am so annoyed!!!!!!

App wont run 80% of the time. Freezes up on login. Very fraustrating Edit: Still an issue after 6 months. There are days I cannot open the app at all.

I can never seem to get into the app. 9/10 when I open the app it just stuck in download. I have Uninstalled it many times and nothing. It is very frustrating. I wish I had the older business app.

Constant issues with login, biometric doesn't stay registered and having to manually update account balances after an online transaction is annoying. Paying more fees and you've upgraded the app but it sucks.

I'm pretty sure my non tech savy, boomer grandpa would make a better app on a MacBook from the 80s. Login is terrible, takes forever and there is no functioning biometric option. Every withdrawal is labeled "misc." You have to click 3 times to see where each purchase was made. I'd give it negative stars if I could..

I had to switch to a new app that doesn't have basic features like "remember me" so it's a complicated process each time. Not to mention for the last 24 hours my app has been inaccessible with a spinning wheel of doom. No amount of delete and reinstall helps....

My app doesn't open. It hasn't opened for over a month now. I've tried installing and reinstalling. It just keeps doing the loading symbol. But, here I go again in an attempt for it to work! *fingers crossed*

It's a crying shame that they completely redesigned the mobile app and forced everyone to use this sad excuse for an app. It's been over a year now that I have been suffering from this latest design. The simplicity of the old checks and balance view on the older mobile app was useful. The new app sucks, designed more to help the bank. I have no use for it. It doesn't do much for the customer. It's time-consuming. It's ridiculous and doubt ANYBODY else can truthfully say it's an improvement

The original central bank app was much better. The user friendliness of this app is poor. No password retrieval tool. Takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get the password changed over the phone. Even the freshly changed password was non-functional and they had the change it again for the system to recognize the new password. Operator admitted that many people show ire with this new business app.

Aside from missing a ton of key features, including to view transactions, (really?), this thing refuses to deposit checks. Get used to seeing the message, "Could not find endorsement on back of check: make sure check is endorsed! Retake photo." This is another reason to switch from Central Bank. 👎

This app absolutely sucks. The old central bank business app was so much better than this "new and improved" app. I can't even log in! They say it's more secure with the new app....no duh! I'm not even able to access my own account and I'm the one with the passwords!! Ridiculous. The most unused friendly banking app I've ever experienced

If I could give it -5 stars I would! This is the biggest joke of a "new and improved app" I have ever used. The whole business banking has gone to pot, and nobody beyond the tellers and branch managers seem to care. The login is awful! Everything says "Miscellaneous Debit" until you click through 3 sub menus to actually see what it is, and then it's slow to back out and sometimes just logs you out. Most recently, my accountant can't log in to do what she needs to do. About to be an Ex-Customer!!

This is the worst app I've ever used. The layout is absolutely terrible and confusing. Today, the app is just spinning and spinning and won't even let me in, not good for a business. UPDATE- I've given this app almost a year now. It continues to just spin over and over when trying to log in. I keep waiting to see if they fix these issues but I'll be switching banks because of this terrible app. I used to love this bank with my whole heart

Absolute dog booty. Can't log in. I just logged in to the desk top website, no problem. Using the same credentials for the mobile app, and I'm locked out. How??? I've never successfully logged into this new app without having to call customer service. Terrible.

Stinks. Android is rock solid compared to anything Microsoft; in Android, no BSOD, or other quirky issues. Except Central Bank has somehow found a way to crash my Galaxy. That is, if the app actually starts. It often just spins and spins and will not launch. This, the perverse requirement for a 9 digit ID for a business account, and the fact that biometrics are limited to fingerprints and simply don't work at all lately, has me considering changing banks.

They make it incredibly hard to log in! I have it set to my finger print, and it still asks me to change my password like every month. It even wants you to periodically log in with your company ID, user ID, AND password. It is very inconvenient when all I want to do is deposit a check. Right now, I'm locked out. Idk why. I'm putting all the right id's and passwords in so I give up. Didn't show much on the app anyway. Like past transactions. Hate this app.
