FNBO Credit card leaves a lot to be desired. the biggest issue I have is after making a payment it takes 10 days to re-credit my account availability. I have tried talking to them and I get the same BS statement about how sorry they are for my inconvenience. I've had this card since August and have spent at least 45k dollars on it, which is paid off constantly. highly recommend anyone else.

Was working fine then suddenly I get warning saying "root device detected" and now I can't do anything on the app. My phone is the normal firmware, no hacking or anything. All my other banking apps work. I think it's the app. They need to fix this bug. I'm on a Google Pixel 7a. Edit: After restarting my phone, the issue went away and I can now use the app as normal. I don't know what caused the problem but try restarting your phone first.

The app itself works fine for me. My problem is that I have no FICO score. The app says it should have one or two months. My card has been in service since July and I still dont have a credit score. Since building my credit is the only reason I have this credit card, not being able to see me credit score is frustrating.

Half the time thier website isn't working. And makes it difficult to go online and pay. and they're updates are a problem it makes it difficult to go in. And then there's issues logging in when you update their app every time please make this app more user friendly. And not so difficult to sign in every time we have to update the app. And the finger print🤔 I have set up. And everytime we have up date the app. Totally screws up the login process fix the bugs

Since the new update no matter what I do I can't log in to the app anymore! I used to love the app and had no problems until now. Everytime I go to log in it goes to my many page and then shuts down. I've already tried uninstalling it and clearing the cache and everything. I can no longer use it and have to use the sight!

Horrible. Can never pay on the app. And when I try on the computer it doesn't work either. Which then leads to charging me a late fee (not surprised that part works). Don't have time to call up every month and wait to get a rep on the phone for a simple task. How about instead of asking everyone to call, you just fix the app.

Terrible customer service, there is literally nothing they can do for you if you have an issue that needs to be resolved. They possess zero accountability or problem solving ability. I have been so good to this agency. My card was closed because they couldn't find a forwarding address to send a new card to, but I LIVE AT THE SAME RESIDENCE, and don't need a forwarding address. So because they couldn't figure out where to send a card to they closed it. Waited 40 minutes on hold to be told Im SOL.

I don't like it. You have to reenter your routing number and account number every time you change banks. You can't pay ahead for the pending items. You can only pay the exact amount. no rounding up. I would rather use my Chase cards that I've don't have to add all my information when I switch banks to pay and I can pay when I want & what I want.

They took very little time in issuing us a card and were really helpful. I am disappointed in the points we earn as they are slow to accumulate and can expire. It makes it a little difficult to enjoy the points earned especially when it requires a high amount to purchase anything.

My bank account was already listed to take monthly payments out & to pay the balance, I had to put it in again. The app indicated that there was no external account on file, and this was incorrect. You need to fix this payment issue on the app. Making payments isn't as easy as it looks online with this app. For your customers, fix this issue, please!

My experience has not been good so far. My account is closed, but I am using the app to make payments. For a business account, it was not business friendly. Chase offers a great business model, and we have not had any issues since opening a year ago. The availability and communications were not good with FNBO. I assume that large companies such as Walmart would have a better experience. This bank and its products are not geared towards small businesses. I am not complaining, it's reality.

App has been bugging lately. I go to close it and I end up having to do a "force stop". That's been happening for over a week. Today I went to use it and it said I didn't have an account. I signed into the main site and now I can log into the app. Still crashes when I close it. I've uninstalled/installed 3 times. Still crashes

Ever since the recent update to the app I am no longer able to use my fingerprint to log in, keeps saying " Your request could not be completed. Please try accessing our website or return to the app later." Then the app freezes and I have to close the app completely and reopen it to log in with password which is the only working way to log in. This has been happening since the newest update around a month and a half ago now. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Nice update guys! Logged in and it now wants a two point verification. Okay, no problem. They say they are sending a text with a verification code. Still waiting for the code to be sent to me 30 minutes later. Even tried logging out and logging back in. Still no code. I love when people mess with something that works fine and and turn it into a total piece of trash. Just wanted to pay my credit card.

The app has a number of pretty standard features for banking/credit card apps. But they don't allow for saving more than one account for payments, causing me to have to re-enter banking info every time I go to pay with a different account than the last payment was made with, this is in spite of the interface on both here and the website showing behavior that you can save multiple accounts it just isn't possible.

App needs work! Last two days keeps saying I don't have an account even though I do! I can't check balance or anything with app! Please fix! Update: website login doesn't work either. I can log in but can't see any info! Update: I can now login w app and there are no issues. I had to call bank, wait on hold for a while, then was told my card was 'on hold' or something and the reason was because the account was new (even though I'd been using card for a week). Very strange.

UPDATE TOTALLY SUCKS !!!!!! Uldates almost always occur when payments are due and you have to figure out the NEW login process, because alternative methods logging in are rendered useless. If it's not broke then, don't fix it !!!!!! Used to be able to do a lot morr more with the app. Need to restore screenshot availability. Used to be able to copy payment confirmation and FICO Scores which were used to track credit history.

Tell me why I have to always sign in, manually enable using Touch ID, then the sign in fails and I have to use a password anyway? The app was so much better in previous updates. I don't understand it; y'all aren't trying to reinvent the wheel. 5/28/2021 Edit: STILL refuses to work properly! Now, I can't even sign in w/o being assaulted by an "Account Unavailable" message popping. The thing about that? I have NOTHING in my user/pw area that lets me try to sign in. What is wrong with you people?!

Way too complicated to enroll. I understand having strong security, but two step authentication at every step is ridiculous. Should make the app be able to activate new cards without having to go to desktop site because desktop site is even worse. Basically, if it can be done on the desktop, app should be able to do the same. Need to step up your game! The app icon sucks too!

Wasn't the best but it was functional, WAS. It's been over a month since the last update, since that update the app crashes every time I log in. As soon as I'm logged in it crashes. Even tried uninstalling and redownloading the app. There shouldn't be issues running on an S21 Ultra. It even says there's a bug, wait for an update from the developer.
