What a hunk of junk. Slow and clunky. Unreliable with way too many glitches, crashes. Have to Uninstall and reinstall to refresh walk books. Paper walk lists are better than this app.

Many times I had to exit this app when it crashed while updating several walklists at once. I did like how it made finding addresses easy.

Very unreliable. Often is very slow or doesn't operate. Refresh button doesn't work. Have to get out of app or uninstall ahind reinstall.

This app has quite a few glitches, which I understand will probably be fixed in the future. Also, please add a feature to turn off the music. It gets incredibly annoying.

Having issues with demographics, names and surveys not pulling up when connecting calls. Just the calling screen. When I try to pull up the info it hangs up on the recipient of the call.

At times, you can't select the surveys. It goes back to the map.

This app was difficult to upload and to maneuver. I sent a long time trying to work with it. We should have an easier platform so we can get more done. Was trying to call SC today on my birthday and could t get it to function. Seems like I am not the only one looking at the other reviews below mine.

This app is extremely finicky and 80 percent of the time it does not work. When I try to make a phone call, it typically will not ring, will not output any audio from the call, or will hang up the call before it has a chance to ring.

This apps has bugs that cause you to not be able to sign in even though you've been using it for months. Also when using the walk book map the house number should be visible because some houses are too close for the GPS to pick the correct house.

It has been slow to return to walk list. It needs to include, "contacted, and left materials" as sometimes people answer, are agreeable, but can't talk. Sometimes there is no cell service in the area, and a great deal of time is wasted.

The app does well at accurately locating houses. It does however perform a below average job preparing notes before a door or performing well consistently on both the tablet and phone. It has improved as an application, but is outmatched by its peers.

Pretty doggone simple to follow. Thus far , door knocking goes quickly and efficiently. From time to time my bars drop and it can't move forward. I can usually walk a bit and service picks up again...HINT...Keep you phone on a charger in between walking or you might run your phone battery down.

Signal strength affects speed, scrolling through the questions to hit a button while engaging a voter is tedious. As one user said they can do it faster than the system can handle. On a bright sunny day constantly shielding the phone to be able to see is a pain. We had some downloaded to Excel then two sheets of paper for 25 calls and upload the information when we are done was better but NO Easy way to download the assignment from the APP

The dot is never on the right home plus the system continues to freeze . If you back out and restart the app still doesn't work.

Campaign Sidekick is by far the worst premium political canvassing app available in the marketplace! If I was the software developer I would hang my head in shame! Having been forced to use this app over 10,000 times in the field I can personally attest that it's 99.99% inaccurate! The only way to get the circles and dots to line up correctly is to use Google Maps to manually calibrate your GPS position!

It is a love hate situation with this app. I walk through the middle of a city and I can often get to doors faster than the app can load the next voter data. It feels like the developers have not really used it themselves in the field. The desktop application is decent but still needs more work. Tech support is mediocre. I submitted a trouble ticket a couple weeks ago and still have not had a response. I assume this is an expensive enterprise software. If I were paying I would demand more.
