Still subpar even after all the updates ! One more star for effort, and added features, even if some are just external links; but I still found previous app faster, slicker , easier to navigate. Missing: payee history transactions landscape view, Unless you change device font size, digits are cluttered, but only in main account page. Payment frequency options are too close, you can easily make a wrong choice. Check deposit photos are misaligned......improving..... 😀 ......

this app is horrible, I was trying to deposit a check it keeped stretching out my check and when finished it told me it did not deposit my check,3 times I had to do it with no avail. plus it freezes constantly and when you go to deposit your check you can't recognize the accounts to put it in. the old one was faster and easier for people to know what they need to do. this is very very slow your IT department really needs to fix it and make it user friendly.

For a financial service the update is unacceptable. It has not worked since launching. In addition I'm concerned now my accounts are not safe and high risk for being compromised. Based on other memerbers experiencing the same issues it obviously is not my phone but a problem with the app. This is extremely concerning. Now it is not recognizing my Username/Password.

I have never been more angry in my life then trying to log into this garbage app. I first had to go yet again through the circular trouble of password reseting and unlocking my account, which I only found out through logging into the old app, and after all of that I can't even log into the new one, all i get is the red "unable to log in, please try again" message and it's driving me crazy

Just switched to the new app, very slow, just get the spinning wheel!. The mobile deposit feature is horrible!!!!! What did you do? Rather than a quick way to make a deposit, it is multi page. I defaults to savings not checking for deposit. If you don't watch out, you think you deposited in your primary account as usual, but you did not. Very poor beta version for a banking app. Needs so much work!! One star at best.

Terrible upgrade from the old app. Old app worked really well with no issues and it was easy to read and use without my glasses. With this new app, everything is small and difficult to read and find. Also have to uninstall & reinstall EVERY time I use because it freezes every time I try to log in. Even after closing the app and reopening, I get nothing but a frozen screen with a spinning blue circle. Very disappointed. Fix it please!!!

I despise this new app!! I was forced to start using it because the old one stopped working & wouldn't let me access my acct & directed me to download this piece of garbage. This version is so slow & clunky! I also miss the quick balance check I was able to do with the old app. Seriously if it ain't broke don't fix it.

This app genuinely is infuriating to use. I can never simply just open it and have it function properly, i always must close and open it several times just to get the sign in screen to load then when i try to log in the screen freezes making me have to close it once again and then open it and do everything all over again. Nothing was wrong with the old app, dont understand why this clearly unusable software replaced it.

they keep updating it and it gets worse EVERY TIME. now you have to log in multiple times to actually be able to access your accounts, only to find out that you can't look at your account because the app is so broken it gives you an error message! this new app SUUUUUUCKS bring back the old one! it's stupid slow and clunky. idk what was wrong with the old one but surely there must've been a way to implement whatever updates they needed without making an entirely new app that runs like this.

When a company launches what feels like an untested version of an app it is disappointing. There are multiple errors that occur when logging in, which never occurred using the old app. The nightly updates for your accounts don't reflect changes until the morning, again something that the old app didn't require. In summary, the old app was more stable with all of the same if not more functional features.

This version has difficulty connecting to other apps, particularly Credit Karma. It asks you the 2FA (2nd factor authentication) and gives you the option to request the code by text, email or phone call. However, it never goes through so your stuck. Really frustrating. Please fix this.

Newer not better! At least the other version I could log into. This one just buffers as soon as you open it & it never loads. Update:8/1/2024; I was able to log in. Clicked to my transactions & there was an available balance of $10,783.54 with a running balance of $12,783.54. My REAL balance is about $12,000 less than that! UPDATE#2: This app still sucks but CCCU reached out to me within an hour & has kept me updated. I was able to go back to the old app & was assured there was no acct breaches.

I had to fix my log in problems by going to an in person cccu location and that fixed my login problems. The app itself looks way more simple than the last app and feels like it missing a couple of easy access actions compared to the old app. A big one action that i can't seem to find due to the simplified look is the fico credit score.

New app has also broken account syncing with monitoring app such as credit karma, nerdwallet, etc. Cal Coast Money Manager is good idea but can't distinguish between a credit card payment from CC Bill pay and an actual purchase using the credit card, and it doesn't remember transactions that you link even if they are repeats. Pro: New skin and slightly improved features.

The app...exists...but is ugly. I'm not a fan of the lack of clearly marked headers between accounts, when they all run together it makes more effort for my eyes to stop and figure out which is which. It's slow to load tabs right now but since it's new and I haven't regularly used it yet I gave it a 4. I preferred the menu being a slider from the side instead of it's own page because it was convenient but if the pages stop lagging it won't make much of a difference.

Previous app worked flawlessly for years. I'm not sure why they felt the need to change it, but this new app is awful! I can usually login and see balances, but whenever I try to review transactions, the app freezes and crashes almost every time. Perfect example of, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". I'm using a Galaxy S23 Ultra as well, so I know it's not a problem with the phone. Not impressed.

This App is garbage! Whoever designed it, should be fired. Was it a middle school kid? Seriously, old app was fine. Tried to Mobile Deposit on new app, it wouldnt approve. It kept saying a corner was out of the picture, which I tried 3 times. A corner was NOT out of the lines. NEVER had a problem with Mobile Deposit on old app. Please change it back or get someone who knows how to develop one that is tested and works!!!

I have registered and created a new password. The new password doesn't work. I tried resetting the password several times. Still can get into my account. I dont understand why they had to change. The old app worked fine. Update: I finally am now able to log in to my account after resetting the password 5 times. However, there is another problem now. The new digital banking does not seem to be compatible with financial tracking and budgeting apps like Monarch.

The new app is terrible. Please switch back to the old app. Every feature on this app is terrible compared to the old app, it's difficult to read, it doesnt show the full information (account types and names), everythings in black and hard to read. The search feature doesn't work at all im typing things in my transactions and it's still saying nothing found. It crashes almost every time you try to do something. It even looks super old and outdated. I use my app daily and it's a nightmare.

I wish i could keep the OG version. This new version was a huge step backward. It would never work without paper statements. Only a handful of transactions will display and the search function either doesn't work at all or the search phrase function is too restricted. It is too busy and small font. It links all of my accounts together, both shared and solo.
