The password doesn't give the option to read it complete so You can correct errors especially when you have shaky hands very frustrating on top of that get the app Frozen with all the unpleasant repercussions Please correct that Be creative about it

Go app. But it should show all your transaction like a monthly statement on the app not just online I like to see all the figures like a ledger does not just the amout of withdrawl and dep. Want the full figure wrote out cuz I dont know of some of my deposits that were over 500. They hold for days and it doesnt shoe it went back in to my acct and it hasent 2 tumes before otherwise love it

Generic banking app that does most basic features fine, however recently the mobile deposit feature broke for me which was primary reason I used it. Same problem others have: taking a picture of the cheque's back hangs up and wont actually continue the depositing process. Fine app other than that.

I'm disappointed in the fact that I logged in to check my bank account and was hit with a notice saying to go download the new app . Once I did I can't even log in. No one to call on a Sunday. I want to be able to access my money from my phone with out all this running around. Horrible experience with this transition.

(Please help) I'll change my rating once the issue is resolved. I'm just having an issue on the Nokia C5 with the Finger Print log in. I Wana activate it. But as soon as I scan my finger the screen goes white and I've even left it as is. And hopefully it'll go from a white screen. I've aswell tried uninstalling and reinstalling. And yet nothing. Please help. Also I've contacted support and nothing. It's been awhile.

Very unreliable. Been having issues with incorrect amounts (more than what's there). Figured it would become better with time & updates...as of now it hasnt. Seems to lag behind on account amount info. Don't rely on the app alone. Lesson learned & disappointed.

I used to like the app a lot but now I can't even log into my account anymore. Really frustrating. UPDATE: Cal Coast called me like 10 min later and was able to help me fix the problem, super helpful.

I love the app it's been improved through out the years. I would love to see you guys create a section where I can find my statements and tax forms within the app. Hope this is possible another credit union banking app offers this feature and it has come in very handy. I hope this is something your coding programmers can do🤞.

Why "fix it" if it's not broke? App use to be great & worked fine. Now I enter my ID code & pw, CACOCU tries have to send me an email to verify that never arrived, and they freeze me out after so many tries and give me a number to call to verify it's me. The number is always busy. So much for convenience when one has physical disabilities to visit CACOCU in-person.

Just trying to log in for basic account function, and met with new impermeable login requirements. 35 minutes in, and im now locked out of my accounts until I can reach someone by phone during literal banking hours. Not practical or user friendly.

Mobile deposit does not work. I used it to deposit a check and it went through no problem... except I get a letter in the mail later telling me that it actually didn't because the images were messed up. If the images weren't OK the app should have said so when I did the deposit, right? Unfortunately I had already shredded the check, silly me. Hopefully I can get a reissued one, otherwise I'm out $500 in the middle of a pandemic with no job. Cool.

It does what it's meant to do. However, I do wish I could disable the internal ads that haunt each and every screen. I'm already a customer. 6/10/21 - PayPal service has been replaced with PayItNow. Major drawback if you live outside the US. Lowering the rating I gave from 3 to 2.

I'm writing on here because the new app doesn't allow reviews. The new version does not allow you to connect to some other apps, in particular Credit Karma. It asks you to do 2FA (call, text or email a code) but it never sends the code, so you're stuck. Quite frustrating. Please fix this.

The mobile deposit function is absolutely horrible. I have given up trying to use it. I tried to retake the photo many times on multiple occasions and the app inexplicably crops my photo and cuts off the edges. If I do manage to capture the entire check, it fails to deposit the check stating the lighting is bad which is not true.

The app works fine. Three stars... because of the constant Ads to refer friends or to download the Money Manager app. I tried it, didn't care for it... Ads persist. When scrolling the transactions they'll popup right under my thumb and I'll tap it, by mistake. Then a browser or The Play Store will open. It can occur 2 or 3 times within a few minutes. Sure we can close them, but they always come back. Let us Opt-out... *Let us hide Ads*

when the app works it's good. basic app. The 1st issue I've had with the app and bank is that, the app wont show you your entire account numbers just the last few digits. and if you call and even give them your social and answer your security questions, they still wont tell you the acct #'s. it's a pain. Then the app hasn't been letting me log in for about a week now. I even called and they fixed it while we were on the phone. but as soon as I log out, I cant get in anymore. same error code!

If there was a way to see (and ideally copy/paste) the entire account number, I'd give it 5/5. I love the biometric sign-in, being able to easily transfer money around my own checking, savings, and credit accounts, as well as transfer money to my family's accounts. I had to use the PayItNow function for the first time a few weeks ago, and it worked so simply. There's been improvements to searching transactions across wider timeframes as well. Great app for basic monitoring and mobile deposit!

Features are dated and is in need of a tune up/upgrade. Transaction memos don't allow the simplest special characters, no way to send messages to CU in app, acct nicknames don't display so it's hard to distinguish multiple accts you may have of the same type, can't schedule recurring transfers, can't view draft images or statements, the list goes on. I end up having to use online banking for what I need vs using this mediocre app. 2 stars only because I can see my bal and transactions.

Basic features are missing. I can't find a way to get my account numbers for direct deposit through app, and I can't seem to access statements through the app. Setting up external transfers in and out is clunky and only works into the Cal Coast. Can't transfer money to other accounts with Cal Coast, you have to link up Cal Coast using the outside account and use the outside account to initiate the transfer. Also no option in app to skip a transfer. These are features at other institutions.

The new app is awful it is difficult to navigate, it doesn't update on its own , the information is out of date . I can't make transfers like I used to. It is horrible. So this app is actually wonderful my original app has somehow replaced itself with the calcoast money manager app which is hideously awful! This one is great highly recommend. Easy to access everything!
