Haven't been able to install the app as yet. It just keeps offering the 'update' option but immediately after getting to 100% of the installation it just starts again. I also haven't been able to register my credit card as yet because it keeps telling me I have typed in wrong details. I haven't

Worked once. Since then, locks up on the opening screen, and when I try to use the website, it won't recognize my details. It's a bloody disgrace that the Bank of Ireland handed us over to this crowd, clearly without testing how things would go. Now my credit card account is gone from their on-line banking, and I'm expected to use this piece of junk. Thanks to BoI and this 'app', I'm effectively locked out of my own credit card. I can't see my transactions, have no idea how much I owe, have no way of paying. If I end up paying late fees or getting a blot on my credit record because of this fiasco, my next step will be the banking Ombudsman. Shame on you, Bank of Ireland.

Awful. Can't register. Cust service acknowledges that they are having huge difficulties registering users when you phone. The workarounds suggested don't work and CS has no solution aside from to keep trying in case they fix it . Horrendous tech. Sort it out BOI

Cant get registered . Tried twice to phone customer services and due to large amount of calls queued for ages and had to hang up. So much for the smooth takeover. Total chaos. Avoid. Tried the new app update and still cant get registered. Shame on bank of ireland for putting loyal customers into this total chaotic mess.

Have not been able to use the app for months now. No matter how many times I try to log in, change password, install or uninstall the app it keeps telling me there is an issue. The company have basically fobbed me off and said a small number of people have the same problem and I.T are working on a fix. Well no fix has ever came.

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used in my life. I can't actually use my credit card online because of all the errors that I get verifying or logging in. This is not a user issue. This app has been broken for years and they still will not invest in fixing it, I'll have to change banks.

At last! It seems to be working! Happy days! It will take a while to get used to the changes. Don't have a problem with the three levels of security, safety first! Now waiting on notification of payment so that I can tackle how to sort that out! Still a bit of a pain that we now need two apps to bank with BOI. Maybe more stars to come?

6 October: Installed the update and the app seems to be working now. Alleluia! 4 October: Only just installed the app but it keeps stopping. Teething troubles? Slightly worrying when it's for a credit card. Uninstalled & tried again .. same result. I could see the account details but as soon as I tried to look at a transaction the app just vanished. Not a good start. :-(

App is fine except can't use my card and no indication, on app, as to why. Have been left sitting for days waiting for a reply on app chat. Called, and requested call back. As soon as call back rang my phone once, I answered and was cut off straight away. Waited for second call back and answered as soon as phone rang, cut off again. Called directly myself and was told they were not allowed to tell me why my card was not working and would be contacted by someone next week. Really poor service.

Managed to log in then got locked out because 3 verification codes didn't arrive in text messages soon enough. Had to contact customer service but no one available. Still waiting for a call back 24 hours later. Just tried to reinstall app. Went through the whole registration rigmarole again to find that the service is currently unavailable 😠 what is going on? It's been over a week now.

Downloaded the App because I needed to contact Customer Services and after 1 hour of being on hold on the phone line it mentioned you can chat through the App . Actually you can't. As near as I can tell the App doesn't do anything the Website doesn't and for me at least is therefore useless. Hopefully these are teething issues but right now I wished I was still dealing with Bank of Ireland. At least they answered the phone!

Absolutely awful app. Won't let me past the phone number. Managed to use the online version and got logged in that way. A backward step for Bank of Ireland. Was much better having access to all accounts in one place. Helplines useless. A recorded message telling you they are aware of proble.s and then hang up. Pathetic!

It won't even download for me. Attempted it numerous times and waited over 30 mins on one occasion but still not downloading. I don't even know my credit card account number because I always just viewed/accessed it oon the BOI app. Now I can find out what my balance us, when my next payment is due, view any transactions etc. Waited on hold for customer service today for nearly an hour and just gave up. Not impressed. If I could access my account, I'd close it due to frustration.

Awful. Crashes as soon you open the app. Edit: installed the new app and I cant even register on it!!! If youre going to take over the responsibility of BOI UKs credit card management get yourself sorted out JaJa Finance. You're name is as ridiculous as your service. Once I get this sorted, (if I get this sorted) I will be leaving BOI credit card. This has been HORRENDOUSLY stressful. I hate it when someone messes with a previously good service. WHY???!!!!

Fails on security code entry. Spent 30 minutes this morning and afternoon to contact customer services. No answer. Visited my local branch but they could not help me. Why do companies bring out these so called improvements to banking when obviously they have problems. I have been with BOI of over 50 years and I would have no hesitation in moving to another bank. Very very dissapointing. Reinstalled the app and now working. Query. Can I view my credit card on my laptop?

Worst app ever!!!! Seriously considering changing banks. This has not worked in a year now so how is BOI purchases going to work if you can't verify a purchase! Every time you try to log in, it fails. App has been kept up to date, registered about 10 times now and still doesn't send you a text code to verify. Beyond frustrating!!!!! I think the feedback rating speaks for itself! Everyone has problems with this 'worse than useless' app. Raging!
