Very easy to use. Should offer more ADL chores as bullet points. Generally takes longer to type in the narrative.

Good work app but have problems not getting notifications. It works for a while then it stops. Makes it hard to work when it's used for your job to get work hrs. And cannot figure out why.

This is a good concept but very poorly executed. I will try to enter notes and it says I have already signed for the shift but I haven't even logged in before now. I can't clock out because the app says I already have when I again haven't even logged in. It's quite frustrating to have to have my supervisor go in as an administrator and enter the notes that are my responsibility to enter.

Not sure what is going on with this app. But this happens quite frequently that it records the incorrect time that I clock out . Taking 30 mins here or there , I never used to check, cuz I figured that the app could accurately keep time for us. Wrong. No telling how many hours that we have been short changed I know for myself over the past year not sure ? Not gonna go back and check it will just frustrate me even more. Anyone else have issues with the time keeping part of the App??

It's ok. It keeps asking me to update to version 3.11.0. When I click on the link it takes me to this page but there is no update available. There should also be a way to bypass the "Client Signature" for times where the client is unavailable or unable to sign anything. This would avoid any forgery issues that could possibly arise.

SO FAR.. I haven't had 'ANY' problems or issues with anything! To me...The entire process now, with this new app, is ALOT easier & ALOT quicker, than with the old app! Other, old app.. OFTEN issues with clocking in & out. Like it wasn't easy to get my gps location or something.. And also, OFTEN issues with trying to get signature pad to register that my client's or my own finger was "trying to" sign, so that I could clock out..🤷🏻‍♀️ But again.. This new app, "Axis Care Mobile"... Is GREAT! 👍☺

I do not particularly like the way the Axis Care Mobile system device works. I have asked people in our personnel department and no one seems to know how to delete old and/or previous stored messages. I currently have messages from April 2021, and it becomes very confusing whenever I check for New Assignments or Messages, and the Out- dated Messages still pop up. I have contacted your Customer Service Department months ago and was told the system was developed for gathering information for the purposes of maintaining History. This is not helpful to me, or others who are experiencing this problem.

I keep having issues w/ the app off & on.I click into app,blue screen w/ app symbol & closes out.There should be an easier way to input time, according to needs of client.Outside usual time window; Input time in/out have client signature activate new time for the day. Also somewhere within the day have a place where you see your unit or hours in total so far for the month. **Adding an annoying sound for clock in/out would be a great way for care personnel to remember to use the app!!!**

This app frustrates me, most times I can't clock in or out because I'm too far from the facility ( I'm inside the facility ). It's not user friendly the assignments do not give you specifics. This app states I need an update but when I click the link nothing updates. I can't accurately record my exact cock in/out time if I'm constantly having to notify the administration of the app issues.

Three stars. I had to recently change my password and it sent me into a tutorial. I didn't Uninstall and reinstall the app, just changed the password after having some trouble signing in. I've been using the app for 2 years. Why do I need a tutorial after I change my password??? It's like teaching a gold meal track and field runner how to walk. Still problems with GPS. I couldn't punch in when I was in the office.

It's okay. I had to call my work because it wasn't showing me more than a week advance for clients. They had to change some settings on their end and now I can see my upcoming clients a month out. I am not getting any alerts. I have all the correct settings for alerts but this app has never sent me an alert. It's frustrating because I have to always check for open visits and such. Please fix.

Average app. It works and does a great job - most of the time. The other times it crashes, and crashes without even opening. I'm glad it's not often. This time, after clearing cache and all other things I could think of, I had to delete and reinstall...works again...for now. Some may think this is a harsh review, however, when you require an app for work, you expect very much higher standards.

This app sucks! I'd give it a zero if possible! Has been nothing but problems since the day I downloaded it for work! Couldn't find the server to begin with, then it kept logging me out everytime I opened it, then it wouldn't open, then it wouldn't save my adl's, then I'd have to save the adl's 6 times for it to transfer the data correctly only about half the time, and NOW it is stuck in an endless loop of saving offline transactions while I am on WiFi or lte! P. O. S.

You do not receive push notifications when something is taken off or added to your schedule. This means the office has to send you a message. This can get very time consuming when you are adjusting schedules daily. You can't sent messages to your office staff, unless they send you one first as there is not contact list to work from. The location detection is terrible, standing in the clients living room connected to their network connection and get and error out of location area.

The app is clunk, but simple. It keeps asking me to update it and then opens up to the app store. When I close it, I get the app store page. Then, I have to hit the back button to get back on the AxisCare app itself so I can put in the information about my client. Frustrating. The messages have no notification sound. Have to keep checking it. Could use some improvement.

Right after I updated it says Internal server error! I can't get back in! DO NOT UPDATE! Going on a week with no resolution. They will only work with the administration of my company 😒 and appears they are giving them the run around. Telling me to update...... That was the problem to begin with . I have uninstalled and downloaded many times and still all I get is internal server error!!!!

It's a good app overall. The app has a few problems but not many. Sometimes the app will get really glitchy after an update, if you uninstall and reinstall that fixes the glitchiness. It will also claim that the app needs to be updated but it doesn't. It will continue to tell you this at the top of the screen for several days and then it goes away. These are the only problems I have encountered.

The app works great most the time, but it seems once a year on my work phone I have to have the IT guy uninstalled it and reinstalled into the work phone. It's because I use it so much that it crashes because the tablet I have it works and I'm not using it as much on there. I only use it on the tablet when the phone isn't working. It's a Samsung A71 and for my personal phone I have the same one with no app crashes like this....... On another note can we get a search bar PLEASE?

1) I'd love to see my monthly sched, not just a week's worth--other apps like Generations offer this. 2) I would like to see previous notes on my clients--Generations allows for this, and it's great! 3) If I make a mistake when requesting a shift, I can't undo it. I'd like to have the option so I don't have to call my already busy scheduler before she approves it. Things I love: being able to chart with each ADL., being able to edit/add notes in case I forgot for the next 24 hrs.

AxisCare app is a great way to go for employers/employees who want to go paperless and do everything digitally. (Cell phones, lap tops, tablets) This app is also perfect for traveling nurses who need to time in/out at their clients' location. Not only will you be able to clock in and out on this app, but you may also document your daily notes/concerns necessary for each client you see throughout your day. Plus, all communication between employers/employees can be done right through this app.
