Excellent idea. Terrible operation among different OS. The layer function is not even available in the webpage app. Only on mobile. You cannot edit lines in the desk app. Editing a markup in the IOS app takes more steps than on android... among other issues that are really annoying

Wanted it to be a game changer for taking pictures while on a site visit while showing the location on the plan, but it is proving to be difficult. Has been having trouble with updating while on site and keeping track of all the photos and especially the icons on the plan. Hope it improves so I can rely on it and have the rest of the team use it with no fear.

Please fix the bug. Start using the app and right at the firs usage it get too annoying. Select the pen on the task to drawing something as soon as you lift your finger the pen will disable and you have to keep selecting again start drawing.. very annoying. If I want to not to use the pen I can just tap on the pen icon again to disable it but this is not the case in your app. It make it totally useless. Please enable double tap for permanent drawing and single tap for the way it is.

It's a cheap app but I'm used to it. My main problem is just trying to pay my bill. What a hassle, always being threatened with being locked out of my account. I actually have to get locked out in order to pay my monthly fee...I've tried to fix the problem with tech but since I paid thru play store they can't help. Also when I try to pay them directly I have to up grade to Dozer and I don't want to update to Dozer..it's a hassle.

Autodesk inventor has a huge bug problem which sometimes when the thing is already constraint it will still remain at purple instead of turning black and the thing is they won't let you constraint it anymore. They say this is the most beginner friendly however I am so disappointed in autocad for not being able to provide that authentic experience to me.

Effectively, using Issues with this app is impossible or pointless. It is unclear within the app if it's due to not having the appropriate subscription. We have BIM Collaborate Pro which costs roughly $1000/year and we cant create or view Issues within views/sheets. When creating an Issue through the menu, the app does not allow to select a placement, so it's basically worthless. And also when viewing existing Issues, it only lists the placement but does not allow you to view or jump to it.

Couldn't even test the app. Won't show you anything unless you sign in (fill up your details), once inside, can't create anything to test the app, tried to log in to see more but the password was incorrect, because in the sign up form the password field didn't require to repeat it so I might type it wrong (pretty standard to repeat password). Make the app more friendly to starters and people trying to test it, this was a waste of time.

Doesn't allow you to do anything and their high prices in not paying to see if I like the software outta your mind i am a builder who has 4 projects going at a time and don't need the drag of bs apps not allowing you to utilize their software if they talk so highly if it then allow a real 30 trial cause the one you offer now is a joke

Look. Another Procore type deal I have to use. Good thing this one doesn't let me reset my password because I have yet to get one email sent to confirm I am trying to change it. I am consistently unable to access my account.

Has a lot glitches and there is a lot of room for improvement. Developers need to add more measuring tools for calculating square footage, circular and for the shapes with jogs and corners. Just allow people to put dots at each corner and everything connects together just like fieldwire does or plan grid had. Same goes for the web version for Windows. After the recent update of the app, it has a lot of glitches can not fully update the project.

App is too heavy. Need too much storage to run. Also very slow to response. Learn the true meaning for 'Cloud'

The app doesn't let you view the image of tagged spot by tapping the mark on a blueprint. I am using this app to do punch list. The function I described is how it works on the iOS version of acc. On Android you are only allowed to view images associated with the blueprint in an image gallery with no reference to the location. Other customers have used this app as a means to do punch list, so it's an expected feature from you. You are a paid service and this is pathetic and a huge oversight.

Please add the ability to choose aspects not to download. My 1 project is over 100gb and that could be cut down a good portion if I could choose not to download pictures added by others or document folders that do not pertain to me.

Terrible now that autodesk owns this. Pretty much unusable for android for any type of markup management (ipad works fine). One example: In sheets, if I click on a markup to view it, then back out and select another markup to review It, it opens up the same markup data as the first item. Only if I exit out the second markup and then go back into it does the data sync correctly. Autodesk is a super company now and they suck at keeping up with the stable core features that were originally offered

Every time someone on my project takes a picture within the app, PlanGrid syncs it to my phone's Gallery. I've denied permissions, but it still happens. I chatted with support for over 30 minutes and got nowhere. They said they'd look into it and get back to me later that day. It's been over two weeks, so I'm becoming doubtful that will ever happen. Every day, I have to delete 100+ individual photo albums from my phone. It's such a headache and the developers are useless and lazy.

Should at least have the option to view the project without downloading pages first in the app, PC browser allows this. Even if you select "No sheets to be downloaded" it dumps the entire project onto your device. Also does not redraw any windows when going to view tasks. Literally cant see any of them on mobile and the sidebar stays in the same spot. This app needs attention for the unlimited sheet subscription fees you charge.

The search engine in Plan grid could be faster. The pages could upload faster. The general experience is good, however loading could be faster. I use other construction programs like plan grid and they are faster than plan grid. Just type in E1-3 and the page appears in the blink of a eye. The scaling out feature which requires you to input a measurement in order to calibrate the measurement is difficult to calibrate. why not just allow the input of the scale 1/8 is a foot. Only 4 stars.

The general idea of this platform is good. As an engineer, I find its ability to quickly load, pan, zoom, and change pages in the project specific PDFs excellent. It is much faster than any other PDF software I've used on my phone. Its ability to tag a location on a drawing and make a specific note and attach one or more pictures regarding the note is a great feature. The service - desktop, web, and mobile apps - is great for collaboration. || So why only 2 stars after reading that? Simple -- it assumes you have unlimited data. Not everyone has unlimited mobile data (including me). There is no way in the app to prevent it from uploading data and pictures over mobile data. I take a lot of pictures when I visit a job site. During my last use of the app, it uploaded over 700 MB of data even when I took steps to prevent it from happening. || I used their online chat support the day before I used the app in the field. Their support tech told me I needed to disable mobile data for my entire phone while using the app, which of course, cripples the phone. Then, I had to make sure that the OS setting for using mobile data in the background for this particular app was turned off. It is. While on site, I turned off mobile data on my phone. At the end of my visit, I noticed that there were over 600 items waiting to upload. So it seemed to work. I then closed the app before turning mobile data back on so I could check my messages and use the map for traffic conditions. When I got home, I found out the app decided to upload all of those files while I was driving. There was no need to upload them as I have WiFi at home and in the office. I wasn't going to do anything with that information till I got to one of those places. || I contacted tech support again and expressed my frustration with this issue. I happened to chat with the same person as the previous session. He seems to think the issue is with Android not the app. I pointed out that many, many other apps have options to enable/disable uploading/downloading data over mobile data or only when connected to WiFi. I presented several examples including OneDrive, Google Photos, and a podcast app. There are many other examples as well as subscription services like Spotify that allow you to download music for listening when not on WiFi. I was told my feedback will be forwarded to the Product Team to see if they could implement my suggestion. || Until this issue is corrected, I will no longer use the app while in the field. This is too bad since it really does save time when writing reports. Please correct this oversight and I will gladly revise this review.
